< Psalms 35 >

1 Plead my cause, O LORD, with them that strive with me: fight against them that fight against me.
MAIN, kom kotin pei on ir, me kin pei on ia; o kotin palian on ir, me kin u on ia.
2 Take hold of shield and buckler, and stand up for my help.
Re kotin ale pere o tatan mauin ap kotida, pwen jauaja ia.
3 Draw out also the spear, and stop the way against them that persecute me: say to my soul, I am your salvation.
Napekida katieu jauaja ia on ai imwintiti kan. Kotin majan don nen i: Nai jauaj pam!
4 Let them be confounded and put to shame that seek after my soul: let them be turned back and brought to confusion that devise my hurt.
Me men kame ia la, en namenokala o kankaururala; o me men wia jued on ia, en pure wei o jarodi.
5 Let them be as chaff before the wind: and let the angel of the LORD chase them.
Ren wiala dueta dip en kijin war akan mon kijinian, o tounlan en Ieowa jikin irail wei.
6 Let their way be dark and slippery: and let the angel of the LORD persecute them.
Al arail en rotorotala o kitentel la, o tounlan en Ieowa on kotin pakipaki irail.
7 For without cause have they hid for me their net in a pit, which without cause they have dig for my soul.
Pwe re injenjara ia, pwen kame ia la, ap jota karepa, o re wia por on ia, a jota karepa.
8 Let destruction come on him at unawares; and let his net that he has hid catch himself: into that very destruction let him fall.
A en jejeinlek lodi on kalokolok; o injar me a wiadar, pein i en lodi on; o mela on lel on i waja o.
9 And my soul shall be joyful in the LORD: it shall rejoice in his salvation.
A nen i en perenki Ieowa o polauleki a kotin jauaja ia.
10 All my bones shall say, LORD, who is like to you, which deliver the poor from him that is too strong for him, yes, the poor and the needy from him that spoils him?
Kokon ai kan karoj pan inda: Main, ij me rajon komui? Pwe kom kotin jauaja me luet o on me a jota itar on, o kom kotin jauaja me luet o jamama on me lolap akan.
11 False witnesses did rise up; they laid to my charge things that I knew not.
Jaunkadede likam kai u on ia, kalelapok re i, me i jota aja due.
12 They rewarded me evil for good to the spoiling of my soul.
Re kin depukki me mau me jued, pwen kainjenjuede kin ia.
13 But as for me, when they were sick, my clothing was sackcloth: I humbled my soul with fasting; and my prayer returned into my own bosom.
A nai, ni ar jomau, i puri on nan tuk en likau, o kaloke pein nai ni ai kaijejol, o kapakap jan monion i.
14 I behaved myself as though he had been my friend or brother: I bowed down heavily, as one that mourns for his mother.
Nai wiai on ir dueta on kompoke pa i o udan ri ai; nai injenjued dueta amen, me kin loleitki in a.
15 But in my adversity they rejoiced, and gathered themselves together: yes, the attackers gathered themselves together against me, and I knew it not; they did tear me, and ceased not:
A irail peren kida ai jikilikel o pokon pena. Men lalaue pokon penan ia o jon en aramaj, me i jaja, kin lalaue ia anjau karoj.
16 With hypocritical mockers in feasts, they gnashed on me with their teeth.
Re ni tete on ia, irail, me kin janjalmau o lalaue pweki kijin mana.
17 Lord, how long will you look on? rescue my soul from their destructions, my darling from the lions.
Main, arai da, me kom pan kotin majani mepukat? Dorela nen i jan arail me jued, o maur ta ieu ian laien pulepul akan.
18 I will give you thanks in the great congregation: I will praise you among much people.
I pan kapina komui nan momodijou laud, o nan pun en aramaj toto i pan danke komui.
19 Let not them that are my enemies wrongfully rejoice over me: neither let them wink with the eye that hate me without a cause.
Der mueid on ai imwintiti nin jokarepa, ren peren kin ia, o me kin kailon kin ia nin jokarepa, ren der lalaue ia ki maj arail.
20 For they speak not peace: but they devise deceitful matters against them that are quiet in the land.
Pwe ar lokaia jota kin kareda popol, o re kin madamadaua, en dipi on me lelapok kan nan jap o.
21 Yes, they opened their mouth wide against me, and said, Aha, aha, our eye has seen it.
O re jar pajan au arail on ia indada: Io io, pein kit kilaner.
22 This you have seen, O LORD: keep not silence: O Lord, be not far from me.
Main, kom kotin mani mepukat, kom der kotin nenenla, Main, kom der doo jan ia!
23 Stir up yourself, and awake to my judgment, even to my cause, my God and my Lord.
Kotin opala waja o kipada, pwen kapun ia la o ai dodok, ai Kot o ai Kaun.
24 Judge me, O LORD my God, according to your righteousness; and let them not rejoice over me.
Main, ai Kot, kotin kapun ia la duen omui pun, pwe ren der peren kin ia.
25 Let them not say in their hearts, Ah, so would we have it: let them not say, We have swallowed him up.
Der mueid on, ren inda nan monion arail: Io, io, i me je men! Der mueid on, ren inda: Kitail katalalar i.
26 Let them be ashamed and brought to confusion together that rejoice at my hurt: let them be clothed with shame and dishonor that magnify themselves against me.
Irail karoj, me peren kida ai apwal akan, en namenokala o kankaurura la, ir me poponmajo on ia, en likau kida namenok o kankaurur.
27 Let them shout for joy, and be glad, that favor my righteous cause: yes, let them say continually, Let the LORD be magnified, which has pleasure in the prosperity of his servant.
Irail me kin peren kida ai pun en nijinij o pereperen, o ren inda anjau karoj: Meid kapina on Ieowa, me kin perenki jauaja japwilim a ladu o,
28 And my tongue shall speak of your righteousness and of your praise all the day long.
O lo i en kapakaparok duen omui pun, o kapina komui ran karoj.
