Deuteronomy 26
1 And it shall be, when thou art come in unto the land which Yhwh thy God giveth thee for an inheritance, and possessest it, and dwellest therein;
ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଅଧିକାରାର୍ଥେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଯେଉଁ ଦେଶ ଦେବେ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସେହି ଦେଶରେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ହୋଇ ତାହା ଅଧିକାର କରି ବାସ କଲେ;
2 That thou shalt take of the first of all the fruit of the earth, which thou shalt bring of thy land that Yhwh thy God giveth thee, and shalt put it in a basket, and shalt go unto the place which Yhwh thy God shall choose to place his name there.
ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ଦତ୍ତ ଆପଣା ସେହି ଦେଶର ଭୂମିଜାତ ସମସ୍ତ ପ୍ରଥମ ଫଳରୁ କିଛି କିଛି ରଖିବ ଓ ଚାଙ୍ଗୁଡ଼ିରେ ତାହା ନେଇ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଆପଣା ନାମ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା କରାଇବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଯେଉଁ ସ୍ଥାନ ମନୋନୀତ କରିବେ, ସେହି ସ୍ଥାନକୁ ଗମନ କରିବ।
3 And thou shalt go unto the priest that shall be in those days, and say unto him, I profess this day unto Yhwh thy God, that I am come unto the country which Yhwh sware unto our fathers for to give us.
ପୁଣି ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତତ୍କାଳୀନ ଯାଜକ ନିକଟକୁ ଯାଇ ତାହାକୁ କହିବ, “ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଯେଉଁ ଦେଶ ଦେବା ପାଇଁ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପୂର୍ବପୁରୁଷଗଣ ନିକଟରେ ଶପଥ କରିଥିଲେ, ସେହି ଦେଶରେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ହୋଇଅଛୁ, ଏହା ଆଜି ଆମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ସାକ୍ଷାତରେ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରୁଅଛୁ।”
4 And the priest shall take the basket out of thine hand, and set it down before the altar of Yhwh thy God.
ତହୁଁ ଯାଜକ ତୁମ୍ଭ ହସ୍ତରୁ ସେହି ଚାଙ୍ଗୁଡ଼ି ନେଇ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ଯଜ୍ଞବେଦି ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ରଖିବ।
5 And thou shalt speak and say before Yhwh thy God, A Syrian ready to perish was my father, and he went down into Egypt, and sojourned there with a few, and became there a nation, great, mighty, and populous:
ପୁଣି ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ଉତ୍ତର ଦେଇ କହିବ, “ଏକ ଜଣ ଭ୍ରମଣକାରୀ ଅରାମୀୟ ଲୋକ ଆମ୍ଭର ପିତା ଥିଲା ଓ ସେ ଅଳ୍ପସଂଖ୍ୟକ ହୋଇ ମିସରକୁ ଯାଇ ପ୍ରବାସ କଲା; ପୁଣି ସେ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ସେ ମହାନ, ବଳବାନ ଓ ବହୁସଂଖ୍ୟକ ଏକ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ହୋଇ ଉଠିଲା।
6 And the Egyptians evil entreated us, and afflicted us, and laid upon us hard bondage:
ତହିଁରେ ମିସରୀୟ ଲୋକମାନେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ଦୌରାତ୍ମ୍ୟ କଲେ ଓ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ କ୍ଳେଶ ଦେଇ କଠିନ ଦାସତ୍ୱ କରାଇଲେ।
7 And when we cried unto Yhwh God of our fathers, Yhwh heard our voice, and looked on our affliction, and our labour, and our oppression:
ତହୁଁ ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପୈତୃକ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ଡାକ ପକାଇଲୁ, ଆଉ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ରବ ଶୁଣିଲେ ଓ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ କ୍ଳେଶ, ଶ୍ରମ ଓ ଅତ୍ୟାଚାର ଦେଖିଲେ।
8 And Yhwh brought us forth out of Egypt with a mighty hand, and with an outstretched arm, and with great terribleness, and with signs, and with wonders:
ପୁଣି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ବଳବାନ ହସ୍ତ ଦ୍ୱାରା, ବିସ୍ତୀର୍ଣ୍ଣ ବାହୁ ଦ୍ୱାରା, ମହାଭୟ ଓ ନାନା ଚିହ୍ନ ପୁଣି ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ଯ୍ୟକର୍ମ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ମିସରରୁ ବାହାର କରି ଆଣିଲେ।
9 And he hath brought us into this place, and hath given us this land, even a land that floweth with milk and honey.
ଆଉ ସେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଏହି ସ୍ଥାନକୁ ଆଣିଅଛନ୍ତି ଓ ଏହି ଦେଶ, ଏକ ଦୁଗ୍ଧ ଓ ମଧୁ ପ୍ରବାହୀ ଦେଶ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦେଇଅଛନ୍ତି।
10 And now, behold, I have brought the firstfruits of the land, which thou, O Yhwh, hast given me. And thou shalt set it before Yhwh thy God, and worship before Yhwh thy God:
ଏବେ, ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୋ, ଦେଖ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆମ୍ଭକୁ ଯେଉଁ ଭୂମି ଦେଇଅଛ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ତହିଁର ପ୍ରଥମ ଫଳ ଆଣିଅଛୁ।” ଏଉତ୍ତାରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ତାହା ରଖିବ ଓ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ପ୍ରଣାମ କରିବ।
11 And thou shalt rejoice in every good thing which Yhwh thy God hath given unto thee, and unto thine house, thou, and the Levite, and the stranger that is among you.
ପୁଣି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ତୁମ୍ଭ ପ୍ରତି ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପରିବାର ପ୍ରତି ଯେଉଁ ଯେଉଁ ମଙ୍ଗଳ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି, ସେହି ସବୁରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ, ଲେବୀୟ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭ ମଧ୍ୟବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ବିଦେଶୀୟ ଲୋକ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସମସ୍ତେ ଆନନ୍ଦ କରିବ।
12 When thou hast made an end of tithing all the tithes of thine increase the third year, which is the year of tithing, and hast given it unto the Levite, the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow, that they may eat within thy gates, and be filled;
ତୃତୀୟ ବର୍ଷରେ, ଅର୍ଥାତ୍, ଦଶମାଂଶ-ବର୍ଷରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ଉତ୍ପନ୍ନ ଶସ୍ୟାଦିର ଦଶମାଂଶ ଦେବାର ସମାପ୍ତ କଲା ଉତ୍ତାରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଲେବୀୟକୁ, ବିଦେଶୀକୁ, ପିତୃହୀନକୁ ଓ ବିଧବାକୁ ତାହା ଦେବ, ତହିଁରେ ସେମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ନଗର-ଦ୍ୱାର ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଭୋଜନ କରି ତୃପ୍ତ ହେବେ।
13 Then thou shalt say before Yhwh thy God, I have brought away the hallowed things out of mine house, and also have given them unto the Levite, and unto the stranger, to the fatherless, and to the widow, according to all thy commandments which thou hast commanded me: I have not transgressed thy commandments, neither have I forgotten them:
ତହୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ଏହା କହିବ, ମୋʼ ପ୍ରତି ତୁମ୍ଭର ସମସ୍ତ ଆଜ୍ଞାନୁସାରେ “ମୁଁ ଆପଣା ଗୃହରୁ ପବିତ୍ର ବସ୍ତୁ ବାହାର କରି ପୃଥକ ରଖିଅଛି, ମଧ୍ୟ ଲେବୀୟକୁ ଓ ବିଦେଶୀକୁ, ପିତୃହୀନକୁ ଓ ବିଧବାକୁ ଦେଇଅଛି; ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭର କୌଣସି ଆଜ୍ଞାଲଙ୍ଘନ କରି ନାହିଁ, କିଅବା ତାହା ପାସୋରି ନାହିଁ।
14 I have not eaten thereof in my mourning, neither have I taken away ought thereof for any unclean use, nor given ought thereof for the dead: but I have hearkened to the voice of Yhwh my God, and have done according to all that thou hast commanded me.
ମୁଁ ଆପଣା ଶୋକ ସମୟରେ ତହିଁରୁ କିଛି ଭୋଜନ କରି ନାହିଁ, ଅବା ଅଶୁଚି ହୋଇ ତହିଁରୁ କିଛି ରଖି ନାହିଁ, କିଅବା ମୃତ ଲୋକ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ତହିଁରୁ କିଛି ଦେଇ ନାହିଁ। ମୁଁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଆପଣା ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ରବରେ ଅବଧାନ କରିଅଛି, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋତେ ଯାହା ଯାହା ଆଜ୍ଞା କଲ, ସେହି ସମସ୍ତ ମୁଁ କରିଅଛି।
15 Look down from thy holy habitation, from heaven, and bless thy people Israel, and the land which thou hast given us, as thou swarest unto our fathers, a land that floweth with milk and honey.
ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ପବିତ୍ର ନିବାସ ସ୍ୱର୍ଗରୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିପାତ କର, ପୁଣି ତୁମ୍ଭର ଲୋକ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲକୁ ଓ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପୂର୍ବପୁରୁଷଗଣ ପ୍ରତି କୃତ ଆପଣା ଶପଥ ଅନୁସାରେ ଯେଉଁ ଭୂମି ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦେଇଅଛ, ସେହି ଦୁଗ୍ଧ ଓ ମଧୁ ପ୍ରବାହୀ ଦେଶକୁ ଆଶୀର୍ବାଦ କର।”
16 This day Yhwh thy God hath commanded thee to do these statutes and judgments: thou shalt therefore keep and do them with all thine heart, and with all thy soul.
ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଆଜି ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଏହିସବୁ ବିଧି ଓ ଶାସନ ପାଳନ କରିବାକୁ ଆଜ୍ଞା ଦେଉଅଛନ୍ତି; ଏଥିପାଇଁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ସମସ୍ତ ହୃଦୟ ଓ ସମସ୍ତ ପ୍ରାଣ ସହିତ ତାହାସବୁ ମାନିବ ଓ କରିବ,
17 Thou hast avouched Yhwh this day to be thy God, and to walk in his ways, and to keep his statutes, and his commandments, and his judgments, and to hearken unto his voice:
ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆଜି ସ୍ୱୀକାର କରିଅଛ ଯେ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭର ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ହେବେ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତାହାଙ୍କ ପଥରେ ଚାଲିବ ଓ ତାହାଙ୍କ ବିଧି, ଆଜ୍ଞା ଓ ଶାସନ ମାନିବ ଓ ତାହାଙ୍କ ରବରେ କର୍ଣ୍ଣପାତ କରିବ।
18 And Yhwh hath avouched thee this day to be his peculiar people, as he hath promised thee, and that thou shouldest keep all his commandments;
ପୁଣି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଆଜି ଏହି ଅଙ୍ଗୀକାର କରିଅଛନ୍ତି ଯେ, ତାହାଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞାନୁସାରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତାହାଙ୍କର ସଞ୍ଚିତ ଧନ ହେବ ଓ ତାହାଙ୍କର ସମସ୍ତ ଆଜ୍ଞା ମାନିବ;
19 And to make thee high above all nations which he hath made, in praise, and in name, and in honour; and that thou mayest be an holy people unto Yhwh thy God, as he hath spoken.
ପୁଣି ସେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ପ୍ରଶଂସାରେ, ନାମରେ ଓ ସମ୍ମାନରେ ଆପଣାର ସୃଷ୍ଟ ସମସ୍ତ ଦେଶୀୟ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ଅପେକ୍ଷା ଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ କରିବେ, ଆଉ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତାହାଙ୍କ ବାକ୍ୟାନୁସାରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ପବିତ୍ର ଲୋକ ହେବ।
