1 Corinthians 2
1 And I, brethren, when I came to you, came not with excellency of speech (logos) or of wisdom, declaring unto you the testimony of God.
Og jeg, Brødre! da jeg kom til eder, kom jeg ikke og forkyndte eder Gud Vidnesbyrd med Stormægtighed i Tale eller i Visdom;
2 For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified.
thi jeg agtede ikke at vide noget iblandt eder uden Jesus Kristus og ham korsfæstet;
3 And I was with you in weakness, and in fear, and in much trembling.
og jeg færdedes hos eder i Svaghed og i Frygt og megen Bæven,
4 And my speech (logos) and my preaching was not with enticing words (logos) of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit (pneuma) and of power:
og min Tale og min Prædiken var ikke med Visdoms overtalende Ord, men med Ånds og Krafts Bevisning,
5 That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.
for at eders Tro ikke skulde bero på Menneskers Visdom, men på Guds Kraft.
6 Nevertheless we speak wisdom among them that are perfect: yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to nothing: (aiōn g165)
Dog, Visdom tale vi iblandt de fuldkomne, men en Visdom, der ikke stammer fra denne Verden, ikke heller fra denne Verdens Herskere, som blive til intet; (aiōn g165)
7 But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory: (aiōn g165)
men vi tale Visdom fra Gud, den hemmelige, den, som var skjult, som Gud før Verdens Begyndelse forudbestemte til vor Herlighed, (aiōn g165)
8 Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. (aiōn g165)
hvilken ingen af denne Verdens Herskere har erkendt; thi; havde de erkendt den, havde de ikke korsfæstet Herlighedens Herre; (aiōn g165)
9 But as it is written, Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God has prepared for them that love him.
men, som der er skrevet: "Hvad intet Øje har set, og intet Øre har hørt, og ikke er opkommet i noget Menneskes Hjerte, hvad Gud har beredt dem, som elske ham."
10 But God has revealed them unto us by his Spirit: (pneuma) for the Spirit (pneuma) searches all things, yea, the deep things of God.
Men os åbenbarede Gud det ved Ånden; thi Ånden ransager alle Ting, også Guds Dybder.
11 For what man knows the things of a man, save the spirit (pneuma) of man which is in him? even so the things of God knows no man, but the Spirit (pneuma) of God.
Thi hvilket Menneske ved, hvad der er i Mennesket, uden Menneskets Ånd, som er i ham? Således har heller ingen erkendt, hvad der er i Gud, uden Guds Ånd.
12 Now we have received, not the spirit (pneuma) of the world, but the spirit (pneuma) which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.
Men vi have ikke fået Verdens Ånd, men Ånden fra Gud, for at vi kunne vide, hvad der er os skænket af Gud;
13 Which things also we speak, not in the words (logos) which man's wisdom teaches, but which the Holy Spirit (pneuma) teaches; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.
og dette tale vi også, ikke med Ord, lærte af menneskelig Visdom, men med Ord, lærte af Ånden, idet vi tolke åndelige Ting med åndelige Ord.
14 But the natural man receives not the things of the Spirit (pneuma) of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
Men det sjælelige Menneske tager ikke imod de Ting, som høre Guds Ånd til; thi de ere ham en Dårskab, og han kan ikke erkende dem, thi de bedømmes åndeligt.
15 But he that is spiritual judges all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.
Men den åndelige bedømmer alle Ting, selv derimod bedømmes han af ingen.
16 For who has known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.
Thi hvem har kendt Herrens Sind, så han skulde kunne undervise ham? Men vi have Kristi Sind.
