< Romans 3 >

1 What advantage then has the Jew? or what profit is there of circumcision?
Undaⱪta, Yǝⱨudiy bolƣanning Yǝⱨudiy ǝmǝstin nemǝ artuⱪqiliⱪi bar? Hǝtnilik bolƣanning nemǝ paydisi bar?
2 Much every way: chiefly, because that to them were committed the oracles of God.
Əmǝliyǝttǝ, ularning ⱨǝr jǝⱨǝttin kɵp artuⱪqiliⱪi bar. Birinqidin, Hudaning bexarǝtlik sɵzliri Yǝⱨudiylarƣa amanǝt ⱪilinƣan.
3 For what if some did not believe? shall their unbelief make the faith of God without effect?
Əmdi gǝrqǝ ulardin bǝziliri ixǝnqsiz qiⱪⱪan bolsimu, buningƣa nemǝ bolatti? Ularning ixǝnqsizliki Hudaning ixǝnqliklikini yoⱪⱪa qiⱪiriwetǝrmu?
4 God forbid: yes, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That you might be justified in your sayings, and might overcome when you are judged.
Ⱨǝrgiz undaⱪ ⱪilmaydu! Huda rastqil ⱨesablinip, ⱨǝmmǝ adǝm yalƣanqi ⱨesablansun! Huddi [muⱪǝddǝs yazmilarda Huda ⱨǝⱪⱪidǝ] yezilƣinidǝk: — «Sɵzliginingdǝ adil dǝp ispatlanƣaysǝn, Xikayǝtkǝ uqriƣiningda ƣǝlibǝ ⱪilƣaysǝn».
5 But if our unrighteousness commend the righteousness of God, what shall we say? Is God unrighteous who takes vengeance? (I speak as a man)
Lekin bizning ⱨǝⱪⱪaniysizliⱪimiz arⱪiliⱪ Hudaning ⱨǝⱪⱪaniyliⱪi tehimu eniⱪ kɵrsitilsǝ, buningƣa nemǝ dǝymiz? Ⱨǝⱪⱪaniysizliⱪ üstigǝ ƣǝzǝp tɵkidiƣan Hudani ⱨǝⱪⱪaniy ǝmǝs dǝymizmu (mǝn insanqǝ sɵzlǝymǝn)?
6 God forbid: for then how shall God judge the world?
Mundaⱪ deyixkǝ ⱨǝrgiz bolmaydu! Əgǝr undaⱪ bolsa, Huda alǝmni ⱪandaⱪ soraⱪⱪa tartidu?
7 For if the truth of God has more abounded through my lie to his glory; why yet am I also judged as a sinner?
[Bǝzilǝr yǝnǝ]: «Mening yalƣanqilⱪimdin Hudaning ⱨǝⱪiⱪǝtliki tehimu oquⱪ ⱪilinsa, xundaⱪla uluƣluⱪi tehimu yorutulsa, ǝmdi mǝn yǝnǝ nemǝ üqün gunaⱨkar dǝp ⱪarilip soraⱪⱪa tartilimǝn?» [deyixi mumkin].
8 And not rather, (as we be slanderously reported, and as some affirm that we say, ) Let us do evil, that good may come? whose damnation is just.
Undaⱪ bolƣanda nemixⱪa (bǝzilǝr bizgǝ tɵⱨmǝt qaplimaⱪqi bolup, gǝplirimizni buriwǝtkǝndǝk) «Yamanliⱪ ⱪilayli, buningdin yahxiliⱪ qiⱪip ⱪalar» — deyixkǝ bolmaydu? Bundaⱪ degüqilǝrning jazalinixi ⱨǝⱪliⱪtur!
9 What then? are we better than they? No, in no wise: for we have before proved both Jews and Gentiles, that they are all under sin;
Əmdi nemǝ deyix kerǝk? Biz [Yǝⱨudiylar] [Yǝⱨudiy ǝmǝslǝrdin] üstün turamduⱪ? Yaⱪ, ⱨǝrgiz! Qünki biz yuⱪurida Yǝⱨudiylar bolsun, Greklǝr bolsun ⱨǝmmisining gunaⱨning ilkidǝ ikǝnlikini ispatlap ǝyibliduⱪ.
10 As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:
Dǝrwǝⱪǝ, muⱪǝddǝs yazmilarda yezilƣinidǝk: — «Ⱨǝⱪⱪaniy adǝm yoⱪ, ⱨǝtta birimu yoⱪtur,
11 There is none that understands, there is none that seeks after God.
Yorutulƣan kixi yoⱪtur, Hudani izdiginimu yoⱪtur.
12 They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that does good, no, not one.
Ⱨǝmmǝ adǝm yoldin qǝtnidi, Ularning barliⱪi ǝrzimǝs bolup qiⱪti. Meⱨribanliⱪ ⱪilƣuqi yoⱪ, ⱨǝtta birimu yoⱪtur.
13 Their throat is an open sepulcher; with their tongues they have used deceit; the poison of asps is under their lips:
Ularning geli eqilƣan ⱪǝbridǝk sesiⱪtur, Tilliri kazzapliⱪ ⱪilmaⱪta; Kobra yilanning zǝⱨiri lǝwliri astida turidu;
14 Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness:
Ularning zuwani ⱪarƣax ⱨǝm zǝrdigǝ tolƣan.
15 Their feet are swift to shed blood:
«Putliri ⱪan toküxkǝ aldiraydu;
16 Destruction and misery are in their ways:
Barƣanla yeridǝ wǝyranqiliⱪ wǝ pajiǝlik ixlar bardur.
17 And the way of peace have they not known:
Tinqliⱪ-aramliⱪ yolini ular ⱨeq tonuƣan ǝmǝs».
18 There is no fear of God before their eyes.
«Ularning nǝziridǝ Hudadin ⱪorⱪidiƣan ix yoⱪtur».
19 Now we know that what things soever the law said, it says to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.
Tǝwrattiki barliⱪ sɵzlǝrning Tǝwrat ⱪanuni astida yaxaydiƣanlarƣa ⱪarita eytilƣanliⱪi bizgǝ ayan. Bularning mǝⱪsiti, ⱨǝr insanning aƣzi baⱨanǝ kɵrsitǝlmǝy tuwaⱪlinip, pütkül dunyadikilǝr Hudaning soriⱪida ǝyibkar ikǝn dǝp ayan ⱪilinsun, degǝnliktur.
20 Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.
Xunga, ⱨeqⱪandaⱪ ǝt igisi Tǝwrat-ⱪanuniƣa ǝmǝl ⱪilixⱪa intilixliri bilǝn [Hudaning] aldida ⱨǝⱪⱪaniy ⱨesablanmaydu; qünki Tǝwrat ⱪanuni arⱪiliⱪ insan ɵz gunaⱨini tonup yetidu.
21 But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets;
Biraⱪ, ⱨazir ⱪanun yoli bilǝn ǝmǝs, bǝlki Hudaning Ɵzidin kǝlgǝn birhil ⱨǝⱪⱪaniyliⱪ axkarilandi! Bu hil ⱨǝⱪⱪaniyliⱪⱪa ⱪanunning ɵzi wǝ pǝyƣǝmbǝrlǝrning [yazmilirimu] guwaⱨliⱪ bǝrgǝndur;
22 Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ to all and on all them that believe: for there is no difference:
yǝni, Hudaning Əysa Mǝsiⱨning ixǝnq-sadaⱪǝtliki arⱪiliⱪ etiⱪad ⱪilƣuqilarning ⱨǝmmisining iqigǝ ⱨǝm üstigǝ yǝtküzidiƣan ⱨǝⱪⱪaniyliⱪidur! Bu ixta ayrimqiliⱪ yoⱪtur
23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
(qünki barliⱪ insanlar gunaⱨ sadir ⱪilip, Hudaning xan-xǝripigǝ yetǝlmǝy, uningdin mǝⱨrum boldi)
24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:
Qünki etiⱪadqilarning ⱨǝmmisi Mǝsiⱨ Əysada bolƣan nijat-ⱨɵrlük arⱪiliⱪ, [Hudaning] meⱨir-xǝpⱪiti bilǝn bǝdǝlsiz ⱨǝⱪⱪaniy ⱪilinidu.
25 Whom God has set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;
Huda Uni gunaⱨlarning jazasini kɵtürgüqi kafarǝt ⱪurbanliⱪi süpitidǝ tǝyinlidi; [insanlarning] Uning [ⱪurbanliⱪ] ⱪeniƣa ixǝnq baƣlixi bilǝn [ⱪurbanliⱪ] inawǝtliktur. Huda bu arⱪiliⱪ burunⱪi zamandikilǝrning sadir ⱪilƣan gunaⱨliriƣa sǝwr-taⱪǝtlik bolup, jazalimay ɵtküzüwetixining adilliⱪ ikǝnlikini kɵrsǝtti.
26 To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believes in Jesus.
Buningƣa ohxax bu [ⱪurbanliⱪ] arⱪiliⱪ U ⱨazirⱪi zamanda bolƣan ⱨǝⱪⱪaniyliⱪinimu kɵrsǝtkǝn. Xundaⱪ ⱪilip U Ɵzining ⱨǝm ⱨǝⱪⱪaniy ikǝnlikini ⱨǝm Əysaning etiⱪadida bolƣuqini ⱨǝⱪⱪaniy ⱪilƣuqi ikǝnlikinimu namayan ⱪildi.
27 Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? No: but by the law of faith.
Undaⱪ bolsa, insanning nemǝ mahtanƣuqiliki bar? Mahtinix yoⱪ ⱪilindi! — Nemǝ prinsipⱪa asasǝn? Ⱪanunƣa intilix prinsipi bilǝnmu? — Yaⱪ! «Etiⱪad» prinsipi bilǝn!
28 Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.
Qünki «Insan Tǝwrat ⱪanuniƣa ǝmǝl ⱪilixⱪa intilixliri bilǝn ǝmǝs, bǝlki etiⱪad bilǝn ⱨǝⱪⱪaniy ⱪilinidu» dǝp ⱨesablaymiz!
29 Is he the God of the Jews only? is he not also of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also:
Əjǝba, Huda pǝⱪǝtla Yǝⱨudiylarningla Hudasimu? U ǝllǝrningmu Hudasi ǝmǝsmu? Xundaⱪ, u ǝllǝrningmu Hudasidur.
30 Seeing it is one God, which shall justify the circumcision by faith, and uncircumcision through faith.
Huda bolsa birdur, U hǝtnǝ ⱪilinƣanlarni etiⱪad bilǝn ⱨǝmdǝ hǝtnǝ ⱪilinmiƣanlarnimu etiⱪad bilǝn ⱨǝⱪⱪaniy ⱪilidu.
31 Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yes, we establish the law.
Əmdi etiⱪad prinsipi bilǝn Tǝwrat ⱪanunini bikar ⱪiliwetimizmu? Yaⱪ, dǝl buning ǝksiqǝ, uni küqkǝ igǝ ⱪilimiz.
