Luke 4
1 And Jesus being full of the Holy Ghost returned from Jordan, and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness,
तब यीशु पवित्र आत्मा सी भरयो हुयो, यरदन सी लौट्यो;
2 Being forty days tempted of the devil. And in those days he did eat nothing: and when they were ended, he afterward hungry.
अऊर चालीस दिन तक आत्मा को सिखावनो सी सुनसान जागा म फिरतो रह्यो; अऊर शैतान ओकी परीक्षा करत रह्यो। उन दिनो म ओन कुछ नहीं खायो, अऊर जब हि दिन पूरो भय गयो, त ओख भूख लगी।
3 And the devil said to him, If you be the Son of God, command this stone that it be made bread.
तब शैतान न ओको सी कह्यो, “यदि तय परमेश्वर को बेटा आय, त यो गोटा सी कह्य, कि रोटी बन जाय।”
4 And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.
यीशु न ओख उत्तर दियो, “शास्त्र म लिख्यो हय: ‘आदमी केवल रोटी सी जीन्दो नहीं रहेंन।’”
5 And the devil, taking him up into an high mountain, showed to him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time.
तब शैतान ओख ले गयो अऊर ओख पल भर म जगत को पूरो राज्य दिखायो,
6 And the devil said to him, All this power will I give you, and the glory of them: for that is delivered to me; and to whomsoever I will I give it.
अऊर शैतान न ओको सी कह्यो, “मय यो सब अधिकार, अऊर इन्को वैभव तोख देऊ, कहालीकि ऊ मोख सौंप्यो गयो हय: अऊर जेक चाहऊ हय ओख दे देऊ हय।
7 If you therefore will worship me, all shall be yours.
येकोलायी यदि तय मोरी आराधना करजो, त यो सब तोरो होय जायेंन।”
8 And Jesus answered and said to him, Get you behind me, Satan: for it is written, You shall worship the Lord your God, and him only shall you serve.
यीशु न ओख उत्तर दियो, “शास्त्र म लिख्यो हय: ‘तय प्रभु अपनो परमेश्वर कि सेवा कर; अऊर केवल ओकीच आराधना कर।’”
9 And he brought him to Jerusalem, and set him on a pinnacle of the temple, and said to him, If you be the Son of God, cast yourself down from hence:
तब शैतान ओख यरूशलेम म लिजाय क मन्दिर की ऊचाई पर खड़ो करयो, अऊर ओको सी कह्यो, “यदि तय परमेश्वर को बेटा आय, त अपनो आप ख ऊपर सी खल्लो गिराय दे।
10 For it is written, He shall give his angels charge over you, to keep you:
कहालीकि असो शास्त्र म लिख्यो हय: ‘ऊ तोरो बारे म अपनो स्वर्गदूतों ख आज्ञा देयेंन, कि हि तोख सम्भाल लेयेंन।’
11 And in their hands they shall bear you up, lest at any time you dash your foot against a stone.
अऊर असो भी कह्यो गयो हय ‘हि तोख हाथों हाथ उठाय लेयेंन, असो नहीं होय कि तोरो पाय म गोटा सी ठेस लगेंन।’”
12 And Jesus answering said to him, It is said, You shall not tempt the Lord your God.
यीशु न ओख उत्तर दियो, “शास्त्र म यो भी कह्यो गयो हय: ‘तय प्रभु अपनो परमेश्वर की परीक्षा नहीं करजो।’”
13 And when the devil had ended all the temptation, he departed from him for a season.
जब शैतान सब परीक्षा कर लियो, तब थोड़ो समय लायी ओको जवर सी चली गयो।
14 And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit into Galilee: and there went out a fame of him through all the region round about.
तब यीशु आत्मा की सामर्थ सी भर क फिर सी गलील म आयो, अऊर ओकी चर्चा आजु बाजू को पूरो देश म फैल गयी।
15 And he taught in their synagogues, being glorified of all.
ऊ उन्को सभागृहों म उपदेश करतो रह्यो, अऊर सब ओकी बड़ायी करत होतो।
16 And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and stood up for to read.
तब ऊ नासरत नगर म आयो, जित लालन पालन भयो होतो; अऊर अपनी रीति को अनुसार आराम को दिन आराधनालय म जाय क पढ़न लायी खड़ो भयो।
17 And there was delivered to him the book of the prophet Isaiah. And when he had opened the book, he found the place where it was written,
यशायाह भविष्यवक्ता की किताब ओख दी गयी, अऊर ओन किताब खोल क, ऊ पन्ना निकाल्यो जित यो लिख्यो होतो:
18 The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he has sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,
“प्रभु की आत्मा मोरो पर हय, येकोलायी कि ओन गरीबों ख सुसमाचार सुनावन लायी मोरो अभिषेक करयो हय, अऊर मोख येकोलायी भेज्यो हय कि बन्दियों ख छुड़ावन को अऊर अन्धो ख नजर पावन को सुसमाचार प्रचार करू अऊर कुचल्यो हुयो ख छुड़ाऊ,
19 To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.
अऊर परमेश्वर को कृपा दृष्टी को साल की घोषना करू।”
20 And he closed the book, and he gave it again to the minister, and sat down. And the eyes of all them that were in the synagogue were fastened on him.
तब ओन किताब बन्द कर क् सेवक को हाथ म दे दियो अऊर बैठ गयो; अऊर आराधनालय को सब लोगों की आंखी ओको पर टिकी होती।
21 And he began to say to them, This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears.
तब ऊ उन्को सी कहन लग्यो, “अजच शास्त्र को यो लेख तुम्हरो आगु पूरो भयो हय।”
22 And all bore him witness, and wondered at the gracious words which proceeded out of his mouth. And they said, Is not this Joseph’s son?
सब लोगों न ओकी प्रशंसा करी, अऊर जो अनुग्रह की बाते ओको मुंह सी निकलत होती, उन्को सी अचम्भित भयो; अऊर कहन लग्यो, “का यो यूसुफ को बेटा नोहोय?”
23 And he said to them, You will surely say to me this proverb, Physician, heal yourself: whatever we have heard done in Capernaum, do also here in your country.
ओन उन्को सी कह्यो, “तुम मोरो पर यो दृष्टान्त जरूर कहो कि ‘हे डाक्टर, अपनो आप ख चंगो कर! जो कुछ हम न सुन्यो हय कि कफरनहूम म करयो गयो हय, ओख इत अपनो देश म भी कर।’”
24 And he said, Truly I say to you, No prophet is accepted in his own country.
अऊर ओन कह्यो, “मय तुम सी सच कहू हय कोयी भविष्यवक्ता अपनो देश म मान-सम्मान नहीं पावय।
25 But I tell you of a truth, many widows were in Israel in the days of Elias, when the heaven was shut up three years and six months, when great famine was throughout all the land;
मय तुम सी सच कहू हय कि एलिय्याह को दिनो म जब साढ़े तीन साल तक आसमान बन्द रह्यो, यहां तक कि पूरो देश म बड़ो अकाल पड़्यो होतो, इस्राएल म बहुत सी विधवाये होती।
26 But to none of them was Elias sent, save to Sarepta, a city of Sidon, to a woman that was a widow.
पर एलिय्याह उन्म सी कोयी को जवर नहीं भेज्यो गयो, केवल सैदा को सारफत नगर म एक विधवा को जवर।
27 And many lepers were in Israel in the time of Eliseus the prophet; and none of them was cleansed, saving Naaman the Syrian.
अऊर एलीशा भविष्यवक्ता को समय इस्राएल म बहुत सो कोढ़ी होतो, पर सीरिया देश को वासी नामान ख छोड़ उन्म सी कोयी शुद्ध नहीं करयो गयो।”
28 And all they in the synagogue, when they heard these things, were filled with wrath,
या बाते सुनतच जितनो आराधनालय म होतो, सब गुस्सा सी भर गयो,
29 And rose up, and thrust him out of the city, and led him to the brow of the hill where on their city was built, that they might cast him down headlong.
अऊर उठ क यीशु ख नगर सी बाहेर निकाल्यो, अऊर जो पहाड़ी पर उन्को नगर बस्यो हुयो होतो, ओकी सेन्डी पर ले चल्यो कि ओख उत सी खल्लो गिराय दे।
30 But he passing through the middle of them went his way,
पर ऊ उन्को बीच म सी निकल क चली गयो।
31 And came down to Capernaum, a city of Galilee, and taught them on the sabbath days.
तब ऊ गलील को कफरनहूम नगर ख गयो; अऊर आराम को दिन लोगों ख उपदेश दे रह्यो होतो।
32 And they were astonished at his doctrine: for his word was with power.
हि ओको उपदेश सी अचम्भित भय गयो कहालीकि ओको वचन अधिकार सहित होतो।
33 And in the synagogue there was a man, which had a spirit of an unclean devil, and cried out with a loud voice,
आराधनालय म एक आदमी होतो, ऊ दुष्ट आत्मा जो ओख परमेश्वर को आगु अशुद्ध ठहरावत होती। ऊ ऊचो आवाज सी चिल्लाय उठ्यो,
34 Saying, Let us alone; what have we to do with you, you Jesus of Nazareth? are you come to destroy us? I know you who you are; the Holy One of God.
“हे यीशु नासरी, हम्ख तोरो सी का काम? का तय हम्ख नाश करन आयो हय? मय तोख जानु हय तय कौन आय? तय परमेश्वर को पवित्र लोग आय!”
35 And Jesus rebuked him, saying, Hold your peace, and come out of him. And when the devil had thrown him in the middle, he came out of him, and hurt him not.
यीशु न ओख डाट क कह्यो, “चुप रह, अऊर ओको म सी निकल जा!” तब दुष्ट आत्मा ओख बीच म पटक क बिना नुकसान पहुंचायो ओको म सी निकल गयी।
36 And they were all amazed, and spoke among themselves, saying, What a word is this! for with authority and power he commands the unclean spirits, and they come out.
येको पर सब ख अचम्भा भयो, अऊर हि आपस म बाते कर क् कहन लग्यो, “यो कसो वचन आय? कहालीकि ऊ अधिकार अऊर सामर्थ को संग दुष्ट आत्मावों ख आज्ञा देवय हय, अऊर हि निकल जावय हंय।”
37 And the fame of him went out into every place of the country round about.
यो तरह चारयी तरफ हर जागा यीशु की चर्चा होन लगी।
38 And he arose out of the synagogue, and entered into Simon’s house. And Simon’s wife’s mother was taken with a great fever; and they sought him for her.
यीशु आराधनालय म सी उठ क शिमोन को घर म गयो। शिमोन की सासु ख बुखार चढ़्यो हुयो होतो, अऊर उन्न ओको लायी ओको सी बिनती करी।
39 And he stood over her, and rebuked the fever; and it left her: and immediately she arose and ministered to them.
ओन ओको खटिया को जवर खड़ो होय क बुखार ख डाट्यो अऊर बुखार उतर गयो, अऊर वा तुरतच उठ क उन्की सेवा-भाव करन लगी।
40 Now when the sun was setting, all they that had any sick with divers diseases brought them to him; and he laid his hands on every one of them, and healed them.
सूरज डुबतो समय, जिन-जिन को इत लोग कुछ तरह की बीमारियों म पड़्यो हुयो होतो, हि सब उन्ख ओको जवर लायो, अऊर ओन एक एक पर हाथ रख क उन्ख चंगो करयो।
41 And devils also came out of many, crying out, and saying, You are Christ the Son of God. And he rebuking them suffered them not to speak: for they knew that he was Christ.
अऊर दुष्ट आत्मायें भी चिल्लाती अऊर यो कहत होती कि, “तय परमेश्वर को बेटा आय,” बहुत सो म सी निकल गयी। पर यीशु उन्ख डाटतो अऊर बोलन नहीं देत होतो, कहालीकि हि जानत होती कि ऊ मसीहा हय।
42 And when it was day, he departed and went into a desert place: and the people sought him, and came to him, and stayed him, that he should not depart from them.
जब दिन निकल्यो त ऊ निकल क एक सुनसान जागा म चली गयो, अऊर भीड़ की भीड़ ओख ढूंढती हुयी ओको जवर आयी, अऊर ओख रोकन लगी कि ऊ उन्को जवर सी नहीं जाय।
43 And he said to them, I must preach the kingdom of God to other cities also: for therefore am I sent.
पर ओन उन्को सी कह्यो, “मोख अऊर नगरो म भी परमेश्वर को राज्य को सुसमाचार सुनावनो जरूरी हय, कहालीकि मय येकोलायी भेज्यो गयो हय।”
44 And he preached in the synagogues of Galilee.
अऊर ऊ गलील को पूरो सभागृहों अऊर यहूदियों को देशों म प्रचार करतो रह्यो।
