< Romans 6 >
1 What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?
Titia amikhan pora ki kobo? Anugrah bisi ulabo nimite paap te he thakibo naki?
2 God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?
Kitia bhi etu hobo nadibi. Amikhan kun paap te mori jaise, kineka aru ta te he thakibo?
3 Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?
Amikhan kun Jisu Khrista logot te baptizma loise eitu khan sob Tai laga mrityu te bhi baptizma loise eneka apnikhan najane naki?
4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
Etu karone, etiya to, mrityu te baptizma luwa dwara amikhan Tai logote mati bhitor te di dise. Aru etu pora he, jineka Baba Isor laga mohima pora Khrista mora pora jinda hoise, tineka amikhan bhi notun jibon te berabo karone.
5 For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection:
Kelemane jodi Tai mora te amikhan bhi Tai logote ekta hoi kene morise koile, titia Tai jee utha te bhi Tai nisena amikhan bhi jinda hobo.
6 Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.
Amikhan etu jani ase, amikhan bhitor te thaka purana manu to Tai logote Cross te morai dise, titia hoile he paap laga gaw to khotom hobo. Eneka hoile he amikhan paap laga noukar aru nahobo nimite.
7 For he that is dead is freed from sin.
Kelemane kun morise tai paap pora mukti paise aru tai dharmik hoise eneka koi.
8 Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him:
Kintu jodi amikhan Khrista logot morise koile, Tai logot te amikhan bhi jinda thakibo.
9 Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him.
Amikhan jani ase Khrista ke mora pora uthai dise, Tai aru bhi namoribo; mrityu to Tai uporte adhikar nathaka hoise.
10 For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God.
Kelemane Tai kineka mrityu te morise, etu mrityu dwara etu paap ke ekbar te hodai nimite morise. Kintu ki jibon te Tai jinda ase, etu to Isor nimite he ase.
11 Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Etu nisena he, apuni bhi nijor pora paap te morise, kintu Jisu Khrista dwara Isor logote jinda ase eneka mani lobo lage.
12 Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof.
Etu karone paap laga itcha ki ase etu mani kene paap pora apuni mori bole laga gaw te hukum chola bo nadibi.
13 Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.
Apuni laga gaw te alag-alag bhag to paap logote adharmik kaam koribo nimite hathiar nisena nadibi. Kintu mora pora jinda kora manu nisena apuni nijor pora Isor logote di dibi aru apuni laga gaw bhag to Tai hathte dharmik kaam nimite hathiar ekta nisena chola bole dibi.
14 For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.
Aru paap ke apuni uporte hukum chola bole nadibi. Kelemane etiya to apnikhan niyom pora nohoi, kintu anugrah pora thaki ase.
15 What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid.
Tinehoile ki hobo? Amikhan niyom te nohoi kene anugrah te thaka karone aru paap to kori thakibo naki? Kitia bhi eneka hobo nadibi.
16 Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?
Apuni najane naki jodi kunba manu laga agya mani kene noukar hobole apuni nijorke di dile, apuni kun laga kotha huni ase, apuni tai laga noukar nohoi? Etu hosa ase, jodi apuni paap laga noukar ase ki pora mora te loijai, nohoile kotha mani luwa laga noukar ase juntu pora dharmik hobole di ase, hoilebi apuni kun laga agya mani ase tai laga noukar ase.
17 But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you.
Kintu Isor ke dhanyavad di ase! Kelemane ekbar paap laga noukar hoi thakise, kintu apnikhan etiya to mon sob pora kotha mani loi kene ki bhal agya sikhai dise ta te thik thaki ase.
18 Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness.
Aru paap pora mukti pa-a nisena thik dharmikta laga noukar khan ase.
19 I speak after the manner of men because of the infirmity of your flesh: for as ye have yielded your members servants to uncleanness and to iniquity unto iniquity; even so now yield your members servants to righteousness unto holiness.
Moi manu hisab te he kotha koi ase kelemane apuni khan bujhi bole komjur ase. Kelemane jineka apnikhan poila te niyom namana laga noukar hoi kene thakise, aru bisi biya hoijai thakise, thik etu nisena, etiya to apuni laga gaw to dharmikta laga noukar hobole dibi, etu pora gaw to pobitro hoi jabo.
20 For when ye were the servants of sin, ye were free from righteousness.
Kitia apnikhan paap laga noukar thakise titia dharmikta apuni khan logote thaka nai.
21 What fruit had ye then in those things whereof ye are now ashamed? for the end of those things is death.
Kintu etu somoite, apnikhan pora ki phol paise eitu khan nimite etiya to apuni khan sorom kori ase? Kelemane eitu khan jinis pora to khali mrityu he ani diye.
22 But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life. (aiōnios )
Kintu etiya to apnikhan paap pora mukti paise aru Isor laga noukar hoi jaise, etu laga phol to hoile apnikhan ke bisi pobitro bona bole laga ase aru etu pora anonto jibon pabo. (aiōnios )
23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. (aiōnios )
Kelemane paap laga daam to mrityu ase, kintu Isor pora diya inam to hoile Probhu Jisu Khrista te anonto jibon ase. (aiōnios )
