< Romans 10 >
1 Brethren, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they might be saved.
Bhai khan, moi laga monte itcha aru taikhan nimite Isor usorte prathana kora to taikhan poritran pabo nimite ase.
2 For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge.
Isor nimite taikhan mon juli thaka to moi bhi sakhi di ase kintu thik buddhi pora kora nai.
3 For they being ignorant of God’s righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.
Kelemane, taikhan Isor laga dharmikta najane, aru taikhan nijor laga dharmikta bona bole kosis korise. Taikhan to Isor laga dharmikta te nijor jibon diya nai.
4 For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.
Kelemane kun he biswas kore taikhan laga dharmikta nimite Khrista he niyom ke pura korise.
5 For Moses describeth the righteousness which is of the law, That the man which doeth those things shall live by them.
Kelemane Moses pora likhise dharmikta to niyom pora he ahe: “Kun manu niyom kowa khan kori ase, tai etu pora jinda thakibo.”
6 But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? ( that is, to bring Christ down from above: )
Kintu biswas pora aha laga dharmikta pora etu koi ase, “Tumi laga monte eneka nakobi, ‘Kun sorgote uthijabo?’ (Etu ase, Khrista ke nami anibo karone);
7 Or, Who shall descend into the deep? ( that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead.) (Abyssos )
aru nohoile eneka nokobi, ‘Kun norokte nami bo?’” (Etu ase, Khrista mora pora jinda uthaikene anibole). (Abyssos )
8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;
Kintu etu pora ki koi ase? “Kotha to apuni usorte he ase.” Etu biswas laga kotha ase, jun to amikhan prochar kori ase.”
9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
Kelemane, jodi apuni laga mukh pora Jisu ke Probhu eneka shikar korile, aru apuni laga monte Isor pora Tai mora pora jinda uthai dise eneka biswas korile, titia hoile apuni poritran pabo.
10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
Kelemane monte biswas kora pora ekjon dharmik hoijai, aru mukh pora shikar korile poritran pai loi.
11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
Kelemane Shastro te eneka likha ase, “Kun pora taike biswas kore, taikhan kunke bhi sorom nadibo.”
12 For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.
Kelemane Yehudi aru Yunani majote eku alag nai. Kelemane Probhu to sob laga Probhu ase, aru kun pora Taike mate, taikhan sobke Tai laga dhun di ase.
13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
Kelemane kun pora Probhu laga naam mati ase taikhan sob poritran pabo.
14 How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?
Kintu taikhan pora biswas nakora ekjon laga naam kineka matibo? Aru kitia bhi nahuna ekjon ke taikhan kineka biswas koribo? Aru kunba pora prochar nakorile taikhan kineka hunibo?
15 And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!
Aru taikhan ke napathaile, taikhan kineka prochar koribo? - Likha thaka nisena, “Bhal khobor prochar kora khan laga theng kiman bhi sundur ase!”
16 But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Isaiah saith, Lord, who hath believed our report?
Kintu taikhan sob pora susamachar laga kotha mana nai. Kelemane Isaiah koi ase, “Probhu, amikhan prochar kora huni kene kun biswas korise?”
17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
Etu karone huna pora he biswas ahe, aru Khrista laga kotha prochar kora pora hunibo pai.
18 But I say, Have they not heard? Yes verily, their sound went into all the earth, and their words unto the ends of the world.
Kintu moi hudi ase, “Taikhan pora huna nai naki?” Hoi, hosa taikhan pora hunise. “Prithibi sob jagate taikhan laga awaj jai jaise, Aru taikhan laga kotha pora duniya laga sob kona tak punchise.”
19 But I say, Did not Israel know? First Moses saith, I will provoke you to jealousy by them that are no people, and by a foolish nation I will anger you.
Kintu moi hudi ase, “Israel pora buja nai naki?” Moses pora prothom te koise, “Moi juntu desh bhi nohoi, eitu khan dwara tumikhan ke suku jola bole dibo. Nabuja laga desh pora tumikhan ke khong uthibole dibo.”
20 But Isaiah is very bold, and saith, I was found of them that sought me not; I was made manifest unto them that asked not after me.
Titia Isaiah mon dangor hoi kene eneka koise, “Kun pora bisara nai taikhan pora Moike pai loise. Kun pora huda nai taikhan logote Moi nijor dikhai dise.”
21 But to Israel he saith, All day long I have stretched forth my hands unto a disobedient and gainsaying people.
Kintu Israel laga eneka koi ase, “Pura dinte Ami kotha namana aru jhagara kora manu khan uporte hath uthaikene thakise.”
