< Psalms 76 >

1 In Judah is Elohim known: his name is great in Israel.

7 Thou, even thou, art to be feared: and who may stand in thy sight when once thou art angry?
You - [are] to be feared you and who? will he stand before you from then anger your.
8 Thou didst cause judgment to be heard from heaven; the earth feared, and was still,
From heaven you proclaimed judgment [the] earth it was afraid and it was quiet.
9 When Elohim arose to judgment, to save all the meek of the earth. (Selah)
When arose for judgment God to save all [the] humble [people] of [the] earth (Selah)
10 Surely the wrath of man shall praise thee: the remainder of wrath shalt thou restrain.
For [the] anger of humankind it will praise you [the] remainder of anger you will gird on.
11 Vow, and pay unto YHWH your Elohim: let all that be round about him bring presents unto him that ought to be feared.
Make vows and pay [them] to Yahweh God your all [those] around him let them bring a gift to the awesome one.
12 He shall cut off the spirit of princes: he is terrible to the kings of the earth.
He humbles [the] spirit of rulers [he is] to be feared by [the] kings of [the] earth.
