Leviticus 2
1 And when any will offer a grain offering unto Yhwh, his offering shall be of fine flour; and he shall pour oil upon it, and put frankincense thereon:
Lalapho umuntu enikela eNkosini umnikelo wokudla, umnikelo wakhe uzakuba ngowempuphu ecolekileyo; abesethela amafutha phezu kwawo, abeke inhlaka kuwo,
2 And he shall bring it to Aaron’s sons the priests: and he shall take thereout his handful of the flour thereof, and of the oil thereof, with all the frankincense thereof; and the priest shall burn the memorial of it upon the altar, to be an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto Yhwh:
awulethe kumadodana kaAroni, abapristi, acuphe kuwo isandla sakhe esigcweleyo impuphu yawo ecolekileyo lokwamafutha awo, kanye lenhlaka yawo yonke; lompristi atshise isikhumbuzo sawo elathini, umnikelo owenziwe ngomlilo, oloqhatshi olumnandi eNkosini.
3 And the remnant of the grain offering shall be Aaron’s and his sons’: it is a thing most holy of the offerings of Yhwh made by fire.
Lokuseleyo komnikelo wokudla kuzakuba ngokukaAroni lokwamadodana akhe; kuyingcwelengcwele eminikelweni yeNkosi eyenziwe ngomlilo.
4 And if thou bring an oblation of a grain offering baken in the oven, it shall be unleavened cakes of fine flour mingled with oil, or unleavened wafers anointed with oil.
Nxa uletha-ke umnikelo womnikelo wokudla ophekwe eziko, kawube ngowamaqebelengwana angelamvubelo empuphu ecolekileyo ahlanganiswe lamafutha, loba izinkwana eziyizipatalala ezingelamvubelo ezinindwe ngamafutha.
5 And if thy oblation be a grain offering baken in a pan, it shall be of fine flour unleavened, mingled with oil.
Uba-ke umnikelo wakho ungumnikelo wokudla ophekwe ngomganu oyincence, uzakuba ngowempuphu ecolekileyo engelamvubelo, ixubene lamafutha.
6 Thou shalt part it in pieces, and pour oil thereon: it is a grain offering.
Uwuhlephune ube yizihlephu, uthele amafutha kuzo; kungumnikelo wokudla.
7 And if thy oblation be a grain offering baken in the fryingpan, it shall be made of fine flour with oil.
Uba-ke umnikelo wakho ungumnikelo wokudla ophekwe ngembiza, kuzakwenziwa ngempuphu ecolekileyo kanye lamafutha.
8 And thou shalt bring the grain offering that is made of these things unto Yhwh: and when it is presented unto the priest, he shall bring it unto the altar.
Njalo uzaletha umnikelo wokudla owenziwe ngalezizinto eNkosini; nxa ulethwa kumpristi, uzawuletha elathini.
9 And the priest shall take from the grain offering a memorial thereof, and shall burn it upon the altar: it is an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto Yhwh.
Umpristi uzathatha emnikelweni wokudla isikhumbuzo sawo, asitshise elathini; singumnikelo owenziwe ngomlilo, oloqhatshi olumnandi eNkosini.
10 And that which is left of the grain offering shall be Aaron’s and his sons’: it is a thing most holy of the offerings of Yhwh made by fire.
Lokuseleyo komnikelo wokudla kuzakuba ngokukaAroni lokwamadodana akhe; kuyingcwelengcwele eminikelweni yeNkosi eyenziwe ngomlilo.
11 No grain offering, which ye shall bring unto Yhwh, shall be made with leaven: for ye shall burn no leaven, nor any honey, in any offering of Yhwh made by fire.
Kakulamnikelo wokudla elizawuletha eNkosini ozakwenziwa ngemvubelo, ngoba kawuyikutshisa langayiphi imvubelo loba ngaluphi uluju umnikelo owenzelwe iNkosi ngomlilo.
12 As for the oblation of the firstfruits, ye shall offer them unto Yhwh: but they shall not be burnt on the altar for a sweet savour.
Umnikelo wezithelo zokuqala lizawunikela eNkosini, kodwa kawuyikutshiswa elathini kube luqhatshi olumnandi.
13 And every oblation of thy grain offering shalt thou season with salt; neither shalt thou suffer the salt of the covenant of thy God to be lacking from thy grain offering: with all thine offerings thou shalt offer salt.
Lawo wonke umnikelo womnikelo wakho wokudla uzawutshwaya ngetshwayi; njalo ungavumeli ukuthi itshwayi lesivumelwano sikaNkulunkulu wakho lisweleke emnikelweni wakho wokudla; kanye leminikelo yakho yonke uzanikela itshwayi.
14 And if thou offer a grain offering of thy firstfruits unto Yhwh, thou shalt offer for the grain offering of thy firstfruits green heads of grain dried by the fire, even barley beaten out of full heads.
Uba-ke unikela umnikelo wokudla wezithelo zokuqala eNkosini, uzanikela kube ngumnikelo wokudla ezithelweni zakho zokuqala amabele amatsha ayizikhwebu ezosiweyo, amabele achotshoziweyo ezikhwebu ezintsha;
15 And thou shalt put oil upon it, and lay frankincense thereon: it is a grain offering.
uthele amafutha kuwo, ubeke inhlaka phezu kwawo; kungumnikelo wokudla.
16 And the priest shall burn the memorial of it, part of the beaten grain thereof, and part of the oil thereof, with all the frankincense thereof: it is an offering made by fire unto Yhwh.
Umpristi uzatshisa-ke isikhumbuzo sawo, okwamabele achotshoziweyo awo lokwamafutha awo, layo yonke inhlaka yawo; kungumnikelo owenzelwe iNkosi ngomlilo.
