Psalms 13

1 How long wilt thou forget me, O YHWH? for ever? how long wilt thou hide thy face from me?

൧സംഗീതപ്രമാണിക്ക്; ദാവീദിന്റെ ഒരു സങ്കീർത്തനം. യഹോവേ, എത്രത്തോളം അവിടുന്ന് എന്നെ മറന്നുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കും? എത്രത്തോളം തിരുമുഖം ഞാൻ കാണാത്തവിധം മറയ്ക്കും?

2 How long shall I take counsel in my soul, having sorrow in my heart daily? how long shall mine enemy be exalted over me?

൨എത്രത്തോളം ഞാൻ എന്റെ ഉള്ളിൽ ചിന്താകുലനായി എന്റെ ഹൃദയത്തിൽ ദിനംപ്രതി ദുഃഖം അനുഭവിക്കേണ്ടിവരും? എത്രത്തോളം എന്റെ ശത്രു എന്റെ മേൽ ഉയർന്നിരിക്കും?

3 Consider and hear me, O YHWH my Elohim: lighten mine eyes, lest I sleep the sleep of death;

൩എന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവേ, കടാക്ഷിക്കണമേ; എനിക്ക് ഉത്തരം അരുളണമേ; ഞാൻ മരണനിദ്ര പ്രാപിക്കാതിരിക്കുവാൻ എന്റെ കണ്ണുകളെ പ്രകാശിപ്പിക്കണമേ.

4 Lest mine enemy say, I have prevailed against him; and those that trouble me rejoice when I am moved.

൪“ഞാൻ അവനെ തോല്പിച്ചുകളഞ്ഞു” എന്ന് എന്റെ ശത്രു പറയരുതേ; ഞാൻ ഭ്രമിച്ചുപോകുന്നതിനാൽ എന്റെ വൈരികൾ ഉല്ലസിക്കുകയും അരുതേ.

5 But I have trusted in thy mercy; my heart shall rejoice in thy salvation.

൫ഞാൻ അങ്ങയുടെ കരുണയിൽ ആശ്രയിക്കുന്നു; എന്റെ ഹൃദയം അവിടുത്തെ രക്ഷയിൽ ആനന്ദിക്കും.

6 I will sing unto YHWH, because he hath dealt bountifully with me.

൬യഹോവ എനിക്ക് നന്മ ചെയ്തിരിക്കുകകൊണ്ട് ഞാൻ അവിടുത്തേക്ക് പാട്ടുപാടും.
