Psalms 74
1 O God, why hast thou cast us off for ever? why doth thine anger smoke against the sheep of thy pasture?
阿撒夫的訓誨詩。 天主，您為何常久棄捨不管，對您牧場的羊群怒火炎炎？
2 Remember thy congregation, which thou hast purchased of old; the rod of thine inheritance, which thou hast redeemed; this mount Zion, wherein thou hast dwelt.
求您懷念您自古所佔有的會伴，您所贖回給您作產業的族團，及您在那裏設置寶座的熙雍山，
3 Lift up thy feet unto the perpetual desolations; even all that the enemy hath done wickedly in the sanctuary.
求您舉步踏向久存的荒野：敵人在聖所中摧毀了一切。
4 Thine enemies roar in the midst of thy congregations; they set up their ensigns for signs.
您的仇人在您的會場上咆哮狂謾，豎立起自己的旗幟作為凱旋紀念。
5 A man was famous according as he had lifted up axes upon the thick trees.
他們相似高舉斧子的樵夫，在森林中砍伐堅硬的樹木。
6 But now they break down the carved work thereof at once with axes and hammers.
他們竟用斧頭鐵鎚，搗毀了聖殿的門扉；
7 They have cast fire into thy sanctuary, they have defiled by casting down the dwelling place of thy name to the ground.
他們又縱火焚燒了您的聖殿，把您聖名的居所褻瀆於地面。
8 They said in their hearts, Let us destroy them together: they have burned up all the synagogues of God in the land.
心裏說：我們把它們全部摧毀，燒盡天主在地上所有的殿宇。
9 We see not our signs: there is no more any prophet: neither is there among us any that knoweth how long.
我們的標幟，已再不見，一個先知也不復出現，我們都不知幾時纔完。
10 O God, how long shall the adversary reproach? shall the enemy blaspheme thy name for ever?
天主，仇人欺凌辱罵要到何時﹖敵人豈能永遠褻瀆您的名字？
11 Why withdrawest thou thy hand, even thy right hand? pluck it out of thy bosom.
為何您把您的手收回，將您的右手插入懷裏？
12 For God is my King of old, working salvation in the midst of the earth.
天主，從古以來是我的君主，是他在人世間實行了救助。
13 Thou didst divide the sea by thy strength: thou brakest the heads of the dragons in the waters.
您以您的權能分開了大海，在水中擊破了毒龍的頭蓋。
14 Thou brakest the heads of leviathan in pieces, and gavest him to be meat to the people inhabiting the wilderness.
打碎了里外雅堂的頭顱，且將牠作為海怪的食物。
15 Thou didst cleave the fountain and the flood: thou driedst up mighty rivers.
您引源泉溪水流滾涓涓，卻使洶湧江河涸竭枯乾，
16 The day is thine, the night also is thine: thou hast prepared the light and the sun.
白日屬於您，黑夜也屬於您，月亮和太陽都是由您佈置。
17 Thou hast set all the borders of the earth: thou hast made summer and winter.
您劃出了大地的界限，您制定了冬夏的時間。
18 Remember this, that the enemy hath reproached, O Yhwh, and that the foolish people have blasphemed thy name.
上主求您切記：仇人褻瀆了您，無知的百姓侮辱了您的名字。
19 O deliver not the soul of thy turtledove unto the multitude of the wicked: forget not the congregation of thy poor for ever.
求您不要將您斑鳩的性命交給野鷹，永遠也不要忘記您的窮苦人的性命。
20 Have respect unto the covenant: for the dark places of the earth are full of the habitations of cruelty.
求您回顧您所立的誓盟，因各地暗處充滿了強橫。
21 O let not the oppressed return ashamed: let the poor and needy praise thy name.
願受壓迫的人不要含羞回程，願貧苦窮乏的人歌頌您的名。
22 Arise, O God, plead thine own cause: remember how the foolish man reproacheth thee daily.
天主，求您速來處理您的案件，切記糊塗人天天對您的侮慢。
23 Forget not the voice of thine enemies: the tumult of those that rise up against thee increaseth continually.
千萬不要忘了您敵人的喧囂，和反抗您的人們不斷的狂叫。
