2 Thessalonians 3
1 Finally, brethren, pray for us, that the word of YHWH may have free course, and be glorified, even as it is with you:
Por último, hermanos, rogad por nosotros, para que la palabra del Señor se extienda rápidamente y sea glorificada, así como con vosotros,
2 And that we may be delivered from unreasonable and wicked men: for all men have not faith.
y para que seamos librados de los hombres irracionales y malvados; porque no todos tienen fe.
3 But YHWH is faithful, who shall stablish you, and keep you from evil.
Pero fiel es el Señor, que os afirmará y os protegerá del maligno.
4 And we have confidence in YHWH touching you, that ye both do and will do the things which we command you.
Tenemos confianza en el Señor respecto a vosotros, en que hacéis y haréis lo que os mandamos.
5 And the Master direct your hearts into the love of YHWH, and into the patient waiting for the Messiah.
Que el Señor dirija vuestros corazones al amor de Dios y a la perseverancia de Cristo.
6 Now we command you, brethren, in the name of our Master Yahushua the Messiah, that ye withdraw yourselves from every brother that walketh disorderly, and not after the tradition which he received of us.
Ahora os ordenamos, hermanos, en nombre de nuestro Señor Jesucristo, que os apartéis de todo hermano que ande en rebeldía y no según la tradición que recibieron de nosotros.
7 For yourselves know how ye ought to follow us: for we behaved not ourselves disorderly among you;
Porque sabéis cómo debéis imitarnos. Porque no nos comportamos con rebeldía entre vosotros,
8 Neither did we eat any man's bread for nought; but wrought with labour and travail night and day, that we might not be chargeable to any of you:
ni comimos el pan de la mano de nadie sin pagarlo, sino que con trabajo y fatiga trabajamos de noche y de día, para no ser una carga para ninguno de vosotros.
9 Not because we have not power, but to make ourselves an ensample unto you to follow us.
Esto no fue porque no tuviéramos derecho, sino para daros ejemplo, para que nos imitarais.
10 For even when we were with you, this we commanded you, that if any would not work, neither should he eat.
Pues incluso cuando estábamos con vosotros, os ordenamos esto: “Si alguno no está dispuesto a trabajar, que no coma”.
11 For we hear that there are some which walk among you disorderly, working not at all, but are busybodies.
Porque nos enteramos de que hay algunos que andan entre ustedes con rebeldía, que no trabajan en absoluto, sino que son unos entrometidos.
12 Now them that are such we command and exhort by our Master Yahushua the Messiah, that with quietness they work, and eat their own bread.
A los que son así, les ordenamos y exhortamos en el Señor Jesucristo, que trabajen con tranquilidad y coman su propio pan.
13 But ye, brethren, be not weary in well doing.
Pero vosotros, hermanos, no os canséis de hacer lo que es justo.
14 And if any man obey not our word by this epistle, note that man, and have no company with him, that he may be ashamed.
Si alguno no obedece a nuestra palabra en esta carta, anoten a ese hombre y no tengan compañía con él, para que se avergüence.
15 Yet count him not as an enemy, but admonish him as a brother.
No lo tengáis por enemigo, sino amonestadlo como a un hermano.
16 Now the Elohim of peace himself give you peace always by all means. YHWH be with you all.
Que el mismo Señor de la paz os dé la paz en todo momento y en todos los sentidos. El Señor esté con todos vosotros.
17 The salutation of Paul with mine own hand, which is the token in every epistle: so I write.
Yo, Pablo, escribo este saludo con mi propia mano, que es el signo de toda carta. Así es como escribo.
18 The favour of our Master Yahushua the Messiah be with you all.
La gracia de nuestro Señor Jesucristo esté con todos vosotros. Amén.
