Ezra 7
1 Now after these things, in the reign of Artaxerxes king of Persia, Ezra the son of Seraiah, the son of Azariah, the son of Hilkiah,
Zitatha izi, Aritasasita ali mfumu ya ku Perisiya, panali wansembe wina dzina lake Ezara. Iyeyu abambo ake anali Seraya mwana wa Azariya, mwana wa Hilikiya,
2 The son of Shallum, the son of Zadok, the son of Ahitub,
mwana wa Salumu, mwana wa Zadoki, mwana wa Ahitubi,
3 The son of Amariah, the son of Azariah, the son of Meraioth,
mwana wa Amariya, mwana wa Azariya, mwana wa Merayoti,
4 The son of Zerahiah, the son of Uzzi, the son of Bukki,
mwana wa Zerahiya, mwana wa Uzi, mwana wa Buki,
5 The son of Abishua, the son of Phinehas, the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron the chief priest:
mwana wa Abisuwa, mwana wa Finehasi, mwana wa Eliezara, mwana wa Aaroni mkulu wa ansembe uja.
6 This Ezra went up from Babylon; and he was a ready scribe in the law of Moses, which YHWH Elohim of Israel had given: and the king granted him all his request, according to the hand of YHWH his Elohim upon him.
Ezara ameneyu anabwera kuchokera ku Babuloni. Iyeyu anali wophunzira kwambiri za malamulo a Mose, amene Yehova Mulungu wa Israeli anapereka. Mfumu inamupatsa chilichonse chimene anapempha pakuti dzanja la Yehova Mulungu wake linali pa iye.
7 And there went up some of the children of Israel, and of the priests, and the Levites, and the singers, and the porters, and the Nethinims, unto Jerusalem, in the seventh year of Artaxerxes the king.
Tsono mʼchaka cha chisanu ndi chiwiri cha ufumu wa Aritasasita, Ezara pamodzi ndi Aisraeli ena, kuphatikizapo ansembe, Alevi, oyimba nyimbo, alonda, ndi anthu ogwira ntchito ku Nyumba ya Mulungu ananyamuka kubwerera ku Yerusalemu.
8 And he came to Jerusalem in the fifth month, which was in the seventh year of the king.
Ezara anafika ku Yerusalemu pa mwezi wachisanu wa chaka chachisanu ndi chiwiri cha mfumu.
9 For upon the first day of the first month began he to go up from Babylon, and on the first day of the fifth month came he to Jerusalem, according to the good hand of his Elohim upon him.
Iye anayamba ulendo wochoka ku Babuloni pa tsiku loyamba la mwezi woyamba, ndipo anafika ku Yerusalemu pa tsiku loyamba la mwezi wachisanu chifukwa dzanja labwino la Mulungu wake linali pa iye.
10 For Ezra had prepared his heart to seek the law of YHWH, and to do it, and to teach in Israel statutes and judgments.
Popeza Ezara anadzipereka kuwerenga ndi kusunga malamulo a Yehova, iye anafunitsitsa kuphunzitsa Aisraeli malamulo ndi malangizo a Mulungu.
11 Now this is the copy of the letter that the king Artaxerxes gave unto Ezra the priest, the scribe, even a scribe of the words of the commandments of YHWH, and of his statutes to Israel.
Iyi ndi kalata imene mfumu Aritasasita anapereka kwa wansembe Ezara, mlembi wa malamulo, munthu wophunzira kwambiri zokhudza malamulo ndi malangizo amene Yehova anapereka kwa Aisraeli.
12 Artaxerxes, king of kings, unto Ezra the priest, a scribe of the law of the Elohim of heaven, perfect peace, and at such a time.
Ndine Aritasasita, mfumu ya mafumu. Ndikulembera iwe Ezara wansembe ndi mlembi wa malamulo a Mulungu Wakumwamba. Malonje.
13 I make a decree, that all they of the people of Israel, and of his priests and Levites, in my realm, which are minded of their own freewill to go up to Jerusalem, go with thee.
Tsopano ndikulamula kuti Mwisraeli aliyense, wansembe kapena Mlevi wokhala mʼdziko langa, amene akufuna kupita ku Yerusalemu ndi iwe, apite.
14 Forasmuch as thou art sent of the king, and of his seven counsellers, to inquire concerning Judah and Jerusalem, according to the law of thy Elohim which is in thine hand;
Ine mfumu pamodzi ndi alangizi anga asanu ndi awiri tikukutumani kuti mukafufuze za dziko la Yuda ndi mzinda wa Yerusalemu kuti mukaone mmene anthu akutsatira malamulo a Mulungu wanu, amene anawapereka kwa inu.
15 And to carry the silver and gold, which the king and his counsellers have freely offered unto the Elohim of Israel, whose habitation is in Jerusalem,
Utenge siliva ndi golide zimene ine mfumu ndi alangizi anga tapereka mwa ufulu kwa Mulungu wa Israeli, amene amakhala ku Yerusalemu.
16 And all the silver and gold that thou canst find in all the province of Babylon, with the freewill offering of the people, and of the priests, offering willingly for the house of their Elohim which is in Jerusalem:
Mutengenso siliva yense ndi golide amene mungamupeze mʼdziko lonse la Babuloni, ngakhalenso zinthu zimene anthu pamodzi ndi ansembe adzapereka mwaufulu kuperekera ku Nyumba ya Mulungu wawo ya ku Yerusalemu.
17 That thou mayest buy speedily with this money bullocks, rams, lambs, with their meat offerings and their drink offerings, and offer them upon the altar of the house of your Elohim which is in Jerusalem.
Ndi ndalama zimenezi mudzaonetsetse kuti mwagula ngʼombe zazimuna, nkhosa zazimuna ndi ana ankhosa aamuna pamodzi ndi zopereka zake za chakudya ndi za chakumwa. Mudzapereke zimenezi pa guwa lansembe la Nyumba ya Mulungu wanu ya ku Yerusalemu.
18 And whatsoever shall seem good to thee, and to thy brethren, to do with the rest of the silver and the gold, that do after the will of your Elohim.
Ndalama zotsala mudzagwiritse ntchito zimene inuyo ndi abale anu zikakukomerani malingana nʼkufuna kwa Mulungu wanu.
19 The vessels also that are given thee for the service of the house of thy Elohim, those deliver thou before the Elohim of Jerusalem.
Ziwiya zonse zimene akupatsani kuti mukatumikire nazo mʼNyumba ya Mulungu wanu, kaziperekeni kwa Mulungu ku Yerusalemu.
20 And whatsoever more shall be needful for the house of thy Elohim, which thou shalt have occasion to bestow, bestow it out of the king's treasure house.
Ndipo chilichonse chimene chingafunike mʼNyumba ya Mulungu wanu, chimene mudzapeze mpata wopereka, ndalama zake zogulira zidzachokere mʼthumba la chuma cha mfumu.
21 And I, even I Artaxerxes the king, do make a decree to all the treasurers which are beyond the river, that whatsoever Ezra the priest, the scribe of the law of the Elohim of heaven, shall require of you, it be done speedily,
Tsopano Ine, mfumu Aritasasita, ndikulamula asungichuma onse a dera la Patsidya pa Yufurate kuti, chilichonse chimene wansembe Ezara, mlembi wa malamulo a Mulungu Wakumwamba adzapempha kwa inu, mupatseni mwa msanga.
22 Unto an hundred talents of silver, and to an hundred measures of wheat, and to an hundred baths of wine, and to an hundred baths of oil, and salt without prescribing how much.
Ngakhale atafunika makilogalamu 3,400 asiliva, makilogalamu 10,000 a tirigu, malita 2,000 a vinyo, malita 2,000 a mafuta ndi mchere wochuluka motani, zonsezi mupereke monga zingafunikire.
23 Whatsoever is commanded by the Elohim of heaven, let it be diligently done for the house of the Elohim of heaven: for why should there be wrath against the realm of the king and his sons?
Chimene Mulungu Wakumwamba walamula, chichitike mosamalitsa ku Nyumba ya Mulungu Wakumwamba kuopa kuti mkwiyo wa Mulungu ungayakire mfumu, dziko lake ndi ana ake.
24 Also we certify you, that touching any of the priests and Levites, singers, porters, Nethinims, or ministers of this house of Elohim, it shall not be lawful to impose toll, tribute, or custom, upon them.
Tikukudziwitsaninso kuti kudzakhala kosaloledwa kukhometsa msonkho uliwonse anthu awa: ansembe, Alevi, oyimba nyimbo, alonda kapena aliyense wogwira ntchito ku Nyumba ya Mulungu.
25 And thou, Ezra, after the wisdom of thy Elohim, that is in thine hand, set magistrates and judges, which may judge all the people that are beyond the river, all such as know the laws of thy Elohim; and teach ye them that know them not.
Ndipo iwe, Ezara, monga mwa nzeru za Mulungu wako zimene uli nazo, usankhe oyendetsa zinthu ndi oweruza kuti azilamulira anthu onse okhala ku dera la Patsidya pa Yufurate, onse amene amadziwa malamulo a Mulungu wako. Ndipo uphunzitse aliyense amene sawadziwa.
26 And whosoever will not do the law of thy Elohim, and the law of the king, let judgment be executed speedily upon him, whether it be unto death, or to banishment, or to confiscation of goods, or to imprisonment.
Ndipo amene sadzamvera lamulo la Mulungu wako ndi lamulo la mfumu alangidwe kolimba kapena aphedwe kapena achotsedwe mʼdzikolo, kapena katundu wake alandidwe, kapena aponyedwe mʼndende.
27 Blessed be YHWH Elohim of our fathers, which hath put such a thing as this in the king's heart, to beautify the house of YHWH which is in Jerusalem:
Ezara anati atamandike Yehova, Mulungu wa makolo athu, amene wayika ichi mu mtima wa mfumu kuti alemekeze Nyumba ya Yehova ya ku Yerusalemu mʼnjira imeneyi.
28 And hath extended mercy unto me before the king, and his counsellers, and before all the king's mighty princes. And I was strengthened as the hand of YHWH my Elohim was upon me, and I gathered together out of Israel chief men to go up with me.
Ameneyonso waonetsa chikondi chake chosasinthika kwa ine pamaso pa mfumu, alangizi ake ndi nduna zake zamphamvu kuti andikomere mtima. Choncho ndinalimba mtima popeza Yehova, Mulungu wanga anali nane, ndipo ndinasonkhanitsa atsogoleri ambiri a Israeli kuti apite nane pamodzi.
