< James 3 >

1 My brethren, be not many teachers, knowing that we shall receive the greater condemnation.
Azo anu gbardan wadi cukuno anu boo tize ta Asere; anu henu um' lrusa unu guna tidi kabi umara utize
2 For in many things we offend all. If any man offend not in word, the same is a perfect man, and able also to bridle the whole body.
. Barki tidi pilko a tina sasas; vat de sa da ma pilko u hana a banga ba me mani sa ma tonno inni kara; de sa mada ke ma meki nipum nume vat
3 Behold, we put bits in the horses’ mouths, that they may obey us; and we turn about their whole body.
Inka ta wuna nizin na ayo a barka a ti nyo tiwe me wadi tuzo duru ace ti bari apum awe me vat.
4 Behold also the ships, which though they be so great, and are driven of fierce winds, yet are they turned about with a very small helm, whithersoever the governor listeth.
Ringi zini uzirgi u mgwei barki sa wa zi madangdang upebu uni kara ugido we; Azumo acin ani unu hungo me ma gamara we ko da aba.
5 Even so the tongue is a little member, and boasteth great things. Behold, how great a matter a little fire kindleth!
Ane ani nilem kumum kuni cingilin ani pum si uboo atimum ti dang dang. kasi kura cin kudi rii ukwe unk jaa ni dang dang.
6 And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it defileth the whole body, and setteth on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire of hell. (Geenna g1067)
Nilem ura uni a nyimo ani pum nuru; uneh umadini sa a wuna anyimo tikira ta pum aru' ni cara nipum nin vat na kuru na wuna timum ta meki ura. Anime ani akjra ura uni ma hurse. (Geenna g1067)
7 For every kind of beasts, and of birds, and of serpents, and of things in the sea, is tamed, and hath been tamed of mankind:
Barki ko ya binama binija bi nyin nannu hungo apuru nan timum tini win nidanga bara we.
8 But the tongue can no man tame; it is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison.
Abanga anilem azo de a nyimo anu unee sama rusa ubara uwekatuma kabur ku zatu karti; ya mgwinca in ti kono tu huza.
9 Therewith bless we God, even the Father; and therewith curse we men, which are made after the similitude of God.
Inni lem ni gino nini nonzo Aserenan aco ni ne nini tidi wuzi anu wa curno me an de sa a bara kasi Asere.
10 Out of the same mouth proceedeth blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not so to be.
A nyo sa a nonzo unu ane ani acara ni. Anu henu um ani da a wuna ba.
11 Doth a fountain send forth at the same place sweet water and bitter?
̄A hira suzo u mgwei a da ke a suzo mgwei mamas nan ma gbanggbang ni go me?
12 Can the fig tree, my brethren, bear olive berries? either a vine, figs? so can no fountain both yield salt water and fresh.
A nu henu um utitiupom udake uyo ba? nani uruu umajanap udi cukuno upom? ane ani mgwei ma gbangbangmadi cukunoma mamas ba.
13 Who is a wise man and endued with knowledge among you? let him shew out of a good conversation his works with meekness of wisdom.
A nnyimo ashi me aveni unu rusa? ca unu u gino me ma cukuno unu wuza imum irir ma bezi katumaka riri nan urusa.
14 But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth.
Barki ani inki i rusa izinni ni eru ni zenzen a nyimo amuriba mushi me katti ivavi bigiri in moco ahira a kadua ba.
15 This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish.
U gino urusa me a zo ge sa utu zo wa Asere ba barki ani me unee uni umadi ibei ibur.
16 For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.
A hira sa ni eru nan madini mara ni abini adi kenzi u hirza iriba a ko di ka ya ka tuma ka zenzeng.
17 But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.
Urusau gino mewa zeser; unu tuba ulau uni nan nu suu u nati riba ma mgwinci ini buri iriri, unu nata unice' unu benki unu wuza imum ihuma a sarki uzo rep.
18 And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace.
Iburi' ihuma abiri unnu runta atii. Barki an dee sa wa muta ace.
