Psalms 40

1 I waited patiently for YHWH; and he inclined unto me, and heard my cry.

၁ငါသည် ထာဝရဘုရား ကို စေ့စေ့မြော်လင့် သည် ကာလ၊ ငါ့ ကို မျက်နှာ ပြု၍ ငါ အော်ဟစ် သောအသံကို ကြား တော်မူ၏။

2 He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings.

၂ပျက်စီး ရာတွင်း နှင့် အလွန် ဆိုးသောရွှံ့ ထဲ ကငါ့ ကို ဆယ် နှုတ်ပြီးလျှင် ငါ့ ခြေ တို့ကို ကျောက် ပေါ် မှာတင် ၍ ငါ ခြေ ရာတို့ကို တည် စေတော်မူ၏။

3 And he hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our Elohim: many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in YHWH.

၃ထိုသို့ငါ တို့ဘုရား သခင်ကို ချီးမွမ်း ရာသီချင်း သစ် ကို ငါ မြွက်ဆို စေ ခြင်းငှါ အခွင့်ပေး တော်မူ၏။ လူများ တို့သည် သိမြင် ၍ ကြောက်ရွံ့ သောစိတ် နှင့် ထာဝရဘုရား ကို ကိုးစား ကြလိမ့်မည်။

4 Blessed is that man that maketh YHWH his trust, and respecteth not the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies.

၄မာန ထောင်လွှားသောသူနှင့် မိစ္ဆာတရား လမ်း သို့ လွှဲ သွားသောသူတို့ ကိုမ မှီ ဝဲ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ကို ကိုးစား သောသူ သည် မင်္ဂလာ ရှိ၏။

5 Many, O YHWH my Elohim, are thy wonderful works which thou hast done, and thy thoughts which are to us-ward: they cannot be reckoned up in order unto thee: if I would declare and speak of them, they are more than can be numbered.

၅အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ဘုရား သခင်ထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် တို့အဘို့ ပြု တော်မူသောအံ့ဩ ဘွယ်အမှုတို့နှင့် ကြံစည်တော်မူသောအကြံ အစည်တို့သည် များ လှပါ၏။ ရှေ့ တော်၌ အစဉ်အတိုင်းလျှောက် ၍ မ ကုန်နိုင်ပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ်ထုတ်ဘော် ကြားပြောမည်ဟုဆိုသော် ၊ ရေတွက် ၍ မကုန်နိုင်အောင် များ လှပါ၏။

6 Sacrifice and offering thou didst not desire; mine ears hast thou opened: burnt offering and sin offering hast thou not required.

၆ကိုယ်တော်သည် ယဇ် နှင့် ပူဇော် သက္ကာကို အလို တော် မ ရှိသည် ဖြစ်၍ ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် နား ကို ဖွင့် တော်မူပြီ။ မီးရှို့ ရာယဇ်နှင့် အပြစ် ဖြေရာယဇ်များကို တောင်း တော် မ မူသောအခါ၊

7 Then said I, Lo, I come: in the volume of the book it is written of me,

၇ကျမ်းစာ လိပ် ၌ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို အမှတ်ပြု၍ ရေး ထား သည်နှင့်အညီ ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် သွား ပါမည်ဟု ဝန်ခံ ပါ၏။

8 I delight to do thy will, O my Elohim: yea, thy law is within my heart.

၈အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ဘုရား သခင်၊ ကိုယ်တော် ၏အလို ကို ဆောင် ရာ၌ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် အား ရဝမ်းမြောက်ပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော် ၏တရား သည်လည်း အကျွန်ုပ် နှလုံး ထဲ မှာ ရှိပါ၏။

9 I have preached righteousness in the great congregation: lo, I have not refrained my lips, O YHWH, thou knowest.

၉ဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်းတရားကို ပရိသတ် ကြီး အလယ် မှာ အကျွန်ုပ် ဟော ပါပြီ။ အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် သည် ကိုယ်နှုတ် ကိုပိတ် ၍ မ နေကြောင်းကို ကိုယ်တော် သိ တော်မူ ၏။

10 I have not hid thy righteousness within my heart; I have declared thy faithfulness and thy salvation: I have not concealed thy lovingkindness and thy truth from the great congregation.

၁၀ဖြောင့်မတ် စွာ စီရင်တော်မူခြင်းတရားကို အကျွန်ုပ် သည် ကိုယ်နှလုံး ထဲ မှာ ဝှက် ၍မ ထားပါနှင့်။ သစ္စာ စောင့်တော်မူခြင်းတရားနှင့် ကယ်တင် တော်မူခြင်းတရားကို ဟောပြော ပါပြီ။ ကရုဏာ တော်နှင့် သစ္စာ တော်ကို ပရိသတ် ကြီး အလယ်မှာ မ ထိမ် မဝှက်ပါ။

11 Withhold not thou thy tender mercies from me, O YHWH: let thy lovingkindness and thy truth continually preserve me.

၁၁အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ၌ သနား စုံမက်တော်မူခြင်းစိတ်ကို မ ချုပ်တည်း ပါနှင့်။ ကရုဏာ တော်နှင့် သစ္စာ တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ကို အစဉ် စောင့် မပါစေသော။

12 For innumerable evils have compassed me about: mine iniquities have taken hold upon me, so that I am not able to look up; they are more than the hairs of mine head: therefore my heart faileth me.

၁၂အကြောင်း မူကား၊ အတိုင်း မ သိများစွာသော ဘေး ဥပဒ်တို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ဝိုင်း ကြပါပြီ။ အကျွန်ုပ်မျှော် ၍ မ ကြည့် နိုင် အောင်ခံရသောအပြစ် တို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ကို မှီ ကြပါပြီ။ အကျွန်ုပ် ဆံပင် ထက် များပြား သည် ဖြစ်၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ် နှလုံး သည် အားလျော့ ပါပြီ။

13 Be pleased, O YHWH, to deliver me: O YHWH, make haste to help me.

၁၃အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို နှုတ်ယူ ခြင်းငှါ အလိုရှိ တော်မူပါ။ အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ကိုမစ ခြင်းငှါ အလျင် အမြန်ပြုတော်မူပါ။

14 Let them be ashamed and confounded together that seek after my soul to destroy it; let them be driven backward and put to shame that wish me evil.

၁၄အကျွန်ုပ် အသက် ကို သတ် ခြင်းငှါ ရှာ ကြံသော သူအပေါင်း တို့သည် အရှက်ကွဲ ၍ မျက်နှာ ပျက်ကြပါစေ သော။ အကျွန်ုပ် ၌ အန္တရာယ် ပြု ချင်သောသူတို့သည် လှန် ခြင်းကိုခံရ၍ ရှက်ကြောက် ခြင်းသို့ရောက်ကြပါစေ သော။

15 Let them be desolate for a reward of their shame that say unto me, Aha, aha.

၁၅အကျွန်ုပ် ကို အေ့ဟေ ၊ အေ့ဟေ ဟုဆို သောသူတို့ သည် အရှက်ကွဲ ခြင်းအားဖြင့် မှိုင် တွေကြပါစေ သော။

16 Let all those that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee: let such as love thy salvation say continually, YHWH be magnified.

၁၆ကိုယ်တော် ကိုရှာ သော သူအပေါင်း တို့သည် ကိုယ်တော် ၌ ဝမ်းမြောက် ရွင်လန်း ကြပါစေသော။ ကယ်တင် တော်မူခြင်းကျေးဇူးကို နှစ်သက် သောသူတို့ သည် ထာဝရဘုရား ဘုန်းကြီး တော်မူစေသတည်းဟု အစဉ် မပြတ်ပြော ကြပါစေသော။

17 But I am poor and needy; yet YHWH thinketh upon me: thou art my help and my deliverer; make no tarrying, O my Elohim.

၁၇အကျွန်ုပ် မူကား ၊ ဆင်းရဲ ငတ်မွတ် သော်လည်း ၊ ထာဝရ ဘုရား သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ကို အောက်မေ့ တော်မူ၏။ ကိုယ်တော် သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ကို မစ သောသူ၊ ကယ်တင် သောသူဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ဘုရား သခင်၊ ဆိုင်းလင့် တော်မ မူပါနှင့်။
