Acts 7
1 Then said the high priest, Are these things so?
၁ထိုအခါ ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ် မင်းက၊ ဤ စကားမှန် သလောဟု မေး သည်ရှိသော်၊
2 And he said, Men, brothers, and fathers, listen; The God of glory appeared to our father Abraham, when he was in Mesopotamia, before he dwelled in Charran,
၂သတေဖန်က၊ ညီအစ်ကို အဘ တို့ နားထောင် ကြပါလော့။ ငါ တို့ အဘ အာဗြဟံ သည်၊ ခါရန် မြို့၌ မ နေ မှီ ၊ မေသောပေါဘာမိ အရပ်၌ ရှိ စဉ်အခါ၊ ဘုန်းကြီး တော်မူသော ဘုရားသခင် သည် ထင်ရှား တော်မူ၍၊
3 And said to him, Get you out of your country, and from your kindred, and come into the land which I shall show you.
၃သင် နေသော ပြည် နှင့်တကွ အမျိုးသား ချင်း များထဲက ထွက် ပြီးလျှင် ၊ ငါပြ လတံ့သော ပြည် သို့ သွား လော့ဟု အာဗြဟံ အား မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
4 Then came he out of the land of the Chaldaeans, and dwelled in Charran: and from there, when his father was dead, he removed him into this land, wherein you now dwell.
၄ထိုအခါ အာဗြဟံ သည် ခါလဒဲ ပြည် မှ ထွက် ၍ ခါရန် မြို့၌ နေ ၏။ သူ ၏ အဘ သေ လွန်သည်ရှိသော်၊ ယခု သင်တို့နေ သော ဤ ပြည် သို့ ထိုမြို့ မှ ပြောင်း စေတော်မူ၏။
5 And he gave him none inheritance in it, no, not so much as to set his foot on: yet he promised that he would give it to him for a possession, and to his seed after him, when as yet he had no child.
၅ဤ ပြည်၌ ခြေနင်း ရာကိုမျှ အမွေ ပေး တော် မမူ သော်လည်း ၊ သူမှစ၍ သူ ၏သား မြေးတို့အား ဤ ပြည်ကိုအပိုင် ပေးတော်မူမည်ဟု သား တစ်ယောက် မျှ မရှိ မှီဂတိ ထား တော်မူ၏။
6 And God spoke on this wise, That his seed should sojourn in a strange land; and that they should bring them into bondage, and entreat them evil four hundred years.
၆သင်၏အမျိုးအနွယ် သည် သူတစ်ပါး ပိုင်သော ပြည် ၌ ဧည့်သည် ဖြစ် ကြသဖြင့် ၊ သူတစ်ပါးတို့၌ ကျွန် ခံခြင်း၊ နှိပ်စက် ညှဉ်းဆဲခြင်းကို အနှစ် လေးရာ ပတ်လုံးခံရကြလိမ့်မည်။
7 And the nation to whom they shall be in bondage will I judge, said God: and after that shall they come forth, and serve me in this place.
၇သူ တို့ကို စေခိုင်း သောလူမျိုး ကိုလည်း ငါ စီရင် မည်။ ထိုနောက်မှ သူတို့သည်ထွက် ၍ ဤ အရပ် ၌ ငါ့ အား ဝတ်ပြု ကြလိမ့်မည်ဟု ဗျာဒိတ် ထားတော်မူ၏။
8 And he gave him the covenant of circumcision: and so Abraham was the father of Isaac, and circumcised him the eighth day; and Isaac was the father of Jacob; and Jacob was the father of the twelve patriarchs.
၈ဘုရားသခင်သည်လည်း အရေဖျားလှီး ခြင်းနှင့် ဆိုင်သော ပဋိညာဉ် တရားကို အာဗြဟံ အား ပေး တော်မူ၏။ ထိုသို့ ဣဇာက် ကို ဘွားမြင် ၍ ရှစ် ရက်မြောက်သော နေ့ ၌ အရေဖျားလှီး ခြင်းကိုပေးလေ၏။ ဣဇာက် သား ယာကုပ် ၊ ယာကုပ် သားများကား၊ အမျိုး၏အဘ တကျိတ် နှစ်ပါးတည်း။
9 And the patriarchs, moved with envy, sold Joseph into Egypt: but God was with him,
၉အမျိုး၏ အဘ တို့သည် လည်း ငြူစူ သောစိတ်ရှိ၍ ၊ ယောသပ် ကို အဲဂုတ္တု ပြည်သို့ ရောင်း လိုက်ကြ၏။ ဘုရားသခင် သည် သူ့ ကိုစောင့်မ တော်မူလျက်၊
10 And delivered him out of all his afflictions, and gave him favor and wisdom in the sight of Pharaoh king of Egypt; and he made him governor over Egypt and all his house.
၁၀အလုံးစုံ သော ဒုက္ခ ဆင်းရဲထဲမှ ကယ်နှုတ် ၍ ၊ အဲဂုတ္တု ပြည်ကို အစိုးရ သော ဖာရော ဘုရင်ထံ၌ မျက်နှာ ပွင့်လန်းခြင်းနှင့် ပညာ အတတ် ကိုပေး တော်မူသဖြင့် ၊ ထိုမင်းကြီးသည် အဲဂုတ္တု နိုင်ငံအုပ် အရာ၊ နန်းတော် အုပ်အရာ၌ ယောသပ် ကိုခန့်ထား လေ၏။
11 Now there came a dearth over all the land of Egypt and Chanaan, and great affliction: and our fathers found no sustenance.
၁၁ခါနာန် ပြည်နှင့် အဲဂုတ္တု ပြည် တရှောက် လုံး၌ အစာ ခေါင်းပါးခြင်း၊ ကြီးစွာ သောဆင်းရဲ ခြင်းရှိ၍ ငါ တို့ အဘ များ၌ စားစရာ ကုန် သောအခါ ၊ အဲဂုတ္တု ပြည်မှာ ဆန် စပါးရှိ သည်ဟု ယာကုပ် သည်ကြား လျှင် ၊
12 But when Jacob heard that there was corn in Egypt, he sent out our fathers first.
၁၂ငါ တို့အဘ များကို ပဌမ အကြိမ်တွင် စေလွှတ် လေ၏။
13 And at the second time Joseph was made known to his brothers; and Joseph’s kindred was made known to Pharaoh.
၁၃ဒုတိယ အကြိမ်တွင် ယောသပ် သည် မိမိ ညီအစ်ကို တို့အား မိမိအကြောင်းကို ဘော်ပြ ၍ ၊ ဖာရော ဘုရင်သည် ယောသပ် ၏ အမျိုး ကို သိ တော်မူ၏။
14 Then sent Joseph, and called his father Jacob to him, and all his kindred, three score and fifteen souls.
၁၄ထိုအခါ ယောသပ် သည်စေလွှတ် ၍ မိမိ အဘ ယာကုပ် နှင့်တကွအရေအတွက်အားဖြင့်ခုနစ်ကျိပ် ငါး ယောက်သော မိမိအမျိုးသား ချင်းအပေါင်း တို့ကို ခေါ်ပင့် လေ၏။
15 So Jacob went down into Egypt, and died, he, and our fathers,
၁၅ယာကုပ် သည်လည်း အဲဂုတ္တု ပြည်သို့ သွား ၍ ကိုယ်တိုင်မှစသောငါ တို့အဘ များသည် သေ လွန်ကြ၏။
16 And were carried over into Sychem, and laid in the sepulcher that Abraham bought for a sum of money of the sons of Emmor the father of Sychem.
၁၆ထိုသူတို့ကိုလည်း ရှေခင် မြို့သို့ ပို့ဆောင် သဖြင့်၊ ရှေခင် ၏အဘ ဖြစ်သောဟာမော် ၏ သား တို့အား အဘိုး ငွေ ကိုပေး၍ဝယ် ပြီဖြစ်သော သင်္ချိုင်း တွင်း၌ ထား ကြ၏။
17 But when the time of the promise drew near, which God had sworn to Abraham, the people grew and multiplied in Egypt,
၁၇အာဗြဟံ အား ဘုရားသခင် ဓိဋ္ဌာန် တော်မူသော ဂတိ တော်၏ အချိန် ရောက် လုသောအခါ ၊
18 Till another king arose, which knew not Joseph.
၁၈ထိုလူမျိုး သည် အဲဂုတ္တု ပြည်၌ တိုးပွား ၍ ၊ ယောသပ် ကိုမ သိ မကျွမ်းသော မင်းကြီး တစ်ပါး ပေါ်လာ သည်တိုင်အောင် များပြား ကြလေ၏။
19 The same dealt subtly with our kindred, and evil entreated our fathers, so that they cast out their young children, to the end they might not live.
၁၉ထိုမင်းကြီး သည် ငါ တို့အဆွေအမျိုး ကို ပရိယာယ် ပြုသဖြင့်၊ သူငယ် များကိုအသက် မ ရှင်စေခြင်းငှာ ပစ် ထားရမည်အကြောင်း ငါ တို့ အဘ များကို ညှဉ်းဆဲ နှိပ်စက်လေ၏။
20 In which time Moses was born, and was exceeding fair, and nourished up in his father’s house three months:
၂၀ထို အခါ အလွန်အဆင်းလှ သော မောရှေ ကို ဘွားမြင် လျှင်၊ သုံး လ ပတ်လုံးအဘ ၏ အိမ် တွင် ကျွေးမွေး ကြ၏။
21 And when he was cast out, Pharaoh’s daughter took him up, and nourished him for her own son.
၂၁နောက်မှပစ် ထားသည်ရှိသော်၊ ဖာရော ဘုရင် သမီး တော်သည် ကောက်ယူ ၍ မိမိ သား အရာ၌ မွေးစား လေ၏။
22 And Moses was learned in all the wisdom of the Egyptians, and was mighty in words and in deeds.
၂၂မောရှေ သည်လည်းအဲဂုတ္တု အတတ် ၊ ပညာ အလုံးစုံ တို့ကို သင် ၍၊ နှုတ် သတ္တိ ၊ လက် သတ္တိရှိ ၏။
23 And when he was full forty years old, it came into his heart to visit his brothers the children of Israel.
၂၃အသက် လေးဆယ်စေ့ သောအခါ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသား ဖြစ်သော မိမိ ညီအစ်ကို တို့ကို အကြည့်အရှု သွားမည်ဟု အကြံရှိ၏။
24 And seeing one of them suffer wrong, he defended him, and avenged him that was oppressed, and smote the Egyptian:
၂၄အမျိုးသားချင်းတစ် ယောက်သည် ညှဉ်းဆဲ ခံရသည်ကို မြင် လျှင် သူ့ဘက်ကနေ၍အဲဂုတ္တု လူကို ကွပ်မျက် သဖြင့်၊ ထိုညှဉ်းဆဲ ခံရသောသူ အား အနိုင် ပေး လေ ၏။
25 For he supposed his brothers would have understood how that God by his hand would deliver them: but they understood not.
၂၅ဘုရားသခင် သည် ဤသူ လက် ဖြင့် ငါ တို့ကို ကယ်နှုတ် တော်မူမည်အရာကို ညီအစ်ကို တို့သည် နားလည် လိမ့်မည်ဟု ထင်မှတ် သော်လည်း ၊ ထိုသူတို့သည် နား မ လည်ဘဲနေကြ၏။
26 And the next day he showed himself to them as they strove, and would have set them at one again, saying, Sirs, you are brothers; why do you wrong one to another?
၂၆နက်ဖြန် နေ့ ၌ အချင်းချင်းခိုက်ရန် ပြုကြသော သူ တို့ရှိရာသို့ သွား ၍ ၊ အချင်းလူ တို့၊ ညီအစ်ကို ချင်းဖြစ် လျက်နှင့် အဘယ်ကြောင့် တစ် ယောက်ကိုတစ်ယောက်ညှဉ်းဆဲ ကြသနည်းဟု ဆို ၍ ရန်ငြိမ်း ရာသို့ သွေးဆောင် သည်ရှိသော်၊
27 But he that did his neighbor wrong thrust him away, saying, Who made you a ruler and a judge over us?
၂၇အိမ်နီးချင်း ကို ညှဉ်းဆဲ သောသူ က၊ အဘယ်သူ သည် သင့် ကို ငါ တို့အပေါ်မှာ အကဲအမှူး တရားသူကြီး အရာ၌ ခန့်ထား သနည်း။
28 Will you kill me, as you did the Egyptian yesterday?
၂၈မနေ့ ကအဲဂုတ္တု လူကို သတ် သကဲ့သို့ ငါ့ ကိုသတ် လို သလောဟု ဆို လျက် မောရှေ ကိုပယ် ၏။
29 Then fled Moses at this saying, and was a stranger in the land of Madian, where he was the father of two sons.
၂၉ထို စကား ကိုကြားလျှင် ၊ မောရှေ သည် ပြေး ၍ မိဒျန် ပြည် ၌ ဧည့်သည် ဖြစ် လျက်နေသည်တွင် သား နှစ် ယောက်ကိုမြင် လေ၏။
30 And when forty years were expired, there appeared to him in the wilderness of mount Sina an angel of the Lord in a flame of fire in a bush.
၃၀အနှစ် လေးဆယ် လွန်သောအခါ ၊ သိနာ တောင် ခြေရင်း တော တွင် ၊ မီး လောင် သောချုံ ၌ ထာဝရဘုရား၏ ကောင်းကင်တမန် ထင်ရှား ၏။
31 When Moses saw it, he wondered at the sight: and as he drew near to behold it, the voice of the LORD came to him,
၃၁ထိုရူပါရုံ ကို မြင် သောအခါ မောရှေ သည် အံ့ဩ ၍စေ့စေ့ကြည့်ရှု ခြင်းငှာအနားသို့ချဉ်းကပ် လျှင်၊
32 Saying, I am the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. Then Moses trembled, and dared not behold.
၃၂ငါ ကား သင့် ဘိုးဘေး တို့၏ဘုရား ၊ အာဗြဟံ ၏ ဘုရား ၊ ဣဇာက် ၏ဘုရား၊ ယာကုပ် ၏ဘုရားဖြစ်၏ ဟုထာဝရ ဘုရား၏ ဗျာဒိတ် တော်အသံ ထွက် တော်မူ၏။ ထိုအခါ မောရှေ သည် တုန်လှုပ် လျက် စေ့စေ့မ ကြည့် ဝံ့ ။
33 Then said the Lord to him, Put off your shoes from your feet: for the place where you stand is holy ground.
၃၃ထာဝရ ဘုရားကလည်း၊ သင် ၏ခြေနင်း ကို ချွတ် လော့။ သင်နင်း သောအရပ် ကား သန့်ရှင်း သောမြေ ဖြစ် ၏။
34 I have seen, I have seen the affliction of my people which is in Egypt, and I have heard their groaning, and am come down to deliver them. And now come, I will send you into Egypt.
၃၄အဲဂုတ္တု ပြည်၌ ရှိသော ငါ ၏လူ တို့သည် ခံရသော ညှဉ်းဆဲ ခြင်းကို ငါစေ့စေ့မြင် ခဲ့ပြီ။ သူ တို့ညည်းတွား မြည်တမ်းသောအသံကိုလည်း ငါကြား ခဲ့ပြီ။ သူ တို့ကို ကယ်နှုတ် ခြင်းငှာငါဆင်းလာ ပြီ။ ယခု သွား လော့။ သင့် ကို အဲဂုတ္တု ပြည်သို့ ငါစေလွှတ် မည်ဟု ဗျာဒိတ် တော်ရှိ၏။
35 This Moses whom they refused, saying, Who made you a ruler and a judge? the same did God send to be a ruler and a deliverer by the hand of the angel which appeared to him in the bush.
၃၅အဘယ်သူ သည် သင့် ကို အကဲအမှူး တရားသူကြီး အရာ၌ ခန့်ထား သနည်းဟူ၍အငြင်းအပယ် ခံရသော ထို မောရှေ ကို အကဲအမှူး ၊ ကယ်လွှတ် သောသူ ဖြစ်စေခြင်းငှာ၊ ဘုရားသခင် သည်ချုံ ၌ ထင်ရှား သော ကောင်းကင်တမန် အားဖြင့် စေခန့် တော်မူ၏။
36 He brought them out, after that he had showed wonders and signs in the land of Egypt, and in the Red sea, and in the wilderness forty years.
၃၆ထိုသူ သည် ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသားတို့ကို နှုတ်ဆောင် ၍ အနှစ် လေးဆယ် ပတ်လုံးအဲဂုတ္တု ပြည် ၌ ၎င်း၊ ဧဒုံ ပင်လယ် ၌ ၎င်း၊ တော ၌ ၎င်း၊ နိမိတ် လက္ခဏာ၊ အံ့ဘွယ် သောအမှုတို့ကိုပြု လေ၏။
37 This is that Moses, which said to the children of Israel, A prophet shall the Lord your God raise up to you of your brothers, like to me; him shall you hear.
၃၇သင်တို့၏ ဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရဘုရားသည်၊ သင်တို့အမျိုးသား ချင်းတို့အထဲ ၌ ငါ နှင့်တူ သော ပရောဖက် တစ်ပါးကို သင်တို့ အဘို့ ပေါ်ထွန်း စေတော်မူမည်။ ထိုပရောဖက်၏ စကားကိုနားထောင်ရကြမည်ဟု ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသား တို့အားပြောဆို သောသူ ကား အခြားသူမဟုတ်၊ ထို မောရှေ ပင်ဖြစ် သတည်း။
38 This is he, that was in the church in the wilderness with the angel which spoke to him in the mount Sina, and with our fathers: who received the lively oracles to give to us:
၃၈ထို သူ သည် တော တွင် ရှိ သော အစည်းအဝေး ၌ ၎င်း၊ သိနာ တောင် ပေါ်မှာ သူ့ ကိုနှုတ်ဆက် သော ကောင်းကင်တမန် နှင့် ၎င်း၊ ငါ တို့ အဘ များနှင့် ၎င်းရှိ ၏။ ထိုသူ သည် ငါ တို့အား အပ်ပေး ခြင်းငှာအသက် ရှင်စေသော ဗျာဒိတ် တော်ကိုခံ လေ၏။
39 To whom our fathers would not obey, but thrust him from them, and in their hearts turned back again into Egypt,
၃၉ထိုသူ ၏စကားကိုငါ တို့အဘ များသည် နား မ ထောင်လို ဘဲလျက် ပယ် ၍၊
40 Saying to Aaron, Make us gods to go before us: for as for this Moses, which brought us out of the land of Egypt, we know not what is become of him.
၄၀ငါ တို့ရှေ့ မှာ သွားရသော ဘုရား တို့ကို ငါ တို့အဘို့လုပ် ပါ။ ငါ တို့ကို အဲဂုတ္တု ပြည် မှ နှုတ်ဆောင် ခဲ့သောထို မောရှေ ၌ အဘယ်သို့ ဖြစ် သည်ကို ငါတို့မ သိ ဟု အဲဂုတ္တု ပြည်သို့ ပြန် ချင်သောစိတ် နှင့် အာရုန် ကို ပြောဆို ကြ၏။
41 And they made a calf in those days, and offered sacrifice to the idol, and rejoiced in the works of their own hands.
၄၁ထို နေ့ရက် ကာလ၌ နွားသငယ် ကို လုပ်၍ ထိုရုပ်တု အား ယဇ်ပူဇော် သဖြင့် မိမိ တို့လက် နှင့် လုပ် သော အရာ၌ ပင် ပျော်မွေ့ ကြ၏။ အနာဂတ္တိ ကျမ်း ၌ လာ သည် ကား ၊
42 Then God turned, and gave them up to worship the host of heaven; as it is written in the book of the prophets, O you house of Israel, have you offered to me slain beasts and sacrifices by the space of forty years in the wilderness?
၄၂အိုဣသရေလ အမျိုး ၊ သင်တို့သည် စီရင်သော တိရစ္ဆာန် နှင့် ယဇ် များကိုတော ၌ အနှစ် လေးဆယ်ပတ်လုံးငါ့ အား ပူဇော် ကြသလော။
43 Yes, you took up the tabernacle of Moloch, and the star of your god Remphan, figures which you made to worship them: and I will carry you away beyond Babylon.
၄၃သင်တို့သည် မောလုပ် ၏တဲ နှင့် သင် တို့ဘုရား ရင်ဖန် ၏ ကြယ် တည်းဟူသောကိုးကွယ် ဘို့ရာမိမိ တို့လုပ် သော ပုံ တို့ကို ဆောင်ရွက် ကြပြီ တကား။ ထိုကြောင့် ငါသည် သင် တို့ကို ဗာဗုလုန် မြို့ တစ်ဘက် သို့ ဆောင်သွား မည်ဟု ကျမ်းလာရှိသည်နှင့်အညီ၊ ဘုရားသခင် သည် မျက်နှာတော်ကိုလွှဲ ၍ ၊ ကောင်းကင် တန်ဆာ များတို့အား ဝတ်ပြု စေခြင်းငှာထိုသူ တို့ကို စွန့်ပစ် ထားတော်မူ၏။
44 Our fathers had the tabernacle of witness in the wilderness, as he had appointed, speaking to Moses, that he should make it according to the fashion that he had seen.
၄၄မောရှေမြင် ရသောပုံ နှင့်အညီ ၊ သက်သေခံ တော်မူချက် ဌာပနာ ရာတဲတော်ကို လုပ် ရမည်အကြောင်း အမိန့် တော်ရှိသောသူ မှာထား တော်မူသည်အတိုင်း ၊ ထိုတဲ တော်သည် တော တွင် ငါ တို့အဘ များ၌ ရှိ ၏။
45 Which also our fathers that came after brought in with Jesus into the possession of the Gentiles, whom God drove out before the face of our fathers, to the days of David;
၄၅နောက်ကျ သော ငါ တို့အဘ များသည် ထိုတဲ တော်ကို တစ်ပါး အမျိုးသားတို့ ပိုင် သော မြေထဲသို့ ယောရှု နှင့်အတူ ဆောင်သွင်း ကြ၏။ ထို တစ်ပါး အမျိုးသားတို့ကို ဘုရားသခင် သည် ဒါဝိဒ် မင်းလက်ထက် တိုင်အောင် ငါ တို့အဘ များထံမှ နှင်ထုတ် တော်မူ၏။
46 Who found favor before God, and desired to find a tabernacle for the God of Jacob.
၄၆ထို ဒါဝိဒ်သည် ဘုရားသခင် ၏ ကျေးဇူး တော်ကို ခံရ ၍၊ ယာကုပ် ၏ ဘုရားသခင်ကျိန်းဝပ် တော်မူဘို့ရာအရပ် ကို တွေ့ ခြင်းငှာတောင့်တ ၏။
47 But Solomon built him an house.
၄၇ရှောလမုန် သည်လည်း ဗိမာန် တော်ကို တည်ဆောက် ရ၏။
48 However, the most High dwells not in temples made with hands; as says the prophet,
၄၈သို့သော်လည်း ကောင်းကင် ဘုံသည် ငါ့ ပလ္လင် ဖြစ်၏။
49 Heaven is my throne, and earth is my footstool: what house will you build me? says the Lord: or what is the place of my rest?
၄၉မြေကြီး သည် ငါ့ ခြေ တင်ရာခုံ ဖြစ်၏။ အဘယ်သို့ သော ဗိမာန် ကိုငါ့ အဘို့ တည်ဆောက် ကြမည်နည်း။ အဘယ် အရပ်သည် ငါ့ ကျိန်းဝပ် ရာအရပ် ဖြစ်မည်နည်း။
50 Has not my hand made all these things?
၅၀ငါ့ လက် သည် ဤ အရာအလုံးစုံ တို့ကို ဖန်ဆင်း သည် မ ဟုတ်လောဟု ထာဝရ ဘုရား၏ ဗျာဒိတ် တော်အချက်ကို ပရောဖက် ပြန်ကြား သည်နှင့်အညီ ၊ အမြင့်ဆုံး သော ဘုရားသည် လူတို့ လက်ဖြင့် လုပ်သောဗိမာန် ၌ ကျိန်းဝပ် တော်မူသည်မ ဟုတ်။
51 You stiff necked and uncircumcised in heart and ears, you do always resist the Holy Ghost: as your fathers did, so do you.
၅၁လည်ပင်း ခိုင်မာ၍ နှလုံး ဖြင့်၎င်း ၊ နား ဖြင့်၎င်း အရေဖျားလှီး ခြင်းကို မခံသောလူတို့၊ သင် တို့သည် သန့်ရှင်း သော ဝိညာဉ် တော်ကို အစဉ်မပြတ် ဆန့်ကျင်ဘက် ပြုလေ့ရှိကြ၏။ သင် တို့ဘိုးဘေး များ၏ အလေ့နှင့် သင် တို့အလေ့တူ ၏။
52 Which of the prophets have not your fathers persecuted? and they have slain them which showed before of the coming of the Just One; of whom you have been now the betrayers and murderers:
၅၂သင် တို့ဘိုးဘေး များသည် အဘယ် ပရောဖက် ကို မျှ မ ညှဉ်းဆဲ ဘဲ နေသနည်း။ ဖြောင့်မတ် သောသူ ကြွလာ တော်မူမည်အကြောင်း အရာကို ဟောပြော ပြညွှန်သော သူ တို့ကို ကွပ်မျက် ကြ၏။ ထို ဖြောင့်မတ်သောသူကိုပင် ယခု လည်း သင်တို့သည် အပ်နှံ ၍ အသေသတ် ကြပြီ။
53 Who have received the law by the disposition of angels, and have not kept it.
၅၃သင်တို့သည် ကောင်းကင် တမန်များ ခင်းကျင်း သော အားဖြင့် ပညတ် တရားတော်ကို ခံရ သော်လည်းမ စောင့် မရှောက်ကြဟု သတေဖန် မြွက်ဆို ၏။
54 When they heard these things, they were cut to the heart, and they gnashed on him with their teeth.
၅၄ထို စကားကိုကြား လျှင် နှလုံး ကွဲပြတ် မတတ်ဖြစ်၍၊ သတေဖန် ၌ အံသွား ခဲကြိတ် ခြင်းကို ပြုကြလေ၏။
55 But he, being full of the Holy Ghost, looked up steadfastly into heaven, and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing on the right hand of God,
၅၅သူသည်လည်း သန့်ရှင်း သော ဝိညာဉ် တော်နှင့် ပြည့် သဖြင့်၊ ကောင်းကင် သို့ စေ့စေ့ ကြည့်မျှော်၍ ဘုရားသခင် ၏ ဘုန်း တော်ကို ၎င်း၊ ဘုရားသခင် ၏ လက်ျာ တော်ဘက်၌ ယေရှု ရပ် နေသည်ကို၎င်း မြင် လျှင်၊
56 And said, Behold, I see the heavens opened, and the Son of man standing on the right hand of God.
၅၆ကြည့် ပါ။ ကောင်းကင် ဖွင့်လှစ် သည်ကို ၎င်း၊ လူ သား သည် ဘုရားသခင် ၏လက်ျာ တော်ဘက်၌ ရပ် နေသည်ကို၎င်း၊ ငါမြင် သည်ဟုဆို ၏။
57 Then they cried out with a loud voice, and stopped their ears, and ran on him with one accord,
၅၇ထိုသူ တို့သည် ပြင်းစွာ သော အသံ နှင့် ဟစ်ကြော် ၍ နား ကိုပိတ်ဆို့ လျက် သူ့ ဆီသို့ ညီညွတ် စွာ တဟုန်တည်း ပြေး၍ ၊
58 And cast him out of the city, and stoned him: and the witnesses laid down their clothes at a young man’s feet, whose name was Saul.
၅၈မြို့ ပြင် သို့နှင်ထုတ် ပြီးမှ ကျောက်ခဲ နှင့်ပစ်ကြ၏။ သက်သေခံ တို့သည်လည်း မိမိ တို့အဝတ် ကို ရှောလု အမည် ရှိသော လုလင် ၏ခြေ ရင်း ၌ ထား ကြ၏။
59 And they stoned Stephen, calling on God, and saying, Lord Jesus, receive my spirit.
၅၉ကျောက်ခဲ နှင့်ပစ်ကြစဉ် သတေဖန် သည် ပဌနာပြုလျက်၊ သခင် ယေရှု ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ဝိညာဉ် ကို သိမ်းယူ တော်မူပါဟု လျှောက်ဆို ၏။
60 And he kneeled down, and cried with a loud voice, Lord, lay not this sin to their charge. And when he had said this, he fell asleep.
၆၀ဒူး ထောက် လျက်၊ သခင် ၊ ဤ သူ တို့ပြုသော ဒုစရိုက် အပြစ်ကို မှတ်တော်မ မူပါနှင့်ဟု ကြီး သော အသံ နှင့် ကြွေးကြော် ပြီးမှ ကျိန်းစက် လေ၏။
