1 These are the journeys of the children of Israel, which went forth out of the land of Egypt with their armies under the hand of Moses and Aaron.

2 And Moses wrote their goings out according to their journeys by the commandment of the LORD: and these are their journeys according to their goings out.
Pea naʻe tohi ʻe Mōsese ʻenau fononga atu ʻo fakatatau ki heʻenau ngaahi fononga ʻi he fekau ʻa Sihova: pea ko e ngaahi fononga eni ʻo hangē ko ʻenau ʻalu atu.
3 And they departed from Rameses in the first month, on the fifteenth day of the first month; on the morrow after the passover the children of Israel went out with an high hand in the sight of all the Egyptians.

4 For the Egyptians buried all their firstborn, which the LORD had smitten among them: on their gods also the LORD executed judgments.

5 And the children of Israel removed from Rameses, and pitched in Succoth.
Pea naʻe hiki ʻae fānau ʻa ʻIsileli mei Lamisisi ʻonau nofo ʻi Sukote.
6 And they departed from Succoth, and pitched in Etham, which is in the edge of the wilderness.
Pea naʻa nau hiki atu mei Sukote ʻonau nofo ʻi ʻEtami, ʻaia ʻoku ʻi he mata toafa.
7 And they removed from Etham, and turned again to Pihahiroth, which is before Baalzephon: and they pitched before Migdol.
Pea naʻa nau hiki mei ʻEtami, ʻonau toe foki ki Piheloti, ʻaia ʻoku ʻi he ʻao ʻo Peali-sefoni: pea nau ʻapitanga ʻi he ʻao ʻo Mikitoli.
8 And they departed from before Pihahiroth, and passed through the middle of the sea into the wilderness, and went three days’ journey in the wilderness of Etham, and pitched in Marah.
Pea nau hiki atu mei he potu ʻo Piheloti, ʻonau ʻalu atu ʻi loto tahi ki he toafa, pea naʻa nau fononga ʻi he ʻaho ʻe tolu ʻi he toafa ʻo ʻEtami, ʻonau nofo ʻi Mala.
9 And they removed from Marah, and came to Elim: and in Elim were twelve fountains of water, and three score and ten palm trees; and they pitched there.
Pea naʻa nau hiki mei Mala, ʻonau haʻu ki ʻElimi: pea naʻe ʻi ʻElimi ʻae matavai moʻui ʻe hongofulu ma ua, mo e ʻakau ko e ponga ʻe fitungofulu; pea naʻa nau ʻapitanga ʻi ai.
10 And they removed from Elim, and encamped by the Red sea.
Pea naʻa nau hiki mei ʻElimi, ʻonau nofo ofi ki he Tahi Kulokula.
11 And they removed from the Red sea, and encamped in the wilderness of Sin.
Pea naʻa nau hiki atu mei he Tahi Kulokula, ʻonau nofo ʻi he toafa ʻo Sini.
12 And they took their journey out of the wilderness of Sin, and encamped in Dophkah.
Pea naʻa nau fononga atu mei he toafa ʻo Sini, ʻonau nofo ʻi Tofika.
13 And they departed from Dophkah, and encamped in Alush.
Pea naʻa nau hiki mei Tofika, ʻonau nofo ʻi ʻAlusi.
14 And they removed from Alush, and encamped at Rephidim, where was no water for the people to drink.
Pea naʻa nau hiki mei ʻAlusi, ʻonau nofo ʻi Lefitimi, ka naʻe ʻikai ha vai ʻi ai ke inu ai ʻae kakai.
15 And they departed from Rephidim, and pitched in the wilderness of Sinai.
Pea naʻa nau hiki mei Lefitimi, ʻonau nofo ʻi he toafa ʻo Sainai.
16 And they removed from the desert of Sinai, and pitched at Kibrothhattaavah.
Pea naʻa nau hiki mei he toafa ʻo Sainai, ʻonau nofo ʻi Kipiloti-Hateva.
17 And they departed from Kibrothhattaavah, and encamped at Hazeroth.
Pea naʻa nau hiki mei Kipiloti-Hateva, ʻonau nofo ʻi Heseloti.
18 And they departed from Hazeroth, and pitched in Rithmah.
Pea naʻa nau hiki mei Heseloti, ʻonau nofo ʻi Litima.
19 And they departed from Rithmah, and pitched at Rimmonparez.
Pea naʻa nau hiki mei Litima, ʻonau nofo ʻi Limoni-Pelesi.
20 And they departed from Rimmonparez, and pitched in Libnah.
Pea naʻa nau hiki mei Limoni-Pelesi, ʻo nau nofo ʻi Lipina.
21 And they removed from Libnah, and pitched at Rissah.
Pea naʻa nau hiki mei Lipina, ʻo nau nofo ʻi Lisa.
22 And they journeyed from Rissah, and pitched in Kehelathah.
Pea naʻa nau hiki mei Lisa, ʻonau nofo ʻi Kelata.
23 And they went from Kehelathah, and pitched in mount Shapher.
Pea naʻa nau hiki mei Kelata, ʻonau nofo ʻi he moʻunga ko Sefa.
24 And they removed from mount Shapher, and encamped in Haradah.
Pea naʻa nau hiki mei he moʻunga ko Sefa, ʻonau nofo ʻi ʻAlata.
25 And they removed from Haradah, and pitched in Makheloth.
Pea naʻa nau hiki mei ʻAlata, ʻonau nofo ʻi Makiloti.
26 And they removed from Makheloth, and encamped at Tahath.
Pea naʻa nau hiki mei Makiloti, ʻonau nofo ʻi Tehati.
27 And they departed from Tahath, and pitched at Tarah.
Pea naʻa nau hiki mei Tehati, ʻonau nofo ʻi Tala.
28 And they removed from Tarah, and pitched in Mithcah.
Pea naʻa nau hiki mei Tala, ʻonau nofo ʻi Mitika.
29 And they went from Mithcah, and pitched in Hashmonah.
Pea naʻa nau hiki mei Mitika, ʻonau nofo ʻi Hasimona.
30 And they departed from Hashmonah, and encamped at Moseroth.
Pea naʻa nau hiki mei Hasimona, ʻonau nofo ʻi Moseloti.
31 And they departed from Moseroth, and pitched in Benejaakan.
Pea naʻa nau hiki mei Moseloti, ʻonau nofo ʻi Pinei-Sekani.
32 And they removed from Benejaakan, and encamped at Horhagidgad.
Pea naʻa nau hiki mei Pinei-sekani, ʻonau nofo ʻi Hoa-Hakitikati.
33 And they went from Horhagidgad, and pitched in Jotbathah.
Pea naʻa nau hiki mei Hoa-hakitikati, ʻonau nofo ʻi Sotipati.
34 And they removed from Jotbathah, and encamped at Ebronah.
Pea naʻa nau hiki mei Sotipati, ʻonau nofo ʻi ʻApilona.
35 And they departed from Ebronah, and encamped at Eziongaber.
Pea naʻa nau hiki mei ʻApilona, ʻonau nofo ʻi ʻEsioni-Kepa.
36 And they removed from Eziongaber, and pitched in the wilderness of Zin, which is Kadesh.
Pea naʻa nau hiki mei ʻEsioni-Kepa, ʻonau nofo ʻi he toafa ʻo Sini, ʻaia ʻoku ʻi Ketesi.
37 And they removed from Kadesh, and pitched in mount Hor, in the edge of the land of Edom.
Pea naʻa nau hiki mei Ketesi, ʻonau nofo ʻi he moʻunga ko Hoa, ʻi he mata fonua ʻo ʻItomi.
38 And Aaron the priest went up into mount Hor at the commandment of the LORD, and died there, in the fortieth year after the children of Israel were come out of the land of Egypt, in the first day of the fifth month.

39 And Aaron was an hundred and twenty and three years old when he died in mount Hor.
Pea naʻe kakato ʻae taʻu ʻe teau ma uofulu ma tolu kia ʻElone ʻi heʻene pekia ʻi he moʻunga ko Hoa.
40 And king Arad the Canaanite, which dwelled in the south in the land of Canaan, heard of the coming of the children of Israel.
Pea ko e tuʻi ko ʻAlati ʻoe kakai Kēnani, ʻaia naʻe nofo ʻi he potu tonga ʻi he fonua ko Kēnani, naʻe fanongo ia ʻoku haʻu ʻae fānau ʻa ʻIsileli.
41 And they departed from mount Hor, and pitched in Zalmonah.
Pea naʻa nau hiki mei he moʻunga ko Hoa, ʻonau nofo ʻi Salimona.
42 And they departed from Zalmonah, and pitched in Punon.
Pea naʻa nau hiki mei Salimona, ʻonau nofo ʻi Pinoni.
43 And they departed from Punon, and pitched in Oboth.
Pea naʻa nau hiki mei Pinoni, ʻonau nofo ʻi ʻOpoti.
44 And they departed from Oboth, and pitched in Ijeabarim, in the border of Moab.
Pea naʻa nau hiki mei ʻOpoti, ʻonau nofo ʻi ʻIsi-ʻApalimi, ʻi he ʻao ʻo Moape.
45 And they departed from Iim, and pitched in Dibongad.
Pea naʻa nau hiki mei ʻImi, ʻonau nofo ʻi Tiponi-Kata.
46 And they removed from Dibongad, and encamped in Almondiblathaim.
Pea naʻa nau hiki mei Tiponi-Kata, ʻonau nofo ʻi ʻAlimoni-Tipilatemi.
47 And they removed from Almondiblathaim, and pitched in the mountains of Abarim, before Nebo.
Pea naʻa nau hiki mei ʻAlimoni-Tipilatemi, ʻonau nofo ʻi he ngaahi moʻunga ʻo ʻApalimi, ʻi he ʻao ʻo Nipo.
48 And they departed from the mountains of Abarim, and pitched in the plains of Moab by Jordan near Jericho.
Pea naʻa nau hiki atu mei he ngaahi moʻunga ʻo ʻApalimi, ʻonau nofo ʻi he ngaahi toafa ʻo Moape ʻo ofi ki Sioatani [pea ofi ki ]Seliko.
49 And they pitched by Jordan, from Bethjesimoth even to Abelshittim in the plains of Moab.
Pea naʻa nau nofo ʻo ofi ki Sioatani, mei Pete-Sesimoti ʻo aʻu ki ʻEpeli-Sitimi ʻi he ngaahi toafa ʻo Moape.
50 And the LORD spoke to Moses in the plains of Moab by Jordan near Jericho, saying,
Pea naʻe folofola ʻa Sihova kia Mōsese ʻi he ngaahi toafa ʻo Moape ʻo ofi ki Sioatani, mo Seliko, ʻo pehē,
51 Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them, When you are passed over Jordan into the land of Canaan;
“Lea ki he fānau ʻa ʻIsileli, mo ke pehē kiate kinautolu, ʻOka mou ka aʻa ʻi Sioatani ki he fonua ko Kēnani;
52 Then you shall drive out all the inhabitants of the land from before you, and destroy all their pictures, and destroy all their molten images, and quite pluck down all their high places:
Te mou toki kapusi ʻi homou ʻao ʻae kakai kotoa pē ʻoku nofo ʻi he fonua, pea maumauʻi honau ngaahi fakatātā, mo fakaʻauha honau ngaahi tamapua fakatātā ukamea pea mātuʻaki holoki hifo honau ngaahi potu māʻolunga kotoa pē:
53 And you shall dispossess the inhabitants of the land, and dwell therein: for I have given you the land to possess it.
Pea te mou kapusi ʻae kakai ʻi he fonua, pea mou nofo ai: he kuo u foaki kiate kimoutolu ʻae fonua ke mou maʻu.
54 And you shall divide the land by lot for an inheritance among your families: and to the more you shall give the more inheritance, and to the fewer you shall give the less inheritance: every man’s inheritance shall be in the place where his lot falls; according to the tribes of your fathers you shall inherit.

55 But if you will not drive out the inhabitants of the land from before you; then it shall come to pass, that those which you let remain of them shall be pricks in your eyes, and thorns in your sides, and shall vex you in the land wherein you dwell.
Pea kapau ʻe ʻikai te mou kapusi ʻae kakai ʻoe fonua ʻi homou ʻao; ʻe toki hoko ʻo pehē, ko kinautolu ʻoku mou tuku ke toe ʻiate kinautolu, te nau hoko ko e talatala ki homou mata, mo e ngaahi ʻakau talatala ki homou vakavaka, pea tenau fakafiuʻi ʻakimoutolu ʻi he fonua ʻoku mou nofo ai.
56 Moreover it shall come to pass, that I shall do to you, as I thought to do to them.
Pea ʻe hoko mo ʻeni foki, te u fai kiate kimoutolu, ʻo hangē ko ia ne u tokanga ke fai kiate kinautolu.”
