Revelation 16
1 And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, Go your ways, and pour out the vials of the wrath of YHWH upon the earth.
我また聖所より大なる聲ありて、七人の御使に『往きて神の憤恚の七つの鉢を地の上に傾けよ』と言ふを聞けり。
2 And the first went, and poured out his vial upon the earth; and there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast, and upon them which worshipped his image.
かくて第一の者ゆきて其の鉢を地の上に傾けたれば、獸の徽章を有てる人々とその像を拜する人々との身に、惡しき苦しき腫物 生じたり。
3 And the second angel poured out his vial upon the sea; and it became as the blood of a dead man: and every living soul died in the sea.
第二の者その鉢を海の上に傾けたれば、海は死人の血の如くなりて、海にある生物ことごとく死にたり。
4 And the third angel poured out his vial upon the rivers and fountains of waters; and they became blood.
第三の者その鉢をもろもろの河と、もろもろの水の源泉との上に傾けたれば、みな血となれり。
5 And I heard the angel of the waters say, Thou art righteous, O YHWH, which art, and wast, and shalt be, because thou hast judged thus.
われ水を掌どる御使の『いま在し昔います聖なる者よ、なんぢの斯く定め給ひしは正しき事なり。
6 For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and thou hast given them blood to drink; for they are worthy.
彼らは聖徒と預言者との血を流したれば、之に血を飮ませ給ひしは相應しきなり』と云へるを聞けり。
7 And I heard another out of the altar say, Even so, YHWH El-Shaddai, true and righteous are thy judgments.
我また祭壇の物 言ふを聞けり『然り、主なる全能の神よ、なんぢの審判は眞なるかな、義なるかな』と。
8 And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun; and power was given unto him to scorch men with fire.
第四の者その鉢を太陽の上に傾けたれば、太陽は火をもて人を燒くことを許さる。
9 And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of YHWH, which hath power over these plagues: and they repented not to give him glory.
かくて人々 烈しき熱に燒かれて、此 等の苦難を掌どる權威を有たちまふ神の名を涜し、かつ悔改めずして神に榮光を歸せざりき。
10 And the fifth angel poured out his vial upon the seat of the beast; and his kingdom was full of darkness; and they gnawed their tongues for pain,
第五の者その鉢を獸の座位の上に傾けたれば、獸の國 暗くなり、その國人 痛によりて己の舌を齧み、
11 And blasphemed the Elohim of heaven because of their pains and their sores, and repented not of their deeds.
その痛と腫物とによりて天の神を涜し、かつ己が行爲を悔改めざりき。
12 And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared.
第六の者その鉢を大なる河ユウフラテの上に傾けたれば、河の水 涸れたり。これ日の出づる方より來る王たちの途を備へん爲なり。
13 And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.
我また龍の口より、獸の口より、僞 預言者の口より、蛙のごとき三つの穢れし靈の出づるを見たり。
14 For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of YHWH the Almighty.
これは徴をおこなふ惡鬼の靈にして、全能の神の大なる日の戰鬪のために全世界の王たちを集めんとて、その許に出でゆくなり。
15 Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.
（視よ、われ盜人のごとく來らん、裸にて歩み羞所を見らるることなからん爲に、目を覺してその衣を守る者は幸福なり）
16 And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.
かの三つの靈、王たちをヘブル語にてハルマゲドンと稱ふる處に集めたり。
17 And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done.
第七の者その鉢を空中に傾けたれば、聖所より御座より大なる聲いでて『事すでに成れり』と言ふ。
18 And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and so great.
かくて數多の電光と聲と雷霆とあり、また大なる地震おこれり、人の地の上に在りし以來かかる大なる地震なかりき。
19 And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came in remembrance before YHWH, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath.
大なる都は三つに裂かれ、諸國の町々は倒れ、大なるバビロンは神の前におもひ出されて、劇しき御怒の葡萄酒を盛りたる酒杯を與へられたり。
20 And every island fled away, and the mountains were not found.
凡ての島は逃げさり、山は見えずなれり。
21 And there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent: and men blasphemed YHWH because of the plague of the hail; for the plague thereof was exceeding great.
また天より百 斤ほどの大なる雹、人々の上に降りしかば、人々 雹の苦難によりて神を涜せり。是その苦難 甚だしく大なればなり。
