Revelation 2
1 Unto the angel of the assembly of Ephesus write; These things saith he that holdeth the seven stars in his right hand, who walketh in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks;
“Escreve ao anjo da igreja de Éfeso: “Isto diz aquele que tem as sete estrelas em sua [mão] direita, que anda no meio dos sete castiçais de ouro:
2 I know thy works, and thy labour, and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil: and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars:
“Eu conheço as tuas obras, e teu trabalho, e a tua paciência, e que tu não podes tolerar os maus; e provaste aos que se dizem ser apóstolos e não são; e reconheceste [que eles eram] mentirosos;
3 And hast borne, and hast patience, and for my name's sake hast laboured, and hast not fainted.
E suportaste [sofrimentos], e tens paciência; e trabalhaste pelo meu nome, e não te cansaste.
4 Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love.
Mas eu tenho contra ti, que deixaste o teu primeiro amor.
5 Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.
Então lembra-te de onde tu caíste, e arrepende-te, e faze as primeiras obras; senão eu virei a ti, e tirarei teu castiçal de seu lugar, se tu não te arrependeres.
6 But this thou hast, that thou hatest the deeds of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate.
Mas isto tu tens: que odeias as obras dos nicolaítas, as quais eu também odeio.
7 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the assemblies; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of Elohim.
Quem tem ouvidos, ouça o que o Espírito diz às igrejas: Ao que vencer, eu lhe darei de comer da árvore da vida, que está no meio do paraíso de Deus.
8 And unto the angel of the assembly in Smyrna write; These things saith the first and the last, which was dead, and is alive;
“E escreve ao anjo da igreja dos de Esmirna: “Isto diz o o primeiro e o último, que foi morto, e vive:
9 I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.
“Eu conheço tuas obras, e aflição, e pobreza (mas tu és rico) e a blasfêmia dos que dizem serem judeus, e não são, mas [na verdade] são sinagoga de Satanás.
10 Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.
Nada temas das coisas que virás a sofrer; eis que o diabo está para lançar [alguns] de vós em prisão, para que sejais tentados; e vós tereis aflição de dez dias. Sê fiel até a morte, e eu te darei a coroa da vida.
11 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the assemblies; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death.
Quem tem ouvidos, ouça o que o Espírito diz às igrejas: o que vencer, não sofrerá o dano da segunda morte.
12 And to the angel of the assembly in Pergamos write; These things saith he which hath the sharp sword with two edges;
“E escreve ao anjo da igreja que está em Pérgamo: Isto diz aquele que tem a espada aguda de dois fios:
13 I know thy works, and where thou dwellest, even where Satan's seat is: and thou holdest fast my name, and hast not denied my faith, even in those days wherein Antipas was my faithful martyr, who was slain among you, where Satan dwelleth.
Eu conheço tuas obras, e onde habitas, [que é] onde [está] o trono de Satanás; e tu reténs meu nome, e não negaste minha fé, [até] mesmo nos dias em que Antipas, que [era] minha fiel testemunha, o qual foi morto entre vós, onde Satanás habita.
14 But I have a few things against thee, because thou hast there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balac to cast a stumblingblock before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed unto idols, and to commit fornication.
Mas eu tenho [algumas] poucas coisas contra ti: que tu tens lá aos que retêm a doutrina de Balaão, o qual ensinava a Balaque a colocarmeios de tropeço diante dos filhos de Israel, para que comessem dos sacrifícios aos ídolos, e cometessem pecados sexuais.
15 So hast thou also them that hold the doctrine of the Nicolaitans, which thing I hate.
Assim, também tu tens alguns que guardam, de igual maneira, a doutrina dos nicolaítas.
16 Repent; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will fight against them with the sword of my mouth.
Arrepende-te; senão, em breve virei a ti, e batalharei contra eles com a espada de minha boca.
17 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the assemblies; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it.
Quem tem ouvidos, ouça o que o Espírito diz às igrejas: Ao que vencer, eu lhe darei de comer do maná escondido, e lhe darei uma pedrinha branca, e na pedrinha um novo nome escrito, o qual ninguém conhece, a não ser aquele que [o] recebe.
18 And unto the angel of the assembly in Thyatira write; These things saith the Son of YHWH, who hath his eyes like unto a flame of fire, and his feet are like fine brass;
“E escreve ao anjo da igreja que [está] em Tiatira: “Isto diz o Filho de Deus, que tem seus olhos como chama de fogo, e seus pés semelhantes a um valioso metal reluzente:
19 I know thy works, and charity, and service, and faith, and thy patience, and thy works; and the last to be more than the first.
“Eu conheço tuas obras, e amor, e serviço, e fé, e tua paciência, e tuas obras, e [que] as últimas são mais que as primeiras.
20 Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols.
Mas eu tenho contra ti que tu deixas a mulher Jezabel, que se diz profetiza, ensinar e enganar meus servos, para que façam pecados sexuais, e comam dos sacrifícios aos ídolos.
21 And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not.
E eu dei a ela tempo para que se arrependesse de seu pecado sexual; mas ela não se arrependeu.
22 Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds.
Eis que eu a lanço a [uma] cama, e aos que cometem adultério com ela, em grande aflição, se não se arrependerem de suas obras.
23 And I will kill her children with death; and all the assemblies shall know that I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works.
E ao filhos deles eu os matarei de morte; e todas as igrejas saberão que eu sou aquele que investigo os rins e os corações; e a cada um de vós eu darei segundo vossas obras.
24 But unto you I say, and unto the rest in Thyatira, as many as have not this doctrine, and which have not known the depths of Satan, as they speak; I will put upon you none other burden.
Mas eu digo a vós, e aos outros que estão em Tiatira, a todos quantos não tem esta dourina, e não conheceram as profundezas de Satanás (como dizem); eu não porei outra carga sobre vós;
25 But that which ye have already hold fast till I come.
Mas o que vós tendes, retende até que eu venha.
26 And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations:
E ao que vencer, e guardar minhas obras até o fim, eu lhe darei autoridade sobre as nações;
27 And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of my Father.
E as dominará com vara de ferro; como vasos de oleiro serão quebradas em pedaços; assim como eu também recebi do meu Pai;
28 And I will give him the morning star.
E eu lhe darei a estrela da manhã.
29 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the assemblies.
Quem tem ouvidos, ouça o que o Espírito diz às igrejas.
