Jeremiah 30
1 The word that came to Jeremiah from the LORD, saying,

2 Thus speaks the LORD God of Israel, saying, Write you all the words that I have spoken to you in a book.
“Javé, o Deus de Israel, diz: 'Escreva todas as palavras que lhe falei em um livro'.
3 For, see, the days come, says the LORD, that I will bring again the captivity of my people Israel and Judah, said the LORD: and I will cause them to return to the land that I gave to their fathers, and they shall possess it.
Pois, eis que vêm os dias”, diz Javé, “que eu reverterei o cativeiro de meu povo Israel e Judá”, diz Javé. 'Eu os farei voltar à terra que dei a seus pais, e eles a possuirão'”.
4 And these are the words that the LORD spoke concerning Israel and concerning Judah.
Estas são as palavras que Javé falou a respeito de Israel e de Judá.
5 For thus says the LORD; We have heard a voice of trembling, of fear, and not of peace.
Para Yahweh diz: “Ouvimos uma voz de tremor; uma voz de medo, e não de paz.
6 Ask you now, and see whether a man does travail with child? why do I see every man with his hands on his loins, as a woman in travail, and all faces are turned into paleness?
Pergunte agora, e veja se um homem trabalha com uma criança. Por que vejo cada homem com as mãos na cintura, como uma mulher em trabalho, e todos os rostos ficam pálidos?
7 Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob’s trouble, but he shall be saved out of it.
Ai de mim, pois esse dia é ótimo, para que nenhum seja como ele! É até mesmo o momento do problema de Jacob; mas ele será salvo disso.
8 For it shall come to pass in that day, says the LORD of hosts, that I will break his yoke from off your neck, and will burst your bonds, and strangers shall no more serve themselves of him:
Nesse dia, diz o Yahweh dos Exércitos, acontecerá que eu quebrarei seu jugo do seu pescoço, e romperá seus laços. Os estranhos não farão mais deles seus servos de ligação;
9 But they shall serve the LORD their God, and David their king, whom I will raise up to them.
mas eles servirão a Javé seu Deus, e David, seu rei, a quem eu vou levantar para eles.
10 Therefore fear you not, O my servant Jacob, says the LORD; neither be dismayed, O Israel: for, see, I will save you from afar, and your seed from the land of their captivity; and Jacob shall return, and shall be in rest, and be quiet, and none shall make him afraid.
Portanto, não tenha medo, ó Jacob, meu servo, diz Javé. Não fique consternado, Israel. Pois, eis que eu o salvarei de longe, e salvar sua prole da terra de seu cativeiro. Jacob retornará, e estará tranqüilo e à vontade. Ninguém o fará ter medo.
11 For I am with you, says the LORD, to save you: though I make a full end of all nations where I have scattered you, yet I will not make a full end of you: but I will correct you in measure, and will not leave you altogether unpunished.
Pois estou com você, diz Yahweh, para salvá-lo; pois farei um fim completo de todas as nações onde eu os espalhei, mas não farei de vocês um fim completo; mas vou corrigi-lo na medida certa, e de forma alguma o deixará impune”.
12 For thus says the LORD, Your bruise is incurable, and your wound is grievous.
Para Yahweh diz, “Sua dor é incurável. Sua ferida é dolorosa.
13 There is none to plead your cause, that you may be bound up: you have no healing medicines.
Não há ninguém para pleitear sua causa, que você pode estar vinculado. Você não tem remédios curativos.
14 All your lovers have forgotten you; they seek you not; for I have wounded you with the wound of an enemy, with the chastisement of a cruel one, for the multitude of your iniquity; because your sins were increased.
Todos seus amantes se esqueceram de você. Eles não o procuram. Pois eu o feri com a ferida de um inimigo, com o castigo de um cruel, para a grandeza de sua iniqüidade, porque seus pecados foram aumentados.
15 Why cry you for your affliction? your sorrow is incurable for the multitude of your iniquity: because your sins were increased, I have done these things to you.
Por que você chora por sua lesão? Sua dor é incurável. Pela grandeza de sua iniqüidade, porque seus pecados aumentaram, Eu já fiz essas coisas com você.
16 Therefore all they that devour you shall be devoured; and all your adversaries, every one of them, shall go into captivity; and they that spoil you shall be a spoil, and all that prey on you will I give for a prey.
Portanto, todos aqueles que o devorarem serão devorados. Todos os seus adversários, todos eles, irão para o cativeiro. Aqueles que saquearem você serão saqueados. Eu farei com que todos os que se aproveitam de você se tornem presas.
17 For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says the LORD; because they called you an Outcast, saying, This is Zion, whom no man seeks after.
Pois eu lhe restituirei a saúde, e eu te curarei de suas feridas”, diz Yahweh, “porque eles o chamaram de proscrito”, dizendo: 'É Zion, a quem nenhum homem procura'”.
18 Thus says the LORD; Behold, I will bring again the captivity of Jacob’s tents, and have mercy on his dwelling places; and the city shall be built on her own heap, and the palace shall remain after the manner thereof.
diz Yahweh: “Eis que vou reverter o cativeiro das tendas de Jacob, e ter compaixão por seus lugares de residência. A cidade será construída em sua própria colina, e o palácio será habitado em seu próprio lugar.
19 And out of them shall proceed thanksgiving and the voice of them that make merry: and I will multiply them, and they shall not be few; I will also glorify them, and they shall not be small.
O Dia de Ação de Graças será realizado a partir deles com a voz daqueles que se alegram. Vou multiplicá-los, e eles não serão poucos; Eu também os glorificarei, e eles não serão pequenos.
20 Their children also shall be as aforetime, and their congregation shall be established before me, and I will punish all that oppress them.
Seus filhos também serão como antes, e sua congregação será estabelecida diante de mim. Castigarei a todos que os oprimem.
21 And their nobles shall be of themselves, and their governor shall proceed from the middle of them; and I will cause him to draw near, and he shall approach to me: for who is this that engaged his heart to approach to me? says the LORD.
O príncipe deles será um deles, e seu governante procederá de entre eles. Vou fazer com que ele se aproxime, e ele vai se aproximar de mim; para quem foi aquele que teve a ousadia de se aproximar de mim?” diz Yahweh.
22 And you shall be my people, and I will be your God.
“Vocês serão meu povo, e eu serei seu Deus.
23 Behold, the whirlwind of the LORD goes forth with fury, a continuing whirlwind: it shall fall with pain on the head of the wicked.
Eis que a tempestade de Yahweh, sua ira, se extinguiu, uma tempestade varrida; ela vai estourar na cabeça dos ímpios.
24 The fierce anger of the LORD shall not return, until he has done it, and until he have performed the intents of his heart: in the latter days you shall consider it.
A raiva feroz de Iavé não voltará até que ele tenha conseguido, e até que ele tenha cumprido as intenções de seu coração. Nos últimos dias, você o entenderá”.
