Genesis 5
1 This is the book of the generations of Adam. In the day that God created man, in the likeness of God made he him;
ଆଦମଙ୍କର ବଂଶାବଳୀର ବୃତ୍ତାନ୍ତ ଏହି। ଯେଉଁ ଦିନ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ମନୁଷ୍ୟକୁ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କଲେ, ସେହି ଦିନ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ସାଦୃଶ୍ୟରେ ସେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ନିର୍ମାଣ କଲେ;
2 Male and female created he them; and blessed them, and called their name Adam, in the day when they were created.
ପୁରୁଷ ଓ ସ୍ତ୍ରୀ କରି ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କଲେ; ଆଉ ସେମାନେ ସୃଷ୍ଟ ହେବା ଦିନ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆଶୀର୍ବାଦ କରି ଆଦମ (ମନୁଷ୍ୟ) ନାମ ଦେଲେ।
3 And Adam lived an hundred and thirty years, and begat a son in his own likeness, and after his image; and called his name Seth:
ଆଦମ ଶହେ ତିରିଶ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସରେ ଆପଣା ସାଦୃଶ୍ୟ ଓ ପ୍ରତିମୂର୍ତ୍ତିରେ ଏକ ପୁତ୍ର ଜାତ କରି ତାହାର ନାମ ଶେଥ ଦେଲେ।
4 And the days of Adam after he had begotten Seth were eight hundred years: and he begat sons and daughters:
ଶେଥର ଜନ୍ମ ଉତ୍ତାରେ ଆଦମ ଆଠ ଶହ ବର୍ଷ ବଞ୍ଚି ଆହୁରି ପୁତ୍ରକନ୍ୟାମାନଙ୍କୁ ଜାତ କଲେ।
5 And all the days that Adam lived were nine hundred and thirty years: and he died.
ଆଦମଙ୍କର ବୟସ ସର୍ବସୁଦ୍ଧା ନଅ ଶହ ତିରିଶ ବର୍ଷ ଥିଲା; ତହୁଁ ସେ ମଲେ।
6 And Seth lived an hundred and five years, and begat Enos:
ଶେଥ ଶହେ ପାଞ୍ଚ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସରେ ଈନୋଶକୁ ଜାତ କଲା;
7 And Seth lived after he begat Enos eight hundred and seven years, and begat sons and daughters:
ଈନୋଶର ଜନ୍ମ ଉତ୍ତାରେ ଶେଥ ଆଠ ଶହ ସାତ ବର୍ଷ ବଞ୍ଚି ଆହୁରି ପୁତ୍ରକନ୍ୟାମାନଙ୍କୁ ଜାତ କଲା।
8 And all the days of Seth were nine hundred and twelve years: and he died.
ଶେଥର ବୟସ ସର୍ବସୁଦ୍ଧା ନଅ ଶହ ବାର ବର୍ଷ ଥିଲା; ତହୁଁ ସେ ମଲା।
9 And Enos lived ninety years, and begat Cainan:
ଈନୋଶ ନବେ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସରେ କୟିନାନକୁ ଜାତ କଲା;
10 And Enos lived after he begat Cainan eight hundred and fifteen years, and begat sons and daughters:
ପୁଣି, କୟିନାନର ଜନ୍ମ ଉତ୍ତାରେ ସେ ଆଠ ଶହ ପନ୍ଦର ବର୍ଷ ବଞ୍ଚି ଆହୁରି ପୁତ୍ରକନ୍ୟାମାନଙ୍କୁ ଜାତ କଲା;
11 And all the days of Enos were nine hundred and five years: and he died.
ଈନୋଶର ବୟସ ସର୍ବସୁଦ୍ଧା ନଅ ଶହ ପାଞ୍ଚ ବର୍ଷ ଥିଲା; ତହୁଁ ସେ ମଲା।
12 And Cainan lived seventy years and begat Mahalaleel:
କୟିନାନ ସତୁରି ବର୍ଷ ବୟସରେ ମହଲଲେଲକୁ ଜାତ କଲା;
13 And Cainan lived after he begat Mahalaleel eight hundred and forty years, and begat sons and daughters:
ମହଲଲେଲ ଜନ୍ମିଲା ଉତ୍ତାରେ ସେ ଆଠ ଶହ ଚାଳିଶ ବର୍ଷ ବଞ୍ଚି ଆଉ ପୁତ୍ରକନ୍ୟାମାନଙ୍କୁ ଜାତ କଲା;
14 And all the days of Cainan were nine hundred and ten years: and he died.
ଆଉ କୟିନାନର ବୟସ ସର୍ବସୁଦ୍ଧା ନଅ ଶହ ଦଶ ବର୍ଷ ଥିଲା; ତହୁଁ ସେ ମଲା।
15 And Mahalaleel lived sixty and five years, and begat Jared:
ମହଲଲେଲ ପଞ୍ଚଷଠି ବର୍ଷ ବୟସରେ ଯେରଦକୁ ଜାତ କଲା;
16 And Mahalaleel lived after he begat Jared eight hundred and thirty years, and begat sons and daughters:
ଯେରଦ ଜନ୍ମିଲା ଉତ୍ତାରେ ସେ ଆଠ ଶହ ତିରିଶ ବର୍ଷ ବଞ୍ଚି ଆହୁରି ପୁତ୍ରକନ୍ୟାମାନଙ୍କୁ ଜାତ କଲା;
17 And all the days of Mahalaleel were eight hundred ninety and five years: and he died.
ମହଲଲେଲର ବୟସ ସର୍ବସୁଦ୍ଧା ଆଠ ଶହ ପଞ୍ଚାନବେ ବର୍ଷ ଥିଲା; ତହୁଁ ସେ ମଲା।
18 And Jared lived an hundred sixty and two years, and he begat Enoch:
ଯେରଦ ଶହେ ବାଷଠି ବର୍ଷ ବୟସରେ ହନୋକଙ୍କୁ ଜାତ କଲା;
19 And Jared lived after he begat Enoch eight hundred years, and begat sons and daughters:
ହନୋକଙ୍କର ଜନ୍ମ ଉତ୍ତାରେ ସେ ଆଠ ଶହ ବର୍ଷ ବଞ୍ଚି ଆହୁରି ପୁତ୍ରକନ୍ୟାମାନଙ୍କୁ ଜାତ କଲା;
20 And all the days of Jared were nine hundred sixty and two years: and he died.
ଯେରଦର ବୟସ ସର୍ବସୁଦ୍ଧା ନଅ ଶହ ବାଷଠି ବର୍ଷ ଥିଲା; ତହୁଁ ସେ ମଲା।
21 And Enoch lived sixty and five years, and begat Methuselah:
ହନୋକ ପଞ୍ଚଷଠି ବର୍ଷ ବୟସରେ ମଥୂଶେଲହକୁ ଜାତ କଲେ;
22 And Enoch walked with God after he begat Methuselah three hundred years, and begat sons and daughters:
ମଥୂଶେଲହର ଜନ୍ମ ଉତ୍ତାରେ ହନୋକ ତିନି ଶହ ବର୍ଷ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ସହିତ ଗମନାଗମନ କଲେ, ପୁଣି, ସେ ଆହୁରି ପୁତ୍ରକନ୍ୟାମାନଙ୍କୁ ଜାତ କଲେ;
23 And all the days of Enoch were three hundred sixty and five years:
ହନୋକଙ୍କର ବୟସ ସର୍ବସୁଦ୍ଧା ତିନି ଶହ ପଞ୍ଚଷଠି ବର୍ଷ ଥିଲା;
24 And Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him.
ହନୋକ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ସହିତ ଗମନାଗମନ କଲେ; ଆଉ ସେ ଅନ୍ତର୍ହିତ ହେଲେ; ଯେହେତୁ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ତାଙ୍କୁ ଗ୍ରହଣ କଲେ।
25 And Methuselah lived an hundred eighty and seven years, and begat Lamech.
ମଥୂଶେଲହ ଶହେ ଶତାଅଶୀ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସରେ ଲେମକକୁ ଜାତ କଲା;
26 And Methuselah lived after he begat Lamech seven hundred eighty and two years, and begat sons and daughters:
ଲେମକର ଜନ୍ମ ଉତ୍ତାରେ ମଥୂଶେଲହ ସାତ ଶହ ବୟାଅଶୀ ବର୍ଷ ବଞ୍ଚି ଆହୁରି ପୁତ୍ରକନ୍ୟାମାନଙ୍କୁ ଜାତ କଲା;
27 And all the days of Methuselah were nine hundred sixty and nine years: and he died.
ମଥୂଶେଲହର ବୟସ ସର୍ବସୁଦ୍ଧା ନଅ ଶହ ଊଣସ୍ତରି ବର୍ଷ ଥିଲା; ତହୁଁ ସେ ମଲା।
28 And Lamech lived an hundred eighty and two years, and begat a son:
ଲେମକ ଶହେ ବୟାଅଶୀ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସରେ ଏକ ପୁତ୍ର ଜାତ କରି ତାହାର ନାମ ନୋହ (ସାନ୍ତ୍ୱନା) ଦେଲେ,
29 And he called his name Noah, saying, This same shall comfort us concerning our work and toil of our hands, because of the ground which the LORD has cursed.
ଯେହେତୁ ସେ କହିଲେ, “ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଅଭିଶପ୍ତ ଭୂମିରେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଶ୍ରମ ଓ ହସ୍ତର କ୍ଳେଶ ବିଷୟରେ ଏ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ସାନ୍ତ୍ୱନା ଜନ୍ମାଇବ।”
30 And Lamech lived after he begat Noah five hundred ninety and five years, and begat sons and daughters:
ନୋହଙ୍କର ଜନ୍ମ ଉତ୍ତାରେ ଲେମକ ପାଞ୍ଚ ଶହ ପଞ୍ଚାନବେ ବର୍ଷ ବଞ୍ଚି ଆହୁରି ପୁତ୍ରକନ୍ୟାମାନଙ୍କୁ ଜାତ କଲେ;
31 And all the days of Lamech were seven hundred seventy and seven years: and he died.
ତାଙ୍କର ବୟସ ସର୍ବସୁଦ୍ଧା ସାତ ଶହ ସତସ୍ତରି ବର୍ଷ ଥିଲା; ତହୁଁ ସେ ମଲେ।
32 And Noah was five hundred years old: and Noah begat Shem, Ham, and Japheth.
ଆଉ ନୋହଙ୍କୁ ପାଞ୍ଚ ଶହ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସ ହେଲା; ଆଉ ନୋହ, ଶେମ ଓ ହାମ ଓ ଯେଫତ୍କୁ ଜାତ କଲେ।
