Psalms 130

1 OUT of the depths have I cried unto thee, O Lord.

૧ચઢવાનું ગીત. હે યહોવાહ, ઊંડાણોમાંથી મેં તમને પોકાર કર્યો.

2 Lord, hear my voice: let thine ears be attentive to the voice of my supplications.

૨હે પ્રભુ, મારો અવાજ સાંભળો; મદદ માટેની મારી પ્રાર્થના પર તમારા કાન ધરો.

3 If thou, Lord, shouldest mark iniquities, O Lord, who shall stand?

૩હે યહોવાહ, જો તમે દુષ્ટ કામો ધ્યાનમાં રાખો, તો, હે પ્રભુ, તમારી આગળ કોણ ઊભો રહી શકે?

4 But there is forgiveness with thee, that thou mayest be feared.

૪પણ તમારી પાસે માફી છે, તેથી તમે આદર પામશો.

5 I wait for the Lord, my soul doth wait, and in his word do I hope.

૫હું યહોવાહની રાહ જોઈશ, મારો આત્મા રાહ જોશે અને તેમના વચનમાં હું આશા રાખું છું.

6 My soul waiteth for the Lord more than they that watch for the morning: I say, more than they that watch for the morning.

૬સવારની રાહ જોનાર ચોકીદાર કરતાં મારો આત્મા પ્રભુની રાહ વધારે જુએ છે.

7 Let Israel hope in the Lord: for with the Lord there is mercy, and with him is plenteous redemption.

૭હે ઇઝરાયલ, યહોવાહમાં આશા રાખ. યહોવાહ દયાળુ છે અને માફી આપવામાં ઉતાવળા છે.

8 And he shall redeem Israel from all his iniquities.

૮તે ઇઝરાયલને તેનાં સર્વ પાપોથી ઉગારશે.
