Mark 11
1 And when they came nigh to Jerusalem, unto Bethphage and Bethany, at the mount of Olives, he sendeth forth two of his disciples,
Und da sie nahe an Jerusalem, gen Bethphage und Bethanien kamen, an den Ölberg, sandte er zwei seiner Jünger.
2 And saith unto them, Go your way into the village over against you: and as soon as ye be entered into it, ye shall find a colt tied, whereon never man sat; loose him, and bring him.
Und sagt ihnen: Gehet hin in das Dorf, das vor euch liegt, und alsobald, wenn ihr hineinkommet, werdet ihr finden ein Füllen angebunden, auf welches kein Mensch gesessen ist; löset es ab, und bringt es!
3 And if any man say unto you, Why do ye this? say ye that the Lord hath need of him; and straightway he will send him hither.
Und wenn jemand zu euch spricht: Warum tut ihr daß? so saget: Der Herr hat es nötig; und alsbald wird er es hierher gehen lassen.
4 And they went their way, and found the colt tied by the door without in a place where two ways met; and they loose him.
Und sie gingen hin, und fanden ein Füllen angebunden ans Tor, außen auf dem Scheidewege, und lösen es ab.
5 And certain of them that stood there said unto them, What do ye, loosing the colt?
Und etliche derer, die dastanden, sprachen zu ihnen: Was machet ihr, daß ihr das Füllen ablöset?
6 And they said unto them even as Jesus had commanded: and they let them go.
Sie aber sagten ihnen, wie Jesus gesagt hatte, und sie ließen sie.
7 And they brought the colt to Jesus, and cast their garments on him; and he sat upon him.
Und sie führten das Füllen zu Jesus, und legten ihre Kleider darauf, und er setzte sich auf dasselbe.
8 And many spread their garments in the way: and others cut down branches off the trees, and strawed them in the way.
Viele aber breiteten ihre Kleider auf den Weg; andere hieben Zweige von den Bäumen, und streuten sie auf den Weg.
9 And they that went before, and they that followed, cried, saying, Hosanna; Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord:
Und die vorausgingen, und die nachfolgten, schrieen und sprachen: Hosianna! Gesegnet sei, der da kommt im Namen des Herrn!
10 Blessed be the kingdom of our father David, that cometh in the name of the Lord: Hosanna in the highest.
Gesegnet sei die Königsherrschaft unseres Vaters Davids, die da kommt! Hosianna in der Höhe!
11 And Jesus entered into Jerusalem, and into the temple: and when he had looked round about upon all things, and now the eventide was come, he went out unto Bethany with the twelve.
Und Jesus ging hinein nach Jerusalem und in den Tempel, und besah alles; des Abends aber, da es schon spät war, ging er hinaus nach Bethanien, mit den Zwölfen.
12 And on the morrow, when they were come from Bethany, he was hungry:
Und am folgenden Tag, da sie von Bethanien gingen, hungerte ihn.
13 And seeing a fig tree afar off having leaves, he came, if haply he might find any thing thereon: and when he came to it, he found nothing but leaves; for the time of figs was not yet.
Und er sah einen Feigenbaum von ferne, der Blätter hatte, und ging hin, ob er etwas darauf fände; und als er hinkam, fand er nichts auf ihm, außer Blätter, denn es war nicht die Zeit der Feigen.
14 And Jesus answered and said unto it, No man eat fruit of thee hereafter for ever. And his disciples heard it. (aiōn g165)
Und er hub an und sprach zu ihm: Nun esse von dir niemand mehr Frucht in Ewigkeit. Und seine Jünger hörten es. (aiōn g165)
15 And they come to Jerusalem: and Jesus went into the temple, and began to cast out them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves;
Und sie kommen nach Jerusalem, und er ging in den Tempel, und fing an auszutreiben die Verkäufer und Käufer im Tempel; und die Tische der Wechsler und die Stände der Taubenverkäufer stieß er um;
16 And would not suffer that any man should carry any vessel through the temple.
Und ließ nicht zu, daß jemand ein Gefäß durch den Tempel trüge.
17 And he taught, saying unto them, Is it not written, My house shall be called of all nations the house of prayer? but ye have made it a den of thieves.
Und er lehrte, und sprach zu ihnen: Steht nicht geschrieben: "Mein Haus soll ein Bethaus heißen allen Völkern?" Ihr aber habt es gemacht zu einer Räuberhöhle.
18 And the scribes and chief priests heard it, and sought how they might destroy him: for they feared him, because all the people was astonished at his doctrine.
Und die hohen Priester und Schriftgelehrten hörten es, und suchten, wie sie ihn umbrächten, denn sie fürchteten ihn, weil alles Volk ob seiner Lehre erstaunt war.
19 And when even was come, he went out of the city.
Und als es Abend geworden war, ging er vor die Stadt hinaus.
20 And in the morning, as they passed by, they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots.
Und als sie am Morgen vorübergingen, sahen sie den Feigenbaum verdorrt von der Wurzel aus.
21 And Peter calling to remembrance saith unto him, Master, behold, the fig tree which thou cursedst is withered away.
Und Petrus erinnerte sich, und spricht zu ihm: Rabbi, siehe, der Feigenbaum, den du verflucht hast, ist verdorrt.
22 And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.
Und Jesus antwortete und spricht zu ihnen: Habt Glauben an Gott;
23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.
Denn wahrlich, ich sage euch: Wer zu diesem Berge spräche: Hebe dich, und wirf dich ins Meer; und zweifelte nicht in seinem Herzen, sondern glaubte, daß was er sagt, geschieht, dem wird werden, was er spricht.
24 Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
Darum sage ich euch: Alles, was ihr bittet im Gebet, glaubet, daß ihr es empfanget, und es wird euch werden.
25 And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.
Und wenn ihr stehet und betet, so vergebet, wenn ihr gegen jemand etwas habt, damit euch auch euer Vater in den Himmeln euere Fehler vergebe.
26 But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses.
Wenn ihr aber nicht vergebet, so wird euch euer Vater in den Himmeln euere Fehler auch nicht vergeben.
27 And they come again to Jerusalem: and as he was walking in the temple, there come to him the chief priests, and the scribes, and the elders,
Und sie kommen abermals nach Jerusalem. Und als er im Tempel umherging, kommen zu ihm die hohen Priester und Ältesten,
28 And say unto him, By what authority doest thou these things? and who gave thee this authority to do these things?
Und sagen ihm: In welcher Macht tust du solches? und wer hat dir die Macht gegeben, daß du solches tust?
29 And Jesus answered and said unto them, I will also ask of you one question, and answer me, and I will tell you by what authority I do these things.
Jesus aber antwortete, und sprach zu ihnen: Auch ich will euch ein Wort fragen, und antwortet mir, so werde ich euch sagen, in welcher Macht ich solches tue.
30 The baptism of John, was it from heaven, or of men? answer me.
Die Taufe Johannis, war sie aus dem Himmel (Gott), oder aus Menschen? antwortet mir!
31 And they reasoned with themselves, saying, If we shall say, From heaven; he will say, Why then did ye not believe him?
Und sie überlegten untereinander, und sprachen: Wenn wir sagen: Aus dem Himmel, so wird er sagen: Warum habt ihr ihm nicht geglaubt?
32 But if we shall say, Of men; they feared the people: for all men counted John, that he was a prophet indeed.
Sagen wir dagegen: Aus Menschen, so fürchten sie das Volk, denn alle hielten Johannes dafür, daß er wirklich ein Prophet war.
33 And they answered and said unto Jesus, We cannot tell. And Jesus answering saith unto them, Neither do I tell you by what authority I do these things.
Und sie antworteten, und sprachen zu Jesus: Wir wissen´s nicht. Und Jesus antwortete, und sprach zu ihnen: So sage ich euch nicht in welcher Macht ich solches tue.
