Isaiah 62
1 For Zion’s sake will I not hold my peace, and for Jerusalem’s sake I will not rest, until the righteousness thereof go forth as brightness, and the salvation thereof as a lamp that burneth.
௧சீயோனுக்காகவும் எருசலேமுக்காகவும் நான் மவுனமாயிராமலும், அதின் நீதி பிரகாசத்தைப் போலவும், அதின் பாதுகாப்பு எரிகிற தீப்பந்தத்தைப்போலவும் வெளிப்படும்வரை அமராமலும் இருப்பேன்.
2 And the Gentiles shall see thy righteousness, and all kings thy glory: and thou shalt be called by a new name, which the mouth of Yhwh shall name.
௨தேசங்கள் உன் நீதியையும், சகல ராஜாக்களும் உன் மகிமையையும் காண்பார்கள்; யெகோவாவுடைய வாய் சொல்லும் புதிய பெயரால் நீ அழைக்கப்படுவாய்.
3 Thou shalt also be a crown of glory in the hand of Yhwh, and a royal diadem in the hand of thy God.
௩நீ யெகோவாவுடைய கையில் அலங்காரமான கிரீடமும், உன் தேவனுடைய கரத்தில் ராஜமுடியுமாயிருப்பாய்.
4 Thou shalt no more be termed Forsaken; neither shall thy land any more be termed Desolate: but thou shalt be called Hephzi–bah, and thy land Beulah: for Yhwh delighteth in thee, and thy land shall be married.
௪நீ இனிக் கைவிடப்பட்டவள் எனப்படாமலும், உன் தேசம் இனிப் பாழான தேசம் எனப்படாமலும், நீ எப்சிபா என்றும், உன் தேசம் பியூலா என்றும் சொல்லப்படும்; யெகோவா உன்மேல் பிரியமாயிருக்கிறார்; உன் தேசம் வாழ்க்கைப்படும்.
5 For as a young man marrieth a virgin, so shall thy sons marry thee: and as the bridegroom rejoiceth over the bride, so shall thy God rejoice over thee.
௫வாலிபன் கன்னிகையை திருமணம்செய்வதுபோல, உன் மக்கள் உன்னை திருமணம்செய்வார்கள்; மணமகன் மணமகளின்மேல் மகிழ்ச்சியாயிருப்பதுபோல, உன் தேவன் உன்மேல் மகிழ்ச்சியாயிருப்பார்.
6 I have set watchmen upon thy walls, O Jerusalem, which shall never hold their peace day nor night: ye that make mention of Yhwh, keep not silence,
௬எருசலேமே, உன் மதில்களின்மேல் பகல்முழுவதும் இரவுமுழுவதும் ஒருக்காலும் மவுனமாயிராத காவற்காரர்களைக் கட்டளையிடுகிறேன். யெகோவாவைப் பிரஸ்தாபம்செய்கிறவர்களே, நீங்கள் அமைதியாக இருக்ககூடாது.
7 And give him no rest, till he establish, and till he make Jerusalem a praise in the earth.
௭அவர் எருசலேமை உறுதிப்படுத்தி, பூமியிலே அதைப் புகழ்ச்சியாக்கும்வரை அவரை அமர்ந்திருக்கவிடாதிருங்கள்.
8 Yhwh hath sworn by his right hand, and by the arm of his strength, Surely I will no more give thy grain to be meat for thine enemies; and the sons of the stranger shall not drink thy wine, for the which thou hast laboured:
௮இனி நான் உன் தானியத்தை உன் எதிரிகளுக்கு உணவாகக் கொடுக்கமாட்டேன்; உன் பிரயாசத்தினாலாகிய உன் திராட்சைரசத்தை அந்நிய தேசத்தார் குடிப்பதுமில்லையென்று யெகோவா தமது வலது கரத்தின்மேலும் தமது வல்லமையுள்ள புயத்தின்மேலும் வாக்குக்கொடுத்தார்.
9 But they that have gathered it shall eat it, and praise Yhwh; and they that have brought it together shall drink it in the courts of my holiness.
௯அதைச் சேர்த்தவர்களே அதை சாப்பிட்டு யெகோவாவை துதிப்பார்கள்; அதைத் தயாரித்தவர்களே என் பரிசுத்த ஸ்தலத்தின் பிராகாரங்களில் அதைக் குடிப்பார்கள்.
10 Go through, go through the gates; prepare ye the way of the people; cast up, cast up the highway; gather out the stones; lift up a standard for the people.
௧0வாசல்கள் வழியாக நுழையுங்கள், நுழையுங்கள்; மக்களுக்கு வழியை ஒழுங்குபடுத்துங்கள்; பாதையை உயர்த்துங்கள், உயர்த்துங்கள்; அதிலுள்ள கற்களைப் பொறுக்கிப்போடுங்கள்; மக்களுக்காகக் கொடியை ஏற்றுங்கள்.
11 Behold, Yhwh hath proclaimed unto the end of the world, Say ye to the daughter of Zion, Behold, thy salvation cometh; behold, his reward is with him, and his work before him.
௧௧நீங்கள் மகளாகிய சீயோனை நோக்கி: இதோ, உன் இரட்சிப்பு வருகிறது; இதோ, அவர் கொடுக்கும் பலன் அவரோடும், அவர் செய்யும் பிரதிபலன் அவர் முன்பாகவும் வருகிறது என்று சொல்லுங்கள் என்று, யெகோவா பூமியின் கடைசிவரைக்கும் கூறுகிறார்.
12 And they shall call them, The holy people, The redeemed of Yhwh: and thou shalt be called, Sought out, A city not forsaken.
௧௨அவர்களைப் பரிசுத்த மக்களென்றும், யெகோவாவால் காப்பாற்றப்பட்டவர்களென்றும் சொல்லுவார்கள்; நீ தேடிக்கொள்ளப்பட்டதென்றும், கைவிடப்படாத நகரமென்றும் பெயர்பெறுவாய்.
