< Hebrews 10 >

1 For the law having a shadow of good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the comers thereunto perfect.
Banghangziam cile thukham sia hongpai pheang tu na pha te i lim hi a, tua nate pianzia tatak hi ngawl ahikom, a kizom in kum khat zawk kumkhat piak tawntung biakpiakna te in hongpai te sia cialcingsak thei ngei ngawl tu hi.
2 For then would they not have ceased to be offered? because that the worshippers once purged should have had no more conscience of sins.
Tabang hibale biakpiakna te tawlngal siat tu hi ngawl ziam? banghangziam cile a bia te khat vei a ki thiansua zawkciang, amate i khentel theina thinsung ah mawna nei nawn ngawl tu hi.
3 But in those sacrifices there is a remembrance again made of sins every year.
Ahihang kum sim sangaw biakpiakna te in, mihingte mawna phawksak hi.
4 For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins.
Banghangziam cile khuital te le keal te thisan in mawna te a vawksiat tu suak thei ngawl hi.
5 Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but a body hast thou prepared me:
Tua ahikom Christ sia leitung ah hongpai ciang in, biakpiakna le piakna te na dei bua hi, ahihang keima atu in pumpi nong vawtsak khol hi:
6 In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin thou hast had no pleasure.
Meihal biakna le mawna atu biakpiakna te na lung a kim bua hi, ci hi.
7 Then said I, Lo, I come ( in the volume of the book it is written of me, ) to do thy will, O God.
Tua zawkciang in, laibu sung ah laizial khat sung keima thu a ki at na mun khat ah, en in, maw Pathian na deina seam tu in kongpai hi, ci hi.
8 Above when he said, Sacrifice and offering and burnt offerings and offering for sin thou wouldest not, neither hadst pleasure therein; which are offered by the law;
A tung ah a kisonsa bang in, thukham bang in a ki vawt te taw kisai Christ in, biakpiakna le piakna, meihal biakpiakna te le mawna atu piakna te tung ah lungkimna na nei bua hi, ci hi;
9 Then said he, Lo, I come to do thy will, O God. He taketh away the first, that he may establish the second.
Tua zawkciang in, en vun, maw Pathian awng, na deina seam tu in kongpai hi, ci hi. Ama in a ni na a kipsak thei natu in a khat na sia vawk hi.
10 By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.
Tua deina bang in Jesus Christ in a pumpi sia tawntung atu khatvei a piakna tungtawn in hong thiangthosak zo hi.
11 And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins:
Taciang thiampi khatsim in nisim in ding a, a sep ngei biakpiakna te pia in Pathian na seam hi: tua biakpiakna te in mawna vawksak thei ngawl hi:
12 But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God;
Ahihang Christ sia mawna te atu in biakpiakna khat kumtawn atu a piak zawkciang in, Pathian ziatsang ah to hi;
13 From henceforth expecting till his enemies be made his footstool.
Tua pan kipan in a ngal te a peang koina in a vawt mateng, ngak in om hi.
14 For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.
Banghangziam cile a thianthosak te sia Ama in piakna khat tungtawn in a tawntung atu kicingsak zo hi.
15 Whereof the Holy Ghost also is a witness to us: for after that he had said before,
Tuabek domngawl in, Tha Thiangtho zong eite tung ah tetti a hihi: banghangziam cile Ama in,
16 This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them;
Hi thuciam sia tua ni te zawkciang in, amate taw ka vawt tu hi, Topa in ci hi, amate thinsung ah ka thukham te ka koi tu hi, taciang amate lungtang tung ah ka at tu hi;
17 And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more.
Taciang amate mawna te le phatngawlna te ka phawkkik nawn ba tu hi, ci hi.
18 Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin.
Tu in mawmaina a om na mun ah, mawna atu in piakna om nawn ngawl hi.
19 Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus,
Tua ahikom suapui te awng, Jesus thisan tungtawn in a thiangthobel mun ah tum tu in hangsan na i nei hi,
20 By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh;
Tua thu sia kidalna puan a kici Jesus pumpi tungtawn in nuntakna lampi thak sia eite atu in hong vawtsak zo a;
21 And having an high priest over the house of God;
Pathian inn sung ah thiampi sang i nei hu in;
22 Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.
I thinsung te sia sia le pha khentel theina pha ngawl pan in thianthosakna le i pumpi te zong tui thiangtho taw sil thiang zo ahi hu in, thamuanna a dim upna le thinsung mantak taw Ama zuan tek tawng.
23 Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; ( for he is faithful that promised; )
I pualak upna kilok ngawl in, khotak in len tawng; banghangziam cile a kamciam sa sung ah Ama sia thuman hi;
24 And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:
Taciang itna le nasep pha te seam tu in hanthotna lam ah khat le khat ki ngaisutsak tawng:
25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.
Mi pawlkhat te ngeina bang in i kikhopna tawlnga thong ba tawng; khat le khat ki hanthawn tawng: taciang a ni hong nai seseam zo hi, ci na heak uh hu in, nasiatak in ki hanthawn seseam tavun.
26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,
Banghangziam cile thuman heakna i nga zawkciang in i maw kaltang ahile, mawna atu biakpiakna om kik ngawl hi,
27 But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.
Ahihang a lauhuai thukhenna le a langpan te a kangtum thin-ukna meikuang et tu bek om lai hi.
28 He that despised Moses’ law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:
Moses thukham a thusimngawl te sia tetti ni le thum a om ahile hesuakna om ngawl in thi hi:
29 Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?
Tuabek domngawl in, Pathian Tapa a peang nuai ah a sik te, ama a thiangthosak thisan thuciam sia a thiangtho ngawl in a ngaisun te le thuthiamna Thaa a thusimngawl te bangza a nasia zaw dan thuak tu kilawm in ngaisun nu ziam?
30 For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people.
Banghangziam cile, phulamna sia keima a hi, keima in thukkik tu khi hi, Topa i a ci sia eite in i he tek hi. Taciang Topa in Ama mihing te thukhen tu hi, ci kik lai hi.
31 It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.
A nungta Pathian khutsung ah taksuk tu lauhuai mama hi.
32 But call to remembrance the former days, in which, after ye were illuminated, ye endured a great fight of afflictions;
Ahihang khuavak na nga zawk uh ciang, nasiatak in haksatna na thuak ngei uh, a bosa hun te phawkkik tavun.
33 Partly, whilst ye were made a gazingstock both by reproaches and afflictions; and partly, whilst ye became companions of them that were so used.
Note sia ngual mu na ah vawtsiatna le haksatna na thuak uh hun om a, midang te taw na thuak khop uh hun zong om hi.
34 For ye had compassion of me in my bonds, and took joyfully the spoiling of your goods, knowing in yourselves that ye have in heaven a better and an enduring substance.
Banghangziam cile ka koltan ciang in ka tung ah hesuakna nong nei uh hi, taciang vantung ah a phazaw le a ngei kikhomsuan zaw te zong na nei uh hi, ci na heak uh hu in, na neisa uh hong ki suam lai zong na lung uh dam hi.
35 Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward.
Tua a hikom na nei uh thaman lian mama le tha muan na sia nusia heak vun.
36 For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.
Banghangziam cile Pathian deina na sep zawk uh ciang, kamciam na nga thei natu uh in, thuakzawkna na kisam uh hi.
37 For yet a little while, and he that shall come will come, and will not tarry.
Banghangziam cile hongpai tu pa sia haisang ngawl in a hai ngawl in hongpai tu hi.
38 Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.
Taciang mithutang te sia upna taw nungta tu hi: ahihang mi khatpo a nungtolkik ahile ama tung ah ka nuntakna taw lungkimna ka nei batu hi.
39 But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.
Ahihang eite sia a mangthang tu in a nungtol te i hi bua hi; ahihang i nuntakna ngum tu in a um te i hihi.
