< 1 Timothy 5 >

1 REBUKE not an elder, but intreat him as a father; and the younger men as brethren;
Da nanbi k manboli mani o jakpelo, ama ya pa andi u pali, nani biba yeni; ya paandi u nupaɔngu pala nani i nataani yeni.
2 The elder women as mothers; the younger as sisters, with all purity.
A puociana nani binaa nba yen, b puobidi nani t ninsiaba yeni, l papielem
3 Honour widows that are widows indeed.
Seln a pakuana yaab n ŋanbi k tie pakuana.
4 But if any widow have children or nephews, let them learn first to shew piety at home, and to requite their parents: for that is good and acceptable before God.
L ya tie k l pakuali pia t bidi lan yaka a yabila ban ñigni k ya pia t ŋandi b diogun, k gɔ ya tiendi b danba ban tund b yaali, k l ma l ŋani u tienu po
5 Now she that is a widow indeed, and desolate, trusteth in God, and continueth in supplications and prayers night and day.
Yua tie pakual yeni mɔni, k tie yuan cuo li ba k ta u dindanlik cabi u Tienu k gɔ jaandi, k miadi u tiensugli yieni yen ñiɔgu.
6 But she that liveth in pleasure is dead while she liveth.
Ama ya pakualo n kpaani dulña ne yenyienu kpe'u ba l ya tie ku fuo.
7 And these things give in charge, that they may be blameless.
Tund'ba mani l bona k ban ji da pia jalgi ba.
8 But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.
L ya tie k yua k nanbi k ŋanbi k ŋmagdi o nibi yaabi ŋanbi k tie u diogun ya yaabi, biani u mɔmɔnigaama, yu k bani u Tienu yaali su yen'o.
9 Let not a widow be taken into the number under threescore years old, having been the wife of one man,
K fidi ban yini pua k u tie pakualo wan mɔndik ya pia bina piiluobo k ya tie yua n den kunni ja yendo baba.
10 Well reported of for good works; if she have brought up children, if she have lodged strangers, if she have washed the saints’ feet, if she have relieved the afflicted, if she have diligently followed every good work.
K yua kul ya bani k u tuona den ŋani k den wlubi tu bidi, k den gaani b canba, k den ŋuudi b nuŋanba taana, k den todi b cicagdanba, k den tiendi tuoŋan buoli kul
11 But the younger widows refuse: for when they have begun to wax wanton against Christ, they will marry;
Ama ŋan yie t pakuabidi, k l ma ya yognu k u ja nianga paadi yenba yen Jesu b ji yi kpaani ban guani k kunni b jabi
12 Having damnation, because they have cast off their first faith.
K ji k cɔlni b cincin-puoni yaali k b den puoni Jesu yeni
13 And withal they learn to be idle, wandering about from house to house; and not only idle, but tattlers also and busybodies, speaking things which they ought not.
K baa ji pia tuonli ba yeni, b ji waa yiegi a ñiana ni. L gɔ k tie k b waa fanm - fanma mɔ ka b waa yeni t mayiyuodi yen i tuali, k maadi ya maama k laba.
14 I will therefore that the younger women marry, bear children, guide the house, give none occasion to the adversary to speak reproachfully.
L po n cedi k n bua ya pakua bidi n da k kunni b jaba, k ban guani k kunnib jabak mali t bidi, k ŋanbi k kub'ba a dioguni, k da ŋa t ninnanda ya sugdi'ti.
15 For some are already turned aside after Satan.
k l ma pakɔtianba ŋa a sanu yo k ji ŋodi staanni
16 If any man or woman that believeth have widows, let them relieve them, and let not the church be charged; that it may relieve them that are widows indeed.
Kreso-yua diogun ya pia a pakuana wani n ji baa tod' ba k lan fidiyaali lan ji da tie tugkpiegli u jaandiogu po, k wani mɔndi fid k todi yaab nanbi k tie pakuana.
17 Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honour, especially they who labour in the word and doctrine.
Ya jaandiog liig yaaba nanbi k suani b tuonli k l ŋani b dagdi yeni ban ŋanbi k la b tuonlsel bonŋanli. l nam ŋanbi k nua yaab n tundib niba u Tienu maama
18 For the scripture saith, Thou shalt not muzzle the ox that treadeth out the corn. And, The labourer is worthy of his reward.
kl ma u Tienu Kadaɔgu yedi: ya nua taand' a ka pua i dii, a ji kan pibin u ñɔbu. k l tuonsɔnli dagidi yeni wan ga u tuonsɔn- ŋmapaɔgu.
19 Against an elder receive not an accusation, but before two or three witnesses.
Nul ya ba yeni u jaandiogliig yua maama, ŋan da gaa, l ya k tie b lie, b ta yaa ka
20 Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear.
Yaab tundi k biidi nan fu yeb'ba b lieb kul nungn k yaab sieni n ji ya jie.
21 I charge thee before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, and the elect angels, that thou observe these things without preferring one before another, doing nothing by partiality.
n maad'a hal u tienu ne po, hal Yesu kreso po, yeni u tienu malek po, ya cɔnlni min yed'a uaal ne kul, k ba lugdm ba n da ye i siign.
22 Lay hands suddenly on no man, neither be partaker of other men’s sins: keep thyself pure.
Da yi peli k maandi a nugi nul po, k gɔ da kuandi a nugu nutano biidn. Fin mɔno, Cuo a. ba k ya ye t ŋandin
23 Drink no longer water, but use a little wine for thy stomach’s sake and thine often infirmities.
Da ñu miñima baba ka. A ya yi tieni nan nu o damɔngu mɔ waama k lan ya ŋanbdi a tugun k dugni a tugyianu yen po.
24 Some men’s sins are open beforehand, going before to judgment; and some men they follow after.
B tianb ya biidi k wuo b wlaama ba k b da buni b buudi mɔno. Ama b tianba yaali yi waagi yo ban t fioli bandi.
25 Likewise also the good works of some are manifest beforehand; and they that are otherwise cannot be hid.
Nani a tuon ŋama n k kluo yeni l gɔ tie yeni k t tuon biidi mɔ kan fidi k wuo ni.
