Psalms 146

1 Praise Yah. Praise Yhwh, O my soul.

我的靈魂，您要讚美上主，

2 While I live will I praise Yhwh: I will sing praises unto my God while I have any being.

在我一生，我要讚美上主，一息尚存，我要歌頌天主。

3 Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help.

您們不要全心依賴王侯大臣，也不要依賴不能施救的世人；

4 His breath goeth forth, he returneth to his earth; in that very day his thoughts perish.

他的氣息一斷，就歸於灰土，他的一切計劃立刻化為烏有。

5 Happy is he that hath the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in Yhwh his God:

凡是以雅各伯的天主為自己扶助的人，上主天主為自己希望的，是有福的人。

6 Which made heaven, and earth, the sea, and all that therein is: which keepeth truth for ever:

上主創造了上天與下土，海洋和其中的所有一切。他持守信實，一直到永久。

7 Which executeth judgment for the oppressed: which giveth food to the hungry. Yhwh looseth the prisoners:

上主為被欺的人作辯護，上主給饑餓的人賜食物，上主使被囚的人得自由。

8 Yhwh openeth the eyes of the blind: Yhwh raiseth them that are bowed down: Yhwh loveth the righteous:

上主開啟瞎子的眼睛，上主使傴僂的人直身，上主愛慕那正義的人。

9 Yhwh preserveth the strangers; he relieveth the fatherless and widow: but the way of the wicked he turneth upside down.

上主對旅客加以保護，上主支持孤兒和寡婦，上主迷惑惡人的道路。

10 Yhwh shall reign for ever, even thy God, O Zion, unto all generations. Hallelu jah.

願上主永永遠遠為君王！熙雍，您的天主萬壽無疆！
