1 Chronicles 16

1 So they brought the ark of Elohim, and set it in the midst of the tent that David had pitched for it: and they offered burnt sacrifices and peace offerings before Elohim.

۱ و تابوت خدا را آورده، آن را در خيمه اي که داود برايش برپا کرده بود، گذاشتند؛ و قرباني هاي سوختني و ذبايح سلامتي به حضور خدا گذرانيدند.

2 And when David had made an end of offering the burnt offerings and the peace offerings, he blessed the people in the name of YHWH.

۲ و چون داود از گذرانيدن قرباني هاي سوختني و ذبايح سلامتي فارغ شد، قوم را به اسم خداوند برکت داد.

3 And he dealt to every one of Israel, both man and woman, to every one a loaf of bread, and a good piece of flesh, and a flagon of wine.

۳ و به جميع اسرائيليان به مردان و زنان به هر يکي يک گرده نان و يک پاره گوشت ويک قرص کشمش بخشيد.

4 And he appointed certain of the Levites to minister before the ark of YHWH, and to record, and to thank and praise YHWH Elohim of Israel:

۴ و بعضي لاويان براي خدمتگزاري پيش تابوت خداوند تعيين نمود تا يهُوَه خداي اسرائيل را ذکر نمايند و شکر گويند و تسبيح خوانند،

5 Asaph the chief, and next to him Zechariah, Jeiel, and Shemiramoth, and Jehiel, and Mattithiah, and Eliab, and Benaiah, and Obed-edom: and Jeiel with psalteries and with harps; but Asaph made a sound with cymbals;

۵ يعني آساف رئيس و بعد از او زکريا و يعيئيل و شَمِيرامُوت و يحيئيل و مَتَّتيا و اَلِيآب و بنايا و عُوبيد اَدُوم و يعيئيل را با عودها و بربطها و آساف با سنجها مي نواخت.

6 Benaiah also and Jahaziel the priests with trumpets continually before the ark of the covenant of Elohim.

۶ و بنايا و يحزِيئيل کهنه پيش تابوت عهد خدا با کرّناها دائماً (حاضر مي بودند).

7 Then on that day David delivered first this psalm to thank YHWH into the hand of Asaph and his brethren.

۷ پس در همان روز داود اولاً (اين سرود را) به دست آساف و برادرانش داد تا خداوند را تسبيح بخوانند:

8 Give thanks unto YHWH, call upon his name, make known his deeds among the people.

۸ يهُوَه را حمد گوييد و نام او را بخوانيد. اعمال او را در ميان قومها اعلام نماييد.

9 Sing unto him, sing psalms unto him, talk ye of all his wondrous works.

۹ اورا بسراييد براي او تسبيح بخوانيد. در تمامي کارهاي عجيب او تفکر نماييد.

10 Glory ye in his holy name: let the heart of them rejoice that seek YHWH.

۱۰ در نام قدّوس او فخر کنيد. دل طالبان خداوند شادمان باشد.

11 Seek YHWH and his strength, seek his face continually.

۱۱ خداوند و قوت او را بطلبيد. روي او را پيوسته طالب باشيد.

12 Remember his marvellous works that he hath done, his wonders, and the judgments of his mouth;

۱۲ کارهاي عجيب را که او کرده است، بياد آوريد، آيات او را و داوريهاي دهان وي را،

13 O ye seed of Israel his servant, ye children of Jacob, his chosen ones.

۱۳ اي ذريت بنده او اسرائيل! اي فرزندان يعقوب برگزيده او!

14 He is YHWH our Elohim; his judgments are in all the earth.

۱۴ يهُوَه خداي ما است. داوريهاي او در تمامي جهان است.

15 Be ye mindful always of his covenant; the word which he commanded to a thousand generations;

۱۵ عهد او را بياد آوريد تا ابدالآباد، و کلامي را که به هزاران پشت فرموده است،

16 Even of the covenant which he made with Abraham, and of his oath unto Isaac;

۱۶ آن عهدي را که با ابراهيم بسته، و قَسَمي را که براي اسحاق خورده است،

17 And hath confirmed the same to Jacob for a law, and to Israel for an everlasting covenant,

۱۷ و آن را براي يعقوب فريضه قرار داد و براي اسرائيل عهد جاوداني؛

18 Saying, Unto thee will I give the land of Canaan, the lot of your inheritance;

۱۸ و گفت زمين کَنعان را به تو خواهم داد، تا حصه ميراث شما شود،

19 When ye were but few, even a few, and strangers in it.

۱۹ هنگامي که عددي معدود بوديد، قليل العدد و غربا در آنجا،

20 And when they went from nation to nation, and from one kingdom to another people;

۲۰ و از اُمّتي تا اُمّتي سرگردان مي بودند، واز يک مملکت تا قوم ديگر.

21 He suffered no man to do them wrong: yea, he reproved kings for their sakes,

۲۱ او نگذاشت که کسي بر ايشان ظلم کند، بلکه پادشاهان را به خاطر ايشان توبيخ نمود،

22 Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm.

۲۲ که بر مسيحان من دست مگذاريد، و انبياي مرا ضرر مرسانيد.

23 Sing unto YHWH, all the earth; shew forth from day to day his salvation.

۲۳ اي تمامي زمين يهُوَه را بسراييد. نجات او را روز به روز بشارت دهيد.

24 Declare his glory among the heathen; his marvellous works among all nations.

۲۴ در ميان امّت ها جلال او را ذکر کنيد، و کارهاي عجيب او را در جميع قوم ها.

25 For great is YHWH, and greatly to be praised: he also is to be feared above all elohim.

۲۵ زيرا خداوند عظيم است و بي نهايت محمود؛ و او مُهيب است بر جميع خدايان.

26 For all the elohim of the people are idols: but YHWH made the heavens.

۲۶ زيرا جميع خدايان امّت ها بتهايند. اما يهُوَه آسمانها را آفريد.

27 Glory and honour are in his presence; strength and gladness are in his place.

۲۷ مجد و جلال به حضور وي است؛ قوت و شادماني در مکان او است.

28 Give unto YHWH, ye kindreds of the people, give unto YHWH glory and strength.

۲۸ اي قبايل قوم ها خداوند را توصيف نماييد. خداوند را به جلال و قوت توصيف نماييد.

29 Give unto YHWH the glory due unto his name: bring an offering, and come before him: worship YHWH in the beauty of holiness.

۲۹ خداوند را به جلال اسم او توصيف نماييد. هدايا بياوريد و به حضور وي بياييد. خداوند را در زينت قدوسيت بپرستيد.

30 Fear before him, all the earth: the world also shall be stable, that it be not moved.

۳۰ اي تمامي زمين از حضور وي بلرزيد. ربع مسکون نيز پايدار شد و جنبش نخواهد خورد.

31 Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice: and let men say among the nations, YHWH reigneth.

۳۱ آسمان شادي کند و زمين سرور نمايد، و در ميان اُمّت ها بگويند که يهُوَه سلطنت مي کند.

32 Let the sea roar, and the fulness thereof: let the fields rejoice, and all that is therein.

۳۲ دريا و پري آن غرش نمايد؛ و صحرا و هر چه در آن است به وجد آيد.

33 Then shall the trees of the wood sing out at the presence of YHWH, because he cometh to judge the earth.

۳۳ آنگاه درختان جنگل ترنم خواهند نمود، به حضور خداوند زيرا که براي داوري جهان مي آيد.

34 O give thanks unto YHWH; for he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever.

۳۴ يهُوَه را حمد بگوييد زيرا که نيکو است. زيرا که رحمت او تا ابدالآد است.

35 And say ye, Save us, O Elohim of our salvation, and gather us together, and deliver us from the heathen, that we may give thanks to thy holy name, and glory in thy praise.

۳۵ و بگوييد اي خداي نجات ما ما را نجات بده. و ما را جمع کرده، از ميان اُمت ها رهايي بخش. تا نام قدوس تو را حمد گوييم، و در تسبيح تو فخر نماييم.

36 Blessed be YHWH Elohim of Israel for ever and ever. And all the people said, Amen, and praised YHWH.

۳۶ يهُوَه خداي اسرائيل متبارک باد. از ازل تا ابدالآباد. و تمامي قوم آمين گفتند و خداوند را تسبيح خواندند.

37 So he left there before the ark of the covenant of YHWH Asaph and his brethren, to minister before the ark continually, as every day's work required:

۳۷ پس آساف و برادرانش را آنجا پيش تابوت عهد خداوند گذاشت تا هميشه پيش تابوت به خدمت هر روز در روزش مشغول باشند.

38 And Obed-edom with their brethren, threescore and eight; Obed-edom also the son of Jeduthun and Hosah to be porters:

۳۸ و عُوبيد اَدُوم و شصت و هشت نفر برادران ايشان و عُوبيد اَدُوم بن يدِيتُون و حُوسَه دربانان را.

39 And Zadok the priest, and his brethren the priests, before the tabernacle of YHWH in the high place that was at Gibeon,

۳۹ و صادوقِ کاهن و کاهنان برادرانش را پيش مسکن خداوند در مکان بلندي که در جِبعُون بود،

40 To offer burnt offerings unto YHWH upon the altar of the burnt offering continually morning and evening, and to do according to all that is written in the law of YHWH, which he commanded Israel;

۴۰ تا قرباني هاي سوختني براي خداوند بر مذبح قرباني سوختني دائماً صبح و شام بگذرانند بر حسب آنچه در شريعت خداوند که آن را به اسرائيل امر فرموده بود مکتوب است.

41 And with them Heman and Jeduthun, and the rest that were chosen, who were expressed by name, to give thanks to YHWH, because his mercy endureth for ever;

۴۱ و با ايشان هِيمان و يدُوتُون و ساير برگزيدگاني را که اسم ايشان ذکر شده بود تا خداوند را حمد گويند زيرا که رحمت او تا ابدالآباد است.

42 And with them Heman and Jeduthun with trumpets and cymbals for those that should make a sound, and with musical instruments of Elohim. And the sons of Jeduthun were porters.

۴۲ و همراه ايشان هِيمان و يدُوتُون را با کّرناها و سنجها و آلات نغمات خدا به جهت نوازندگان و پسران يدُوتُون را تا نزد دروازه باشند.

43 And all the people departed every man to his house: and David returned to bless his house.

۴۳ پس تمامي قوم هر يکي به خانه خود رفتند، اما داود برگشت تا خانه خود را تبرک نمايد.
