Psalms 121

1 I will lift up my eyes to the hills, from where comes my help.

൧ആരോഹണഗീതം. ഞാൻ എന്റെ കണ്ണുകൾ പർവ്വതങ്ങളിലേക്ക് ഉയർത്തുന്നു; എനിക്ക് സഹായം എവിടെനിന്ന് വരും?

2 My help comes from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.

൨എന്റെ സഹായം ആകാശത്തെയും ഭൂമിയെയും ഉണ്ടാക്കിയ യഹോവയിൽനിന്നു വരുന്നു.

3 He will not suffer your foot to be moved: he that keeps you will not slumber.

൩നിന്റെ കാൽ വഴുതിപ്പോകുവാൻ അവിടുന്ന് സമ്മതിക്കുകയില്ല; നിന്നെ കാക്കുന്നവൻ മയങ്ങുകയുമില്ല.

4 Behold, he that keeps Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.

൪യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ പരിപാലകൻ മയങ്ങുകയില്ല, ഉറങ്ങുകയുമില്ല.

5 The LORD is your keeper: the LORD is your shade on your right hand.

൫യഹോവ നിന്റെ പരിപാലകൻ; യഹോവ നിന്റെ വലത്തുഭാഗത്ത് നിനക്ക് തണൽ.

6 The sun shall not smite you by day, nor the moon by night.

൬പകൽ സൂര്യനോ രാത്രി ചന്ദ്രനോ നിന്നെ ദോഷമായി ബാധിക്കുകയില്ല.

7 The LORD shall preserve you from all evil: he shall preserve your soul.

൭യഹോവ ഒരു ദോഷവും തട്ടാതെ നിന്നെ പരിപാലിക്കും. കർത്താവ് നിന്റെ പ്രാണനെ പരിപാലിക്കും.

8 The LORD shall preserve your going out and your coming in from this time forth, and even for ever more.

൮യഹോവ നിന്റെ ഗമനത്തെയും ആഗമനത്തെയും ഇന്നുമുതൽ എന്നേക്കും പരിപാലിക്കും.
