< Psalms 114 >
1 WHEN Israel went out of Egypt, the house of Jacob from a people of strange language;
Tango Isalaele abimaki wuta na Ejipito, tango libota ya Jakobi elongwaki na ekolo ya bapaya,
2 Judah was his sanctuary, and Israel his dominion.
Yuda ekomaki Esika ya bule ya Yawe, mpe Isalaele ekomaki mabele na Ye.
3 The sea saw it, and fled: Jordan was driven back.
Ebale monene emonaki yango mpe ekimaki, mayi ya Yordani ezongaki na sima,
4 The mountains skipped like rams, and the little hills like lambs.
bangomba epumbwaki lokola bameme, bangomba mike epumbwaki lokola bana ya ntaba.
5 What ailed thee, O thou sea, that thou fleddest? thou Jordan, that thou wast driven back?
Ebale monene, nini ezalaki kati na yo mpo ete okima? Yordani, mpo na nini ozongaki na sima?
6 Ye mountains, that ye skipped like rams; and ye little hills, like lambs?
Bino bangomba, mpo nini bopumbwaki lokola bameme? Bongo bino bangomba mike, mpo na nini bopumbwaki lokola bana ya ntaba?
7 Tremble, thou earth, at the presence of the Lord, at the presence of the God of Jacob;
Mokili, lenga liboso ya Yawe, liboso ya Nzambe ya Jakobi,
8 Which turned the rock into a standing water, the flint into a fountain of waters.
oyo abongolaka libanga monene liziba, mpe libanga etima.
