1 But speak thou the things which become sound doctrine:
Nahakna achumba tambiba aduga yanaba adu tambigadabani.
2 That the aged men be sober, grave, temperate, sound in faith, in charity, in patience.
Ahal oibasingbu pukning tappa, ikai khumnabada matik chaba, masa khudum chanjaba, thajabada chumba, nungsiheiba amasung akhangkanba oinaba tambiyu.
3 The aged women likewise, that they be in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things;
Matou adugumna ahal oirabisingbu asengba punsi ama hingba nupi amana chatkadaba lichat sajat chatnaba tambiyu. Makhoina mi hunduna ngangloidabani nattraga yuda laichurabi haibadu oiroidabani. Makhoina aphaba haibadu tambigadabani.
4 That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children,
Adu oirabadi makhoina naha oibi nupisingbu makhoi makhoigi mapuroibasing amadi machasingbu nungsiba,
5 To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed.
masa khudum chanjaba amasung asengbi, yumgi thabakta chinjabi, thoujal heibi aduga makhoi makhoigi mapuroibasinggi makha ponbi oinaba insinba ngamgani, adu oirabadi Tengban Mapugi wabu kana amatana thina ngangloi.
6 Young men likewise exhort to be sober minded.
Adugumduna naha oiba nupasingbu masa khudum channaba insinbiyu.
7 In all things shewing thyself a pattern of good works: in doctrine shewing uncorruptness, gravity, sincerity,
Maram pumnamakta aphaba haibadu touduna makhoida pandam oina utlu. Nahakki tambibada pukchel sengba amadi thawai yaoba oiyu.
8 Sound speech, that cannot be condemned; that he that is of the contrary part may be ashamed, having no evil thing to say of you.
Kana amatana lalhanba ngamdaba achumba wa adu ngang-u madu oirabadi eikhoigi maramda phattaba ngangnaba karisu phangdaba maramna nahakki yeknabasing adu ikaihan-gani.
9 Exhort servants to be obedient unto their own masters, and to please them well in all things; not answering again;
Minaisingna makhoigi mapusinggi makha ponba amadi maram khudingmakta makhoibu pelhanba, makhoigi chinthakta khumdaba
10 Not purloining, but shewing all good fidelity; that they may adorn the doctrine of God our Saviour in all things.
nattraga makhoidagi hurandaba adubu makhoidi mapung phana thajaba yabani haiba utnaba makhoibu tambiyu, madu oirabadi maram pumnamakta eikhoigi Kanbiba Mapu Tengban Mapu Ibungogi maramda tambiba adu makhoina pamhanba oihan-gani.
11 For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,
Maramdi Tengban Mapuna mi pumnamakki aran-khubhamgidamak mahakki thoujal adu phongdokpire.
12 Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; (aiōn )
Tengban Mapu ningdaba amasung taibangpan-gi oiba apamba adu thadoktuna, isa khudum chanjaba, pukchel tingba, amadi ngasigi taibangpan asida laining chetpa punsi ama hingnaba thoujal asina eikhoibu tambi, (aiōn )
13 Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;
madu eikhoina asa toujariba matik chaoraba eikhoigi Tengban Mapu amadi Kanbiba Mapu Jisu Christtagi matik mangal adu uhanbiba yaipharaba Numit adu ngaijaringeida oigadaba matou aduni.
14 Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.
Eikhoibu phattaba pumnamaktagi kanbinaba, aphaba thabaksingda thawai yaoba amasung Ibungo mahak khaktagi oiba asengba mising oinanaba Ibungo mahakna eikhoigidamak pithokpire.
15 These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no man despise thee.
Hiramsing asi tambiyu, nahakki wa tabasing adubu nahakna thougatpiba amadi chei-thangbada matik pumnamak sijinnou. Kana amatana nahakpu hanthana yenghan-ganu.
