Exodus 31
1 And YHWH spake unto Moses, saying,
Yavé habló a Moisés:
2 See, I have called by name Bezaleel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah:
Mira, Yo llamé por nombre a Bezaleel, hijo de Uri, hijo de Hur, de la tribu de Judá.
3 And I have filled him with the spirit of Elohim, in wisdom, and in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship,
Lo llené del Espíritu de ʼElohim. en cuanto a sabiduría, inteligencia y ciencia para toda clase de obra artística,
4 To devise cunning works, to work in gold, and in silver, and in brass,
inventar diseños, para labrar oro, plata y bronce,
5 And in cutting of stones, to set them, and in carving of timber, to work in all manner of workmanship.
grabar piedras de engaste y entallar madera y realizar toda clase de labor.
6 And I, behold, I have given with him Aholiab, the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan: and in the hearts of all that are wise hearted I have put wisdom, that they may make all that I have commanded thee;
Ciertamente Yo mismo coloqué junto a él a Oholiab, hijo de Ahisamac, de la tribu de Dan, y puse inteligencia en el corazón de todo hábil artesano para que ellos hagan todo lo que te ordené:
7 The tabernacle of the congregation, and the ark of the testimony, and the mercy seat that is thereupon, and all the furniture of the tabernacle,
El Tabernáculo de Reunión, el Arca del Testimonio, el Propiciatorio que está sobre ella y todos los utensilios del Tabernáculo,
8 And the table and his furniture, and the pure candlestick with all his furniture, and the altar of incense,
la mesa y sus utensilios, el candelabro de oro puro con todos sus utensilios, el altar del incienso,
9 And the altar of burnt offering with all his furniture, and the laver and his foot,
el altar del holocausto con todos sus utensilios, la fuente y su basa,
10 And the cloths of service, and the holy garments for Aaron the priest, and the garments of his sons, to minister in the priest's office,
las ropas de tejido, las ropas sagradas para el sacerdote Aarón y las ropas de sus hijos para ejercer el sacerdocio,
11 And the anointing oil, and sweet incense for the holy place: according to all that I have commanded thee shall they do.
el aceite de la unción y el incienso aromático para el Santuario. Lo harán conforme a todo lo que te ordené.
12 And YHWH spake unto Moses, saying,
Y Yavé habló a Moisés:
13 Speak thou also unto the children of Israel, saying, Verily my Sabbaths ye shall keep: for it is a sign between me and you throughout your generations; that ye may know that I am YHWH that doth sanctify you.
Tú hablarás a los hijos de Israel y dirás: Ciertamente guardarán mis sábados, porque es una señal entre Yo y ustedes a través de sus generaciones para que entiendan que Yo soy Yavé, Quien los santifica.
14 Ye shall keep the Sabbath therefore; for it is holy unto you: every one that defileth it shall surely be put to death: for whosoever doeth any work therein, that soul shall be cut off from among his people.
Guardarán el sábado, porque es santo para ustedes. El que lo profane ciertamente morirá, porque todo el que haga en él alguna obra será cortado de en medio de su pueblo.
15 Six days may work be done; but in the seventh is the Sabbath of rest, holy to YHWH: whosoever doeth any work in the Sabbath day, he shall surely be put to death.
Seis días se trabajará, pero el séptimo día será sábado de completo reposo consagrado a Yavé. Cualquiera que trabaje el sábado ciertamente morirá.
16 Wherefore the children of Israel shall keep the Sabbath, to observe the Sabbath throughout their generations, for a perpetual covenant.
Los hijos de Israel guardarán el sábado, y lo celebrarán como pacto perpetuo a través de sus generaciones.
17 It is a sign between me and the children of Israel for ever: for in six days YHWH made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day he rested, and was refreshed.
Es una señal entre Yo y los hijos de Israel para siempre, porque en seis días Yavé hizo el cielo y la tierra, pero cesó y reposó el séptimo día.
18 And he gave unto Moses, when he had made an end of communing with him upon mount Sinai, two tables of testimony, tables of stone, written with the finger of Elohim.
Y cuando acabó de hablar con él en la Montaña Sinaí, dio a Moisés las dos tablas del Testimonio, tablas de piedra escritas por el dedo de ʼElohim.
