Psalms 54

1 Save me, O God, by your name, and judge me by your strength.

2 Hear my prayer, O God; give ear to the words of my mouth.

E ke Akua, e hoolohe mai i ka'u pule; E haliu mai i ka pepeiao i na olelo a kuu waha:

3 For strangers are risen up against me, and oppressors seek after my soul: they have not set God before them. (Selah)

No ka mea, ua ku e mai ia'u na kanaka e, A ke imi nei i kuu uhane na mea hooluhihewa; Aole lakou i hoonoho i ke Akua i mua o ko lakou alo. (Sila)

4 Behold, God is my helper: the Lord is with them that uphold my soul.

5 He shall reward evil to my enemies: cut them off in your truth.

6 I will freely sacrifice to you: I will praise your name, O LORD; for it is good.

7 For he has delivered me out of all trouble: and my eye has seen his desire on my enemies.
