Job 35

1 Elihu spoke moreover, and said,

၁တဖန် ဧလိဟု ဆက်၍ မြွက်ဆို သည်ကား၊

2 Think you this to be right, that you said, My righteousness is more than God’s?

၂ငါ သည် ဘုရား သခင်ထက်သာ၍ ဖြောင့်မတ် ၏ဟု သင်ပြော သောစကားမှန် သည်ထင် သလော။

3 For you said, What advantage will it be to you? and, What profit shall I have, if I be cleansed from my sin?

၃သင်က၊ ငါသည်အဘယ် အကျိုး ကိုရသနည်း။ ဒုစရိုက် ကို မပြုဘဲနေလျှင် အဘယ် ကျေးဇူး ရှိသနည်းဟု ဆို လို၏။

4 I will answer you, and your companions with you.

၄သင် နှင့် သင် ၏အပေါင်း အဘော်တို့စကား ကို ငါ ချေ ပါမည်။

5 Look to the heavens, and see; and behold the clouds which are higher than you.

၅မိုဃ်းကောင်းကင် ကိုမျှော် ၍ ၊ သင့် ထက် မြင့် သော မိုဃ်းတိမ် တို့ကို ကြည့်ရှု လော့။

6 If you sin, what do you against him? or if your transgressions be multiplied, what do you to him?

၆သင်သည် ဒုစရိုက် ကိုပြုသော်လည်း ၊ ဘုရားသခင် ကို အဘယ်သို့ ထိခိုက် နိုင်သနည်း။ ပြစ်မှားသော အပြစ် များ သော်လည်း ၊ အကျိုးတော်ကို အဘယ်သို့ ဖျက် နိုင်သနည်း။

7 If you be righteous, what give you him? or what receives he of your hand?

၇သင်သည် ဖြောင့်မတ် သော်လည်း ၊ ဘုရားသခင်၏ အကျိုးတော်ကို အဘယ်သို့ ပြုစု နိုင်သနည်း။ သင့် လက် မှ အဘယ် ကျေးဇူးကိုခံ တော်မူမည်နည်း။

8 Your wickedness may hurt a man as you are; and your righteousness may profit the son of man.

၈သင် ပြုသောဒုစရိုက် သည် သင် နှင့် တူသော လူ သတ္တဝါကို သာ ထိခိုက်နိုင်၏။ သင် ပြုသောသုစရိုက် သည်လည်း လူ သား တို့၌ သာ ကျေးဇူးပြုနိုင်၏။

9 By reason of the multitude of oppressions they make the oppressed to cry: they cry out by reason of the arm of the mighty.

၉များပြား သော ညှဉ်းဆဲ ခြင်းကို ခံရသောသူတို့သည် အော်ဟစ် တတ်ကြ၏။ အားကြီး သောသူ နှိပ်စက်သောကြောင့်၊ ပြင်းစွာအော်ဟစ် တတ်ကြ၏။

10 But none says, Where is God my maker, who gives songs in the night;

၁၀သို့သော်လည်း ငါ့ ကို ဖန်ဆင်း တော်မူထသော၊ ညဉ့် အချိန်၌ သီချင်း ဆိုရသောအခွင့်ကိုပေး တော်မူထ သော၊

11 Who teaches us more than the beasts of the earth, and makes us wiser than the fowls of heaven?

၁၁မြေ တိရစ္ဆာန် နားလည်သည်ထက် သာ၍နားလည်သောဉာဏ်နှင့်၎င်း၊ မိုဃ်း ကောင်းကင်ငှက် မရ၊ ထူးဆန်းသောပညာ နှင့်၎င်း၊ ငါ တို့ကို ပြည့်စုံစေတော်မူသောဘုရား သခင်သည် အဘယ်မှာ ရှိတော်မူသနည်းဟု အဘယ်သူမျှမ မေးမြန်း တတ်။

12 There they cry, but none gives answer, because of the pride of evil men.

၁၂ထိုကြောင့်အဓမ္မ လူ၊ ထောင်လွှား စော်ကားခြင်းကိုခံရ၍ အော်ဟစ် သော်လည်း ၊ ဘုရားသခင်သည် ထူး တော်မ မူ။

13 Surely God will not hear vanity, neither will the Almighty regard it.

၁၃အကယ် စင်စစ်ဘုရား သခင်သည် အချည်းနှီး သောစကားကို နားထောင် တော်မ မူ။ အနန္တ တန်ခိုးရှင်သည် ထိုသို့သောစကားကို မ မှတ် ဘဲ နေတော်မူ၏။

14 Although you say you shall not see him, yet judgment is before him; therefore trust you in him.

၁၄ဘုရားသခင်ကို မ တွေ့ မမြင်ရဟု သင်ဆို သော်လည်း ၊ တရား သဖြင့် စီရင်တော်မူသောကြောင့် မြော်လင့် လျက်နေလော့။

15 But now, because it is not so, he has visited in his anger; yet he knows it not in great extremity:

၁၅ယခု မူကား ၊ အမျက် ထွက်၍ ဆုံးမ တော်မ မူ။ ပြစ်မှားသောအပြစ်ကို ကျပ်တည်းစွာ မှတ် တော်မ မူသောကြောင့်၊

16 Therefore does Job open his mouth in vain; he multiplies words without knowledge.

၁၆ယောဘ သည်အချည်းနှီး သော စကားကို မြွက်ဆိုတတ်၏။ ပညာ မ ရှိဘဲ များစွာ ပြောတတ်သည်ဟု မြွက်ဆို ၏။
