< John 14 >

Yesu ka kyerɛɛ nʼasuafo no se, “Mommma mo koma ntu. Munnye Onyankopɔn nni na munnye me nso nni.
2 In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
Tenabea bebree wɔ mʼAgya fi, ɛno nti merekɔ akosiesie baabi ama mo. Sɛ asɛm a mereka yi nyɛ nokware a anka merenka nkyerɛ mo.
3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
Na sɛ mekɔ na mikosiesie baabi ma mo a, mɛsan aba abɛfa mo akɔ na me ne mo akɔtena.
4 And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know.
Munim faako a merekɔ no ne ɔkwan ko a mobɛfa so aba hɔ bi.”
5 Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way?
Toma bisaa no se, “Awurade yennim faako a worekɔ na yɛbɛyɛ dɛn ahu ɔkwan aba hɔ bi?”
6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
Yesu buae se, “Mene ɔkwan ne nokware ne nkwa no; obi ntumi nkɔ Agya no hɔ, gye sɛ ɔfa me so.”
7 If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.
Yesu kaa bio se, “Afei a moahu onipa ko a meyɛ yi, saa ara nso na mubehu mʼAgya no, na efi saa bere yi munim no, efisɛ moahu no!”
8 Philip saith unto him, Lord, shew us the Father, and it sufficeth us.
Filipo bisaa no se, “Awurade, kyerɛ yɛn Agya no, efisɛ nea yɛrehwehwɛ ara ne no.”
9 Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father?
Yesu buaa no se, “Filipo, enti me ne mo nantewee dedaada yi, wunnim onipa ko a meyɛ? Obiara a onim onipa ko a meyɛ no nim mʼAgya no. Adɛn nti na woka se, ‘Kyerɛ yɛn Agya’ no?
10 Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.
Filipo wunnye nni sɛ mewɔ Agya no mu na Agya no nso wɔ me mu ana? Yesu san ka kyerɛɛ nʼasuafo no se, nsɛm a maka akyerɛ mo no mfi mʼankasa. Agya a ɔte me mu no na ɔnam me so yɛ nʼadwuma.
11 Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works’ sake.
Munnye me nni sɛ mewɔ Agya no mu na Agya no nso wɔ me mu. Sɛ munnnye nsɛm a maka no nni a, nnwuma a mayɛ no nti, munnye nni.
12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.
Mereka nokware akyerɛ mo, obiara a ogye me di no bɛyɛ nnwuma a meyɛ no bi na mpo ɔbɛyɛ nnwuma akɛseakɛse, efisɛ merekɔ mʼAgya no nkyɛn.
13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

“Sɛ modɔ me a munni mʼahyɛde so.
16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; (aiōn g165)

Wiase rentumi nnye no, efisɛ wonhu no, na wonnim no. Nanso mo de, munim no, efisɛ ɔne mo na ɛte.
18 I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.

Obiara a odi mʼahyɛde so no ne obi a ɔdɔ me. Obiara a ɔdɔ me no mʼAgya bɛdɔ no, na me nso mɛdɔ no na mada me ho adi akyerɛ no.”
22 Judas saith unto him, not Iscariot, Lord, how is it that thou wilt manifest thyself unto us, and not unto the world?
Yuda a ɛnyɛ Iskariot no, kae se, “Awurade, ɛbɛyɛ dɛn na wobɛda wo ho adi akyerɛ yɛn nko ara na ɛnyɛ nnipa nyinaa?”
23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.
Yesu buaa no se, “Obiara a ɔdɔ me no bedi me nsɛm so. MʼAgya bɛdɔ no na me ne mʼAgya bɛba ne nkyɛn ne no abɛtena.
24 He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father’s which sent me.
Obiara a ɔnnɔ me no renni me nsɛm so. Nsɛm a moate no nyɛ me ara me nsɛm, na mmom efi mʼAgya a ɔsomaa me no nkyɛn.

28 Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come again unto you. If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I.
“Motee sɛ mekae se, ‘Merekɔ nanso mɛsan aba mo nkyɛn bio’ no. Sɛ modɔ me ampa ara a, anka mo ani begye, efisɛ afei de, metumi akɔ Agya a ɔwɔ tumi sen me no nkyɛn.

31 But that the world may know that I love the Father; and as the Father gave me commandment, even so I do. Arise, let us go hence.
