Jeremiah 48
1 Against Moab thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Woe to Nebo! for it is spoiled: Kiriathaim is confounded and taken: Misgab is confounded and dismayed.
၁ဣသရေလအမျိုး၏ ဘုရားသခင်ကောင်းကင် ဗိုလ်ခြေအရှင် ထာဝရဘုရားသည် မောဘပြည်ကို ရည်မှတ်၍ မိန့်တော်မူသည်ကား၊ နေဗောမြို့သည် အမင်္ဂလာရှိ၏။ ပျက်စီးခြင်းသို့ရောက်လေ၏။ ကိရယ သိမ်မြို့သည် ရှုံး၍လုယူခြင်းကို ခံရ၏။ မိသဂပ် မြို့ သည်လည်း ရှုံး၍ စိတ်ပျက်လေ၏။
2 There shall be no more praise of Moab: in Heshbon they have devised evil against it; come, and let us cut it off from being a nation. Also you shall be cut down, O Madmen; the sword shall pursue you.
၂မောဘပြည်သည် နောက်တဖန် ဟေရှဘုန် မြို့၌ မဝါကြွားရ။ ရန်သူတို့က၊ မောဘပြည်ကို ပြည်မဖြစ် စေခြင်းငှါ ပယ်ရှားကြကုန်အံ့ဟု၊ ရန်ပြုမည့်အကြံနှင့် ကြံစည်ကြ၏။ အိုမာဒမေနမြို့၊ သင်သည်လည်းပျက် စီးရမည်။ ထားဘေးသည် သင့်ကိုလိုက်လိမ့်မည်။
3 A voice of crying shall be from Horonaim, spoiling and great destruction.
၃ဟောရနိမ်မြို့၌လည်း ညှဉ်းဆဲခြင်းနှင့် ပြင်းစွာ သော ပျက်စီးခြင်းရှိ၍၊ အော်ဟစ်သောအသံကိုကြားရ၏။
4 Moab is destroyed; her little ones have caused a cry to be heard.
၄မောဘပြည်သည်ပျက်စီးခြင်းသို့ရောက်၍၊ သူငယ်တို့သည် မြည်တမ်းသောအသံကိုပြုကြ၏။
5 For in the going up of Luhith continual weeping shall go up; for in the going down of Horonaim the enemies have heard a cry of destruction.
၅ငိုကြွေးသောအသံသည် လုဟိတ်တောင်ပေါ်သို့ တက်ရ၏။ ဟောရနိမ်မြို့သို့ဆင်းရာအရပ်၌လည်း၊ ဆုံးရှုံးခြင်းအသံကိုရန်သူတို့သည် ကြားရကြ၏။
6 Flee, save your lives, and be like the heath in the wilderness.
၆အသက်လွတ်အံ့သောငှါပြေးကြလော့။ လွင်ပြင် ၌ရှိသော သစ်ပင်ခြောက်ကဲ့သို့ဖြစ်ကြလော့။
7 For because you have trusted in your works and in your treasures, you shall also be taken: and Chemosh shall go forth into captivity with his priests and his princes together.
၇သင်သည်မိမိဆည်းဖူးသော ဘဏ္ဍာဥစ္စာကို ကိုးစားသောကြောင့်၊ သူတပါးလက်သို့ရောက်ရလိမ့်မည်။ ခေမုရှဘုရားကိုလည်း သူ၏မင်း၊ သူ၏ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ်တို့ နှင့်တကွ သိမ်းသွားကြလိမ့်မည်။
8 And the spoiler shall come on every city, and no city shall escape: the valley also shall perish, and the plain shall be destroyed, as the LORD has spoken.
၈လုယူသောသူသည် မြို့များအစဉ်အတိုင်း ရောက်လာ၍ မြို့တမြို့မျှမလွတ်ရ။ ချိုင့်နှင့်တကွ လွင်ပြင် သည်လည်း၊ ပျက်စီးခြင်းသို့ ရောက်ရလိမ့်မည်။ ထိုသို့ ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့်တော်မူပြီ။
9 Give wings to Moab, that it may flee and get away: for the cities thereof shall be desolate, without any to dwell therein.
၉မောဘပြည်သည် လွတ်ရာသို့ ပြေးရအောင် ငှက်တောင်တို့ကို ပေးလော့။ မြို့တို့သည်နေသောသူမရှိ၊ လူဆိတ်ညံရာဖြစ်ကြလိမ့်မည်။
10 Cursed be he that does the work of the LORD deceitfully, and cursed be he that keeps back his sword from blood.
၁၀ထာဝရဘုရား၏ အမှုတော်ကို ကြိုးစား၍ မဆောင်သော သူသည် ကျိန်ဆဲခြင်းကိုခံစေ။ လူအသက် ကို မသတ်ဘဲမိမိထားကို သိမ်းရုပ်သောသူသည် ကျိန်ဆဲ ခြင်းကိုခံစေ။
11 Moab has been at ease from his youth, and he has settled on his lees, and has not been emptied from vessel to vessel, neither has he gone into captivity: therefore his taste remained in him, and his scent is not changed.
၁၁မောဘသည်အိုးတလုံးမှ တလုံးသို့မပြောင်း၊ တကျွန်းတနိုင်ငံသို့ ယူသွားခြင်းကိုမခံ၊ ငယ်သော အရွယ်မှစ၍ ငြိမ်လျက်၊ မိမိအဖတ်အနည်ပေါ်၌ နေရာ ကျလျက်ရှိသောကြောင့်၊ မိမိအရသာသည် တည့်နေ၏။ မွှေးသောအနံ့လည်း မပျက်။
12 Therefore, behold, the days come, says the LORD, that I will send to him wanderers, that shall cause him to wander, and shall empty his vessels, and break their bottles.
၁၂သို့ရာတွင် ထာဝရဘုရားမိန့်တော်မူသည်ကား၊ စောင်း၍ထားတတ်သောသူတို့ကို သူ့ထံသို့ ငါစေလွှတ်ရ သော အချိန်ရောက်လိမ့်မည်။ သူတို့သည် မောဘကို စောင်း၍ ထားပြီးလျှင်၊ သူ၏အိုးတို့ကိုသွန်၍ ရေဘူးတို့ကို ခွဲကြလိမ့်မည်။
13 And Moab shall be ashamed of Chemosh, as the house of Israel was ashamed of Bethel their confidence.
၁၃ဣသရေလအမျိုးသည် မိမိတို့ခိုလှုံသော ဗေသလဘုရားကြောင့် ရှက်ရသကဲ့သို့၊ မောဘအမျိုး သည်လည်း ခေမုရှဘုရားကြောင့် ရှက်ရလိမ့်မည်။
14 How say you, We are mighty and strong men for the war?
၁၄ငါတို့သည်အားကြီးသောသူ၊ စစ်တိုက်ခြင်းငှါ တတ်စွမ်းနိုင်သော သူဖြစ်ကြ၏ဟု၊ သင်တို့သည် အဘယ်သို့ ပြောဆိုကြလိမ့်မည်နည်း။
15 Moab is spoiled, and gone up out of her cities, and his chosen young men are gone down to the slaughter, says the King, whose name is the LORD of hosts.
၁၅မောဘပြည်သည် ပျက်စီးပြီ။ မြို့တို့သည် ကျွမ်း လောင်ကြပြီ။ သူရွေးချယ်သောလုလင်တို့သည် ကွပ်မျက် ခြင်းကိုခံအံ့သောငှါ ဆင်းသွားကြပြီဟု၊ ကောင်းကင် ဗိုလ်ခြေအရှင်ထာဝရဘုရားဟူ၍ ဘွဲ့နာမရှိသော ရှင်ဘုရင်မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
16 The calamity of Moab is near to come, and his affliction hastens fast.
၁၆မောဘကို လုပ်ကြံရသောအချိန်နီးပြီ။ သူခံရ သောဘေးသည် အလျင်အမြန်လာ၏။
17 All you that are about him, bemoan him; and all you that know his name, say, How is the strong staff broken, and the beautiful rod!
၁၇သူ့ပတ်လည်၌နေသော သူအပေါင်းတို့၊ သူ့အတွက်မြည်တမ်းကြလော့။ သူ၏နာမကို သိသော သူအပေါင်းတို့၊ တန်ခိုးကြီးသောလှံတံ၊ အသရေတင့်တယ် သောတံဖျာသည် ကျိုးလေပြီတကားဟု ပြောဆိုကြ လော့။
18 You daughter that do inhabit Dibon, come down from your glory, and sit in thirst; for the spoiler of Moab shall come on you, and he shall destroy your strong holds.
၁၈ဒိဘုန်မြို့၌နေသောသတို့သမီး၊ သင်ခံစားရ သော စည်းစိမ်မှ ဆင်း၍အငတ်ခံလျက်ထိုင်လော့။ မောဘကို လုယူသောသူသည် သင်ရှိရာသို့လာ၍၊ သင်၏ရဲတိုက်တို့ကို ဖျက်ဆီးလိမ့်မည်။
19 O inhabitant of Aroer, stand by the way, and espy; ask him that flees, and her that escapes, and say, What is done?
၁၉အိုအာရော်မြို့သား၊ လမ်းနားမှာရပ်၍ ကြည့်ရှု လော့။ အဘယ်အမှုရှိသနည်းဟု၊ ပြေးသောယောက်ျားနှင့် အသက်လွတ်သော မိန်းမကိုမေးမြန်းလော့။
20 Moab is confounded; for it is broken down: howl and cry; tell you it in Arnon, that Moab is spoiled,
၂၀မောဘသည်စိတ်ပျက်လေ၏။ ပြိုလဲလျက်ရှိ၏။ ငိုကြွေးမြည်တမ်းကြလော့။ မောဘသည် ပျက်စီးကြောင်း ကို အာနုန်မြို့၌ ကြားပြောကြလော့။
21 And judgment is come on the plain country; on Holon, and on Jahazah, and on Mephaath,
၂၁လွင်ပြင်နှင့်တကွဟောလုန်မြို့၊ ယဟာဇမြို့၊ မေဖတ်မြို့၊
22 And on Dibon, and on Nebo, and on Bethdiblathaim,
၂၂ဒိဘုန်မြို့၊ နေဗောမြို့၊ ဗက်ဒိဗလသိမ်မြို့၊
23 And on Kiriathaim, and on Bethgamul, and on Bethmeon,
၂၃ကိရယသိမ်မြို့၊ ဗက်ဂမုလမြို့၊ ဗက်မောင်မြို့၊
24 And on Kerioth, and on Bozrah, and on all the cities of the land of Moab, far or near.
၂၄ကေရုတ်မြို့၊ ဗောဇရမြို့မှစ၍၊ မောဘပြည်၌ ရှိသောမြို့ အနီးအဝေးရှိသမျှတို့သည် အပြစ်ဒဏ်ကို ခံရ ကြ၏။
25 The horn of Moab is cut off, and his arm is broken, says the LORD.
၂၅မောဘ၏ဦးချိုသည် ပြတ်လေပြီ။ သူ၏လက်ရုံး သည် ကျိုးလေပြီဟု ထာဝရဘုရားမိန့်တော်မူ၏။
26 Make you him drunken: for he magnified himself against the LORD: Moab also shall wallow in his vomit, and he also shall be in derision.
၂၆မောဘသည် ထာဝရဘုရားတဘက်၌ ဝါကြွား သောကြောင့် သူ့ကိုယစ်မူးစေကြလော့။ သူသည် မိမိ အန်ဖတ်၌ လူးလည်း၍ ကဲ့ရဲ့ခြင်းကို ခံရ၏။
27 For was not Israel a derision to you? was he found among thieves? for since you spoke of him, you skipped for joy.
၂၇သင်သည်ဣသရေလကို ကဲ့ရဲ့ပြီမဟုတ်လော။ သို့ရာတွင်၊ သူသည်သူခိုးတို့နှင့်ပေါင်းဘော်သည်ကို တွေ့ဘူးသလော။ သူ၏အကြောင်း ကိုပြောလေရာရာ၌ သင်သည်ခေါင်းကိုညှိတ်ပါသည်တကား။
28 O you that dwell in Moab, leave the cities, and dwell in the rock, and be like the dove that makes her nest in the sides of the hole’s mouth.
၂၈မောဘပြည်၌နေသောသူတို့၊ မြို့တို့ကိုစွန့်၍ ကျောက်ကြား၌ နေကြလော့။ မြေတွင်းဝနားမှာ အသိုက် လုပ်တတ်သော ချိုးဝှက်ကဲ့သို့ ပြုကြလော့။
29 We have heard the pride of Moab, (he is exceeding proud) his loftiness, and his arrogance, and his pride, and the haughtiness of his heart.
၂၉မောဘ၏မာနကိုငါတို့သည် ကြားသိကြ၏။ အလွန်ကြီးသော မာနဖြစ်၏။ မာနကြီးခြင်း၊ ထောင်လွှား စော်ကားခြင်း၊ စိတ်နှလုံးမြင့်ခြင်းရှိသော်လည်း၊
30 I know his wrath, says the LORD; but it shall not be so; his lies shall not so effect it.
၃၀သူ၏ဒေါသအမျက်ထွက်ခြင်းကို ငါသိသည် ဖြစ်၍၊ သူသည် အချည်းနှီးသက်သက်ဝါကြွားသော စကားကို ပြောလျက်နှင့်၊ မိမိအလိုမပြည့်စုံရာဟု ထာဝရ ဘုရားမိန့်တော်မူ၏။
31 Therefore will I howl for Moab, and I will cry out for all Moab; my heart shall mourn for the men of Kirheres.
၃၁ထိုကြောင့်၊ မောဘအတွက်ငါသည် ညည်းတွား မြည်တမ်းမည်။ မောဘအတွက်ငါသည် ညည်းတွား မြည်တမ်းမည်။ မောသပြည်တပြည်လုံးအတွက် ငိုကြွေး မည်။ ကိရဟရက်မြို့သားတို့အတွက် ညည်းတွားခြင်း ရှိရမည်။
32 O vine of Sibmah, I will weep for you with the weeping of Jazer: your plants are gone over the sea, they reach even to the sea of Jazer: the spoiler is fallen on your summer fruits and on your vintage.
၃၂အိုစိဗမာစပျစ်နွယ်ပင်၊ ယာဇာမြို့အတွက် မျက်ရည်ကျသည်ထက်၊ သင့်အတွက် ငါသည် မျက်ရည် မျက်ရည်ကျမည်။ သင်၏အညွန့်တို့သည် ပင်လယ်ကိုလွန်၍၊ ယာဇာပင် လယ်တိုင်အောင်ရောက်ကြ၏။ ဖျက်ဆီးသောသူသည် သင်၏သစ်သီးနှင့် စပျစ်သီးတို့ကို လုယူ၏။
33 And joy and gladness is taken from the plentiful field, and from the land of Moab, and I have caused wine to fail from the winepresses: none shall tread with shouting; their shouting shall be no shouting.
၃၃ဝပြောသောလယ်ပြင်နှင့် မောဘပြည်ထဲမှာ ဝမ်းမြောက်ရွှင်လန်းခြင်းပြတ်လေပြီ။ စပျစ်သီးနယ်ရာ ကျင်း၌စပျစ်ရည်ကို ငါပြတ်စေပြီ။ ကြွေးကြော်သံကိုပြု၍ စပျစ်သီးကိုမနင်းရ။ ကြွေးကြော်သော အသံလည်း ကြွေးကြော်သောအသံမဟုတ်ရ။
34 From the cry of Heshbon even to Elealeh, and even to Jahaz, have they uttered their voice, from Zoar even to Horonaim, as an heifer of three years old: for the waters also of Nimrim shall be desolate.
၃၄ဟေရှဘုန်မြို့ ငိုကြွေးသံမှစ၍ ဧလာလေမြို့၊ ယာဟတ်မြို့တိုင်အောင်၎င်း၊ ဇောရမြို့မှစ၍ ဟောရနိမ် မြို့တိုင်အောင်၎င်း သုံးနှစ်အသက်ရှိသော နွားမမြည် သံကဲ့သို့အသံကို လွှင့်ကြ၏။ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ နိမရိမ် ရေကန်တို့သည်လည်း ဆိတ်ညံလျက်ရှိကြ၏။
35 Moreover I will cause to cease in Moab, says the LORD, him that offers in the high places, and him that burns incense to his gods.
၃၅မောဘပြည်၌မြင့်သော အရပ်ပေါ်မှာ ပူဇော် သောသူ၊ မိမိဘုရားတို့အား နံ့သာပေါင်းကို မီးရှို့သော သူတို့ကို ငါပြတ်စေမည်ဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
36 Therefore my heart shall sound for Moab like pipes, and my heart shall sound like pipes for the men of Kirheres: because the riches that he has gotten are perished.
၃၆ထိုကြောင့်၊ ငါနှလုံးသည် မောဘပြည်အတွက် ပုလွေကဲ့သို့ မြည်ရလိမ့်မည်။ ငါ့နှလုံးသည် ကိရဟရက် မြို့သားတို့အတွက် ပုလွေကဲ့သို့ မြည်ရလိမ့်မည်။ သူတို့ ဆည်းဖူးသော ဘဏ္ဍာဥစ္စာပျက်စီးပြီ။
37 For every head shall be bald, and every beard clipped: on all the hands shall be cuttings, and on the loins sackcloth.
၃၇လူတိုင်းဆံပင်တိုလျက်၊ မုတ်ဆိတ်ကိုရိတ်လျက်၊ လက်၌ရှနလျက်၊ ခါး၌လျှော်တေအဝတ်ကို ဝတ်လျက် ရှိရ၏။
38 There shall be lamentation generally on all the housetops of Moab, and in the streets thereof: for I have broken Moab like a vessel wherein is no pleasure, says the LORD.
၃၈အသုံးမရသော အိုးကိုခွဲတတ်သကဲ့သို့၊ မောဘ ပြည်ကို ငါခွဲသောကြောင့်၊ မောဘပြည်အိမ်မိုးများ အပေါ်၌၎င်း၊ လမ်းများ၌၎င်း၊ ညည်းတွားမြည်တမ်း ခြင်းနှံ့ပြားရမည်ဟု ထာဝရဘုရားမိန့်တော်မူ၏။
39 They shall howl, saying, How is it broken down! how has Moab turned the back with shame! so shall Moab be a derision and a dismaying to all them about him.
၃၉သူတို့ကလည်း၊ မောဘပြည်ပြိုပျက်လေပြီ တကား၊ ရှက်၍ဆုတ်သွားလေပြီတကားဟု ညည်းတွား မြည်တမ်းကြလိမ့်မည်။ မောဘသည် အရှက်ကွဲ၍ ကဲ့ရဲ့ ခြင်းကိုခံရလျက်၊ ပတ်လည်၌နေသော သူအပေါင်းတို့၏ ကြောက်လန့်စရာအကြောင်းဖြစ်ရလိမ့်မည်။
40 For thus says the LORD; Behold, he shall fly as an eagle, and shall spread his wings over Moab.
၄၀ထာဝရဘုရားမိန့်တော်မူသည်ကား၊ ရန်သူသည် ရွှေလင်းတပျံတတ်သကဲ့သို့ပျံလာ၍၊ အတောင်တို့နှင့် မောဘပြည်ကိုအုပ်မိုးလိမ့်မည်။
41 Kerioth is taken, and the strong holds are surprised, and the mighty men’s hearts in Moab at that day shall be as the heart of a woman in her pangs.
၄၁မြို့တို့ကိုလုပ်ကြံ၍ ရဲတိုက်တို့ကို တိုက်ယူသော ကြောင့်၊ ထိုနေ့၌မောဘအမျိုးသူရဲတို့ စိတ်နှလုံးသည်၊ သားဘွားခြင်းဝေဒနာကိုခံရသော မိန်းမ၏စိတ်နှလုံး ကဲ့သို့ဖြစ်ရလိမ့်မည်။
42 And Moab shall be destroyed from being a people, because he has magnified himself against the LORD.
၄၂မောဘသည် ထာဝရဘုရားတဘက်၌ ဝါကြွား သောကြောင့်၊ နောက်တဖန် ပြည်မဖြစ်နိုင်အောင် ပျက်စီးရလိမ့်မည်။
43 Fear, and the pit, and the snare, shall be on you, O inhabitant of Moab, says the LORD.
၄၃အိုမောဘအမျိုးသား၊ သင်သည် ကြောက်လန့် ဘွယ်သောအရာ၊ မြေတွင်း၊ ကျော့ကွင်းထဲသို့ ရောက် လေပြီ။
44 He that flees from the fear shall fall into the pit; and he that gets up out of the pit shall be taken in the snare: for I will bring on it, even on Moab, the year of their visitation, says the LORD.
၄၄ကြောက်လန့်ဘွယ်သောအရာမှ ပြေးသော သူသည် မြေတွင်းထဲသို့ ကျလိမ့်မည်။ မြေတွင်းမှ လွတ်သောသူသည် ကျော့ကွင်း၌ကျော့မိလိမ့်မည်။ ဆုံးမ ခြင်းကိုခံရသော နှစ်ကာလကို မောဘပြည်သို့ ငါရောက် စေမည်ဟု ထာဝရဘုရားမိန့်တော်မူ၏။
45 They that fled stood under the shadow of Heshbon because of the force: but a fire shall come forth out of Heshbon, and a flame from the middle of Sihon, and shall devour the corner of Moab, and the crown of the head of the tumultuous ones.
၄၅ပြေးသောသူတို့သည်အားကုန်သောကြောင့်၊ ဟေရှဘုန်မြို့အရိပ်ကို ခိုကြသော်လည်း၊ ရှိဟုန်ဘုရင် နေရာဟေရှဘုန်မြို့မှ မီးလျှံထွက်သဖြင့်၊ မာနထောင် လွှားသောသူတို့၏ အထွဋ်မှစ၍ မောဘပြည်စွန်း တိုင်အောင် လောင်လိမ့်မည်။
46 Woe be to you, O Moab! the people of Chemosh perishes: for your sons are taken captives, and your daughters captives.
၄၆အိုမောဘပြည်၊ သင်သည်အမင်္ဂလာရှိ၏။ အိုခေမုရှတပည့်တို့၊ သင်တို့သည် အကျိုးနည်းကြပြီ။ သင်တို့၏ သားသမီးများကို သိမ်းသွင်း ကြပြီ။
47 Yet will I bring again the captivity of Moab in the latter days, says the LORD. Thus far is the judgment of Moab.
၄၇သို့ရာတွင်၊ သိမ်းသွားခြင်းကိုခံရသော မောဘ အမျိုးသားတို့ကို နောင်ကာလ၌ငါဆောင်ခဲ့ဦးမည်ဟု ထာဝရဘုရားမိန့်တော်မူ၏။ ဤရွေ့ကား၊ မောဘခံရ သော အပြစ်တရားပေတည်း။
