< 1 Timothy 6 >

1 Let as many servants as are under the yoke count their own masters worthy of all honour, that the name of God and his doctrine be not blasphemed.
Sohhon Pathen min leh athuhil taiponga aumsah louna dinguvin a Pakai teu ginleh jabolna lhingset apehjing diu angaiye.
2 And they that have believing masters, let them not despise them, because they are brethren; but rather do them service, because they are faithful and beloved, partakers of the benefit. These things teach and exhort.
Chuleh apakai teu chu tahsan chate anahi khah jongleh sopi ahijeh chun nahsahmon boldau hen, chusang chun hajencheh joh uhen, ajeh chu anatoh-u phatchompi hochu angailut u tahsan chate mama ahiuve. Timothy, hiche thuhi hilin, anitchehna diuvin tilkhouvin.
3 If any man teach otherwise, and consent not to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is according to godliness;
Mi phabep in kathuhilu hi ana khel maitheiyu ahi, ahinla hichehi Pakai Yeshua Christa thuhil phachomtah chu ahi. Hiche thuhil hin Pathen deilam hinkho akhantousah ahi.
4 He is proud, knowing nothing, but doting about questions and strifes of words, whereof cometh envy, strife, railings, evil surmisings,
Koitobang khat in hicheto kitohlouva thuhil aumleh amachu thuhila nunglou chule hetna lhasama ahi. Hitobang michun hiche thudih hi aheimanggot ahi. Hichehin kinel bautamna asodohsah jia achaina chu kimitthipna, kibungkhen, kidemto, chuleh kiginmoto phaloutah asodohsah ji ahi.
5 Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such withdraw thyself.
Hitobang hohin phat tinin thilphalou asodohsah jin ahi. Alungthim'u asuboh un thutah anungsun tauvin ahi. Hitobang miho ding in Pathen lama lunglut dana aumu hi tahsa lama haodohna ding tohgonbep ahijin ahi.
6 But godliness with contentment is great gain.
Ahinlah Pathen ngaisahnatoh kilhon'a lungnachim hinkho hi haona tahbeh ahi.
7 For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out.
Atahbeh-in, eihon leiset a hin ima ihinpolut pouvin, chuleh idalhah tenguleh ima ipohdoh diu aumpon ahi.
8 And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.
Hijehchun eihon neh le von ineiyuleh ilunglhai jeng diu angaiye.
9 But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition.
Ahinlah ahaodoh nom loihohi lhepna ah alhajiuve chuleh ngolhoitah le hamset umtah ngaichat hohin manthahna-a alehlutji bep in ahi.
10 For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
Ajehchu sum ngaichatna hi thilphalou jouse hung konna ahi, chuleh sum ngaichatna hin miphabep tahsan dihtah a konin alamvaisah-in lunggimna tamtah-in amaho asuhnatlo ji bep in ahi.
11 But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.
Ahinlah Timothy nangma vang Pathen mi nahijeh in hiche thilse hoa kon in jammangin lang lungnengtah le thohhatna neitah-in ngailutna le tahsanna neipumin Pathen deilam le chonphatna del in.
12 Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses. (aiōnios g166)

13 I give thee charge in the sight of God, who quickeneth all things, and before Christ Jesus, who before Pontius Pilate witnessed a good confession;
Mihem hinkho pea Pathen angsungleh Pontius Pilate masanga hettohsahna phatah pea Yeshua Christa angsunga hiche thupeh hi kapeh nahi.
14 That thou keep this commandment without spot, unrebukeable, until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ:
Tohdinga nakipe chu bulhingset in tongin, chutileh tuapat le Pakai Yeshua hungkit kah in koimachan themmo nachanponte.
15 Which in his times he shall shew, who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of lords;
Lengho Lengle Pakaiho Pakai anunnom leh hat chungnung Pathen amabou chun Christa chu aphatcha vana kona ahin kilahdohsah ding ahi.
16 Who only hath immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach unto; whom no man hath seen, nor can see: to whom be honour and power everlasting. Amen. (aiōnios g166)
Amabou hi thithei louna hinna nei ahin aumna chu vahbehseh-a koimachan aphah theilou, mihem mit in amuphahlou ding ahi. Loupina le thaneina jouse atonsot tonsot'in Amaa hijing tahen! Amen. (aiōnios g166)
17 Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not highminded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy; (aiōn g165)
Hiche leiset a haosaho chu akiletsah louna diuleh kisonpi thei hilou asum u chu kisonna a aneilouna diuvin hilchah in. Ingaichat hou ning lhingset'a eipeuva Pathen joh kisonnan neiyuhen. (aiōn g165)
18 That they do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to distribute, willing to communicate;
Asum u chu thilpha bolna a aman diuvin seipeh in. Thilpha bolna lama ninglhingu henlang alhasamho khotona hinneiyuhen. Chuleh midang koma phaldoh dingin phattin in kigosan umjing'u hen.
19 Laying up in store for themselves a good foundation against the time to come, that they may lay hold on eternal life.
Hitia chu abol uleh gou kikhol khonunga dinga akhombul phatah nei hidiu chutia chu hinna tahbeh chu atekhah thei dingu ahi.
20 O Timothy, keep that which is committed to thy trust, avoiding profane and vain babblings, and oppositions of science falsely so called:
Timothy, Pathen in nangansena chu kichintup in. Nadou hotoh Pathen deilou ngolhoi tah a kihoulimna ho, amahon chihna atiuva kon chun kiheimangin.
21 Which some professing have erred concerning the faith. Grace be with thee. Amen. The first to Timothy was written from Laodicea, which is the chiefest city of Phrygia Pacatiana.
Mi phabep in hitobang ngolnaho chu ajui uvin tahsanna akonin alamvai tauve. Pathen mikhotona chun nabon un naumpiu hen.
