Deuteronomy 30
1 And it shall come to pass, when all these things are come upon thee, the blessing and the curse, which I have set before thee, and thou shalt call them to mind among all the nations, whither YHWH thy Elohim hath driven thee,
ഞാൻ നിനക്കു നൽകിയിരിക്കുന്ന അനുഗ്രഹങ്ങളും ശാപങ്ങളും നിന്റെമേൽ വന്ന് നിന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവ നിന്നെ തള്ളിക്കളയുന്ന ഏതു ജനതകളുടെയും മധ്യത്തിൽ നീ അവയെ നിന്റെ ഹൃദയത്തിൽ ഓർക്കുകയും
2 And shalt return unto YHWH thy Elohim, and shalt obey his voice according to all that I command thee this day, thou and thy children, with all thine heart, and with all thy soul;
നിന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയിലേക്കു നീയും നിന്റെ മക്കളും മടങ്ങിവന്ന് ഇന്നു ഞാൻ നിന്നോടു കൽപ്പിക്കുന്നതുപോലെ അവിടത്തെ വചനങ്ങൾ പൂർണഹൃദയത്തോടും പൂർണാത്മാവോടുംകൂടെ അനുസരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുമെങ്കിൽ
3 That then YHWH thy Elohim will turn thy captivity, and have compassion upon thee, and will return and gather thee from all the nations, whither YHWH thy Elohim hath scattered thee.
നിന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവ നിന്റെ ഭാവിനിർണയങ്ങൾ പുനഃസ്ഥാപിക്കുകയും നിന്നോടു കരുണകാണിച്ച്, നീ ചിതറിപ്പോയിരുന്ന സകലജനതകളുടെയും ഇടയിൽനിന്ന് നിന്നെ കൂട്ടിവരുത്തുകയും ചെയ്യും.
4 If any of thine be driven out unto the outmost parts of heaven, from thence will YHWH thy Elohim gather thee, and from thence will he fetch thee:
ആകാശത്തിൻകീഴിൽ വിദൂരരാജ്യങ്ങളിലേക്കു നീ നാടുകടത്തപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നാലും അവിടെനിന്നും നിന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവ നിന്നെ കൂട്ടിച്ചേർക്കുകയും മടക്കിവരുത്തുകയും ചെയ്യും.
5 And YHWH thy Elohim will bring thee into the land which thy fathers possessed, and thou shalt possess it; and he will do thee good, and multiply thee above thy fathers.
നിന്റെ പിതാക്കന്മാരുടെ ദേശത്തേക്ക് യഹോവയായ ദൈവം നിന്നെ കൊണ്ടുവരും, അതു നിന്റെ അവകാശമായിത്തീരും. അവിടന്ന് നിന്റെ പിതാക്കന്മാരെക്കാൾ ഐശ്വര്യവും അംഗസംഖ്യയും നിനക്കു പ്രദാനംചെയ്യും.
6 And YHWH thy Elohim will circumcise thine heart, and the heart of thy seed, to love YHWH thy Elohim with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, that thou mayest live.
നീ ജീവിച്ചിരിക്കേണ്ടതിനു നിന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവയെ പൂർണഹൃദയത്തോടും പൂർണാത്മാവോടും സ്നേഹിക്കാൻ തക്കവണ്ണം നിന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവ നിന്റെ ഹൃദയവും നിന്റെ സന്തതിയുടെ ഹൃദയവും പരിച്ഛേദനം ചെയ്യും.
7 And YHWH thy Elohim will put all these curses upon thine enemies, and on them that hate thee, which persecuted thee.
നിന്നെ വെറുക്കുകയും പീഡിപ്പിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്ന നിന്റെ ശത്രുക്കളുടെമേൽ ഈ ശാപങ്ങളെല്ലാം നിന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവ അയയ്ക്കും.
8 And thou shalt return and obey the voice of YHWH, and do all his commandments which I command thee this day.
നീ വീണ്ടും യഹോവയെ അനുസരിക്കുകയും ഇന്നു ഞാൻ നിനക്കു നൽകുന്ന അവിടത്തെ കൽപ്പനകൾ പ്രമാണിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യണം.
9 And YHWH thy Elohim will make thee plenteous in every work of thine hand, in the fruit of thy body, and in the fruit of thy cattle, and in the fruit of thy land, for good: for YHWH will again rejoice over thee for good, as he rejoiced over thy fathers:
അപ്പോൾ നിന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവ നിന്റെ കൈകളുടെ സകലപ്രവൃത്തിയിലും ഗർഭഫലത്തിലും മൃഗഫലത്തിലും നിലത്തിലെ വിളവിലും മഹാസമൃദ്ധി നൽകും.
10 If thou shalt hearken unto the voice of YHWH thy Elohim, to keep his commandments and his statutes which are written in this book of the law, and if thou turn unto YHWH thy Elohim with all thine heart, and with all thy soul.
നിന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവയുടെ വചനം കേട്ട് ഈ ന്യായപ്രമാണഗ്രന്ഥത്തിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്ന അവിടത്തെ കൽപ്പനകളും ഉത്തരവുകളും പ്രമാണിക്കുകയും നിന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവയിലേക്കു പൂർണഹൃദയത്തോടും പൂർണാത്മാവോടുംകൂടെ തിരിയുകയും ചെയ്യുമെങ്കിൽ യഹോവ നിന്റെ പിതാക്കന്മാരിൽ പ്രസാദിച്ചിരുന്നതുപോലെ നിന്നിൽ വീണ്ടും പ്രസാദിക്കുകയും സമൃദ്ധിയിലേക്കു നയിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും.
11 For this commandment which I command thee this day, it is not hidden from thee, neither is it far off.
ഇന്നു ഞാൻ നിന്നോട് ആജ്ഞാപിക്കുന്ന കൽപ്പനകൾ നിനക്കു പ്രയാസമുള്ളതും അപ്രാപ്യവുമല്ല.
12 It is not in heaven, that thou shouldest say, Who shall go up for us to heaven, and bring it unto us, that we may hear it, and do it?
“ഞങ്ങൾ അനുസരിക്കേണ്ടതിന് ആര് സ്വർഗത്തിൽക്കയറിച്ചെന്ന് അതു ഞങ്ങളോടു പ്രസ്താവിക്കും,” എന്നു നിങ്ങൾ ചോദിക്കത്തക്കവിധം അതു സ്വർഗത്തിലല്ല.
13 Neither is it beyond the sea, that thou shouldest say, Who shall go over the sea for us, and bring it unto us, that we may hear it, and do it?
“ഞങ്ങൾ അനുസരിക്കേണ്ടതിന് ആര് സമുദ്രം കടന്ന് അതു കൊണ്ടുവന്ന് ഞങ്ങളോടു പ്രസ്താവിക്കും,” എന്നു നിങ്ങൾ ചോദിക്കത്തക്കവിധം അതു സമുദ്രത്തിനപ്പുറവുമല്ല.
14 But the word is very nigh unto thee, in thy mouth, and in thy heart, that thou mayest do it.
വചനം നിങ്ങളോട് ഏറ്റവും സമീപമാകുന്നു, നിങ്ങൾ അനുസരിക്കത്തക്കവിധം അത് നിങ്ങളുടെ അധരത്തിലും നിങ്ങളുടെ ഹൃദയത്തിലും ഇരിക്കുന്നു.
15 See, I have set before thee this day life and good, and death and evil;
ഇതാ, ഞാൻ ഇന്നു നിങ്ങളുടെമുമ്പിൽ ജീവനും സമൃദ്ധിയും, മരണവും നാശവും വെക്കുന്നു.
16 In that I command thee this day to love YHWH thy Elohim, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgments, that thou mayest live and multiply: and YHWH thy Elohim shall bless thee in the land whither thou goest to possess it.
നീ ജീവിക്കുകയും വർധിക്കുകയും നീ അവകാശമാക്കാൻപോകുന്ന ദേശത്തു നിന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവ നിന്നെ അനുഗ്രഹിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യേണ്ടതിനു നിന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവയെ സ്നേഹിക്കാനും അവിടത്തെ വഴികളിൽ നടക്കാനും അവിടത്തെ കൽപ്പനകളും ഉത്തരവുകളും നിയമങ്ങളും പ്രമാണിക്കാനും ഇന്നു ഞാൻ നിന്നോടു കൽപ്പിക്കുന്നു.
17 But if thine heart turn away, so that thou wilt not hear, but shalt be drawn away, and worship other elohim, and serve them;
എന്നാൽ, നിങ്ങൾ അനുസരണം ഇല്ലാതെ ഹൃദയം തിരിച്ചുകളയുകയും അന്യദേവന്മാരെ നമസ്കരിക്കേണ്ടതിനും ആരാധിക്കേണ്ടതിനും വശീകരിക്കപ്പെടുകയും ചെയ്താൽ,
18 I denounce unto you this day, that ye shall surely perish, and that ye shall not prolong your days upon the land, whither thou passest over Jordan to go to possess it.
നീ അവകാശമാക്കാൻ യോർദാൻനദി കടന്നുചെല്ലുന്ന ദേശത്ത് ദീർഘായുസ്സോടിരിക്കാതെ തീർച്ചയായും നശിച്ചുപോകും എന്ന് ഇന്നു ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളോട് പ്രസ്താവിക്കുന്നു.
19 I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live:
ജീവനും മരണവും അനുഗ്രഹവും ശാപവും നിന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ വെക്കുന്നു. നീ ഇതിൽ ഏതു തെരഞ്ഞെടുക്കും എന്നതിനു സാക്ഷ്യത്തിനായി ഇന്നു ഞാൻ സ്വർഗത്തെയും ഭൂമിയെയും വിളിക്കുന്നു. നീയും നിന്റെ മക്കളും ജീവനോടിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന് ഇപ്പോൾ ജീവൻ തെരഞ്ഞെടുത്തുകൊൾക.
20 That thou mayest love YHWH thy Elohim, and that thou mayest obey his voice, and that thou mayest cleave unto him: for he is thy life, and the length of thy days: that thou mayest dwell in the land which YHWH sware unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them.
നിന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവയെ സ്നേഹിക്കുക, അവിടത്തെ ശബ്ദം ശ്രദ്ധിച്ച് അവിടത്തോടു പറ്റിച്ചേർന്നുകൊൾക. യഹോവ നിന്റെ ജീവൻ ആകുന്നു. അവിടന്ന് നിന്റെ പിതാക്കന്മാരായ അബ്രാഹാമിനോടും യിസ്ഹാക്കിനോടും യാക്കോബിനോടും വാഗ്ദാനംചെയ്ത ദേശത്ത് അവിടന്ന് നിനക്കു ദീർഘായുസ്സു നൽകും.
