Psalms 104
1 BLESS the Lord, O my soul. O Lord my God, thou art very great; thou art clothed with honour and majesty.
१हे माझ्या जिवा, परमेश्वराचा धन्यवाद कर. हे परमेश्वरा, माझ्या देवा, तू अत्यंत थोर आहेस; तू तेजस्विता आणि गौरव पांघरले आहेस.
2 Who coverest thyself with light as with a garment: who stretchest out the heavens like a curtain:
२जसे वस्राने तसे तू आपणाला प्रकाशाने झाकतोस; तंबूच्या पडद्याप्रमाणे तू आकाश पसरतोस.
3 Who layeth the beams of his chambers in the waters: who maketh the clouds his chariot: who walketh upon the wings of the wind:
३तू आपल्या खोल्यांच्या तुळ्या जलांमध्ये ठेवतो; तू मेघांना आपले रथ करतोस; तू वाऱ्यांच्या पंखावर चालतोस.
4 Who maketh his angels spirits; his ministers a flaming fire:
४तू वाऱ्याला आपले दूत करतोस, अग्नीच्या ज्वालांस आपले सेवक करतोस
5 Who laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be removed for ever.
५त्याने पृथ्वीचा पाया घातला आहे, आणि ती कधीही हलणार नाही.
6 Thou coveredst it with the deep as with a garment: the waters stood above the mountains.
६तू पृथ्वीला वस्राप्रमाणे पाण्याने आच्छादिले आहेस; पाण्याने पर्वत झाकले आहेत.
7 At thy rebuke they fled; at the voice of thy thunder they hasted away.
७तुझ्या धमकीने पाणी मागे सरले आहे; तुझ्या गर्जनेच्या आवाजाने ती पळाली.
8 They go up by the mountains; they go down by the valleys unto the place which thou hast founded for them.
८ती पर्वतावरून जाऊन खाली दरितून वाहात गेली, त्यांच्यासाठी नेमलेल्या जागी ती जाऊन राहिली.
9 Thou hast set a bound that they may not pass over; that they turn not again to cover the earth.
९तू त्यांना घालून दिलेल्या मर्यादा त्यांना ओलांडता येत नाही; ते पृथ्वीला पुन्हा झाकून टाकणार नाहीत.
10 He sendeth the springs into the valleys, which run among the hills.
१०तो दऱ्यातून झरे वाहवितो; डोंगरामधून प्रवाह वाहत जातात.
11 They give drink to every beast of the field: the wild asses quench their thirst.
११ते रानातल्या सर्व पशूंना पाणी पुरवितात; रानगाढवे आपली तहान भागवितात.
12 By them shall the fowls of the heaven have their habitation, which sing among the branches.
१२नदीकिनारी पक्षी आपले घरटे बांधतात; ते फांद्यामध्ये बसून गातात.
13 He watereth the hills from his chambers: the earth is satisfied with the fruit of thy works.
१३तो आपल्या वरच्या खोल्यातून पर्वतावर पाण्याचा वर्षाव करतो. पृथ्वी त्याच्या श्रमाच्या फळाने भरली आहे.
14 He causeth the grass to grow for the cattle, and herb for the service of man: that he may bring forth food out of the earth;
१४तो गुरांढोरासाठी गवत उगवतो, आणि मनुष्यांसाठी वनस्पतीची लागवड करतो; यासाठी की, मनुष्याने जमिनितून अन्न उत्पन्न करावे.
15 And wine that maketh glad the heart of man, and oil to make his face to shine, and bread which strengtheneth man’s heart.
१५तो मनुष्यास आनंदित करणारा द्राक्षरस, त्याचा चेहरा चमकविणारे तेल, आणि त्याचे जीवन जिवंत ठेवणारे अन्नही त्याने उत्पन्न करावी.
16 The trees of the Lord are full of sap; the cedars of Lebanon, which he hath planted;
१६परमेश्वराचे वृक्ष, जे लबानोनाचे गंधसरू त्याने लावले आहेत, ते रसभरित आहेत;
17 Where the birds make their nests: as for the stork, the fir trees are her house.
१७तेथे पक्षी आपली घरटी बांधतात. करकोचा देवदारूचे झाड तिचे घर करतो.
18 The high hills are a refuge for the wild goats; and the rocks for the conies.
१८रानबकऱ्या उंच पर्वतावर राहतात; खडक सशांचे आश्रयस्थान आहे.
19 He appointed the moon for seasons: the sun knoweth his going down.
१९त्याने ऋतुमान समजण्यासाठी चंद्र नेमला आहे; सूर्याला त्याची मावळण्याची वेळ कळते.
20 Thou makest darkness, and it is night: wherein all the beasts of the forest do creep forth.
२०तू रात्रीला काळोख करतोस, तेव्हा जंगलातील सर्व जनावरे बाहेर येतात.
21 The young lions roar after their prey, and seek their meat from God.
२१तरुण सिंह आपल्या भक्ष्यासाठी गर्जना करतात, आणि देवाकडे आपले अन्न मागतात.
22 The sun ariseth, they gather themselves together, and lay them down in their dens.
२२जेव्हा सूर्य उगवतो, तेव्हा ते परत जातात, आणि आपल्या गुहेत झोपतात.
23 Man goeth forth unto his work and to his labour until the evening.
२३दरम्यान लोक आपल्या कामासाठी बाहेर जातात, आणि ते संध्याकाळपर्यंत कष्ट करतात.
24 O Lord, how manifold are thy works! in wisdom hast thou made them all: the earth is full of thy riches.
२४हे परमेश्वरा, तुझी कृत्ये किती अधिक आणि किती विविध प्रकारची आहेत! ती सर्व तुझ्या ज्ञानाने केली आहेत; पृथ्वी तुझ्या समृद्धीने भरली आहे.
25 So is this great and wide sea, wherein are things creeping innumerable, both small and great beasts.
२५त्यावर हा समुद्र, खोल आणि अफाट आहे, त्यामध्ये लहान व मोठे असंख्य प्राणी गजबजले आहेत.
26 There go the ships: there is that leviathan, whom thou hast made to play therein.
२६तेथे त्यामध्ये जहाजे प्रवास करतात आणि त्यामध्ये खेळण्यासाठी जो लिव्याथान तू निर्माण केला तोही तेथे आहे.
27 These wait all upon thee; that thou mayest give them their meat in due season.
२७योग्य वेळी तू त्यांना त्यांचे अन्न द्यावे म्हणून ते सर्व तुझ्याकडे पाहतात.
28 That thou givest them they gather: thou openest thine hand, they are filled with good.
२८जेव्हा तू त्यांना देतोस, ते जमा करतात; जेव्हा तू आपला हात उघडतोस तेव्हा त्यांची उत्तम पदार्थांनी तृप्ती होते.
29 Thou hidest thy face, they are troubled: thou takest away their breath, they die, and return to their dust.
२९जेव्हा तू आपले तोंड लपवतोस तेव्हा ते व्याकुळ होतात; जर तू त्यांचा श्वास काढून घेतला, तर ते मरतात आणि परत मातीस मिळतात.
30 Thou sendest forth thy spirit, they are created: and thou renewest the face of the earth.
३०जेव्हा तू आपला आत्मा पाठवतोस, तेव्हा ते उत्पन्न होतात, आणि तू भूप्रदेश पुन्हा नवीन करतोस.
31 The glory of the Lord shall endure for ever: the Lord shall rejoice in his works.
३१परमेश्वराचे वैभव सर्वकाळ राहो; परमेश्वरास आपल्या निर्मितीत आनंद होवो.
32 He looketh on the earth, and it trembleth: he toucheth the hills, and they smoke.
३२तो पृथ्वीवर खाली बघतो आणि ती थरथर कापते; तो पर्वताला स्पर्श करतो आणि ते धुमसतात.
33 I will sing unto the Lord as long as I live: I will sing praise to my God while I have my being.
३३मी माझ्या आयुष्यभर परमेश्वरास गाणे गाईन. जोपर्यंत मी जिवंत आहे तोपर्यंत माझ्या देवाचे मी गुणगान करीन.
34 My meditation of him shall be sweet: I will be glad in the Lord.
३४माझे विचार त्यास गोड वाटो; परमेश्वराजवळ मला आनंद होईल.
35 Let the sinners be consumed out of the earth, and let the wicked be no more. Bless thou the Lord, O my soul. Praise ye the Lord.
३५पृथ्वीवरून पापी नष्ट होवोत, आणि दुष्ट आणखी न उरोत. हे माझ्या जिवा परमेश्वराचा धन्यवाद कर. परमेश्वराची स्तुती करा.
