< Acts 3 >

1 Now Peter and John went up together into the temple at the hour of prayer, being the ninth hour.
Ɛda bi Petro ne Yohane kɔɔ asɔredan mu awia nnɔnmiɛnsa a ɛyɛ ɛberɛ a wɔde bɔ mpaeɛ.
2 And a certain man lame from his mother’s womb was carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful, to ask alms of them that entered into the temple;
Wɔreyɛ aduru asɔredan ɛpono a wɔfrɛ no Ɛpono Fɛɛfɛ ano no, wɔhunuu obubuafoɔ bi sɛ ɔda hɔ. Na wɔsoa saa obubuafoɔ yi de no bɛto ɛpono yi ano da biara ma ɔsrɛsrɛ sika firi wɔn a wɔrekɔ asɔredan no mu no nkyɛn.
3 Who seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple asked an alms.
Ɛberɛ a ɔhunuu sɛ Petro ne Yohane rekɔ mu no, ɔsrɛɛ wɔn sɛ wɔmma no biribi.
4 And Peter, fastening his eyes on him with John, said, Look on us.
Wɔhwɛɛ nʼanim dinn na Petro ka kyerɛɛ no sɛ, “Hwɛ yɛn!”
5 And he gave heed to them, expecting to receive something of them.
Ɔhwɛɛ wɔn susuu sɛ wɔbɛma no biribi.
6 Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk.
Nanso, Petro ka kyerɛɛ no sɛ, “Sika de, menni bi; na deɛ mewɔ a mede bɛma wo ne sɛ, Yesu Kristo Nasareni din mu, sɔre nante!”
7 And he took him by the right hand, and lifted him up: and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength.
Afei, Petro de ne nsa nifa sɔɔ ne mu maa ne so gyinaa hɔ. Prɛko pɛ, ne nan no mu yɛɛ den.
8 And he leaping up stood, and walked, and entered with them into the temple, walking, and leaping, and praising God.
Ɔhuri gyinaa ne nan so, na ɔhyɛɛ aseɛ nanteeɛ. Afei, ɔne wɔn nyinaa kɔɔ asɔredan no mu a ɔrehurihuri, rekamfo Onyankopɔn.
9 And all the people saw him walking and praising God:
Nnipa no nyinaa hunuu no sɛ ɔnam reyi Onyankopɔn ayɛ.
10 And they knew that it was he which sat for alms at the Beautiful gate of the temple: and they were filled with wonder and amazement at that which had happened to him.
Wɔhunuu no no, wohunuu sɛ ɔno ne ɔdesrɛni a na ɔda asɔredan ɛpono a wɔfrɛ no Ɛpono Fɛɛfɛ no ano no, wɔn ho dwirii wɔn.
11 And as the lame man which was healed held Peter and John, all the people ran together to them in the porch that is called Solomon’s, greatly wondering.
Ɛberɛ a nnipa no hunuu sɛ ɔbarima no ne Petro ne Yohane nam no, wɔn ho dwirii wɔn; enti wɔtuu mmirika kɔɔ wɔn nkyɛn, wɔ baabi a wɔfrɛ no Salomo Abrannaa no so hɔ.
12 And when Peter saw it, he answered to the people, You men of Israel, why marvel you at this? or why look you so earnestly on us, as though by our own power or holiness we had made this man to walk?
Ɛberɛ a Petro hunuu nnipadɔm no no, ɔka kyerɛɛ wɔn sɛ, “Israelfoɔ, adɛn na yei yɛ mo nwanwa? Adɛn enti na mohwɛ yɛn, susu sɛ yɛnam yɛn tumi anaa yɛn som pa so na asa ɔbarima yi yadeɛ?
13 The God of Abraham, and of Isaac, and of Jacob, the God of our fathers, has glorified his Son Jesus; whom you delivered up, and denied him in the presence of Pilate, when he was determined to let him go.
Abraham, Isak ne Yakob Onyankopɔn ne yɛn nananom Onyankopɔn ama ne ɔsomfoɔ Yesu ɔsoro animuonyam. Mode no maa atumfoɔ; na ɛberɛ a Pilato yɛɛ sɛ ɔbɛgyaa no no mpo, mopoo no wɔ nʼanim.
14 But you denied the Holy One and the Just, and desired a murderer to be granted to you;
Na ɔyɛ Kronkron, ɔtene; nanso mopoo no na mosrɛɛ Pilato sɛ ɔmfa odwotwafoɔ mma mo.
15 And killed the Prince of life, whom God has raised from the dead; whereof we are witnesses.
Enti, mokumm obi a ɔgye nnipa kɔ nkwa mu. Nanso, Onyankopɔn nyanee no firii awufoɔ mu na yɛyɛ yei ho adansefoɔ.
16 And his name through faith in his name has made this man strong, whom you see and know: yes, the faith which is by him has given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all.
Tumi a ɛwɔ ne din mu no na ɛmaa saa obubuafoɔ yi nyaa ahoɔden. Gyidie a yɛwɔ wɔ ne din mu no na ɛmaa yɛtumi yɛɛ saa anwanwadeɛ a mohunu yi. Gyidie a yɛwɔ wɔ Yesu din mu no na ama ne ho atɔ no a ɔgyina mo anim seesei yi.
17 And now, brothers, I know that through ignorance you did it, as did also your rulers.
“Afei, me nuanom, menim sɛ deɛ mo ne mo mpanimfoɔ yɛɛ Yesu no, na ɔnim na monnim.
18 But those things, which God before had showed by the mouth of all his prophets, that Christ should suffer, he has so fulfilled.
Tete no, Onyankopɔn nam nʼadiyifoɔ so kaa sɛ Agyenkwa no bɛhunu amane. Na ɔnam saa ɛkwan yi so maa ɛbaa mu.
19 Repent you therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord.
Monnu mo ho na monni Onyankopɔn akyi, na ɔde mo bɔne akyɛ mo,
20 And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached to you:
sɛdeɛ ɛbɛyɛ a, Awurade Honhom mu ahoɔden bɛba na wasoma Yesu a ɔyɛ Agyenkwa no a wayi no ama mo dada no.
21 Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God has spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began. (aiōn g165)
Sɛdeɛ Onyankopɔn nam nʼadiyifoɔ kronkron so aka dada no, ɛsɛ sɛ ɔtena ɔsoro kɔsi sɛ nneɛma nyinaa bɛyɛ foforɔ. (aiōn g165)
22 For Moses truly said to the fathers, A prophet shall the Lord your God raise up to you of your brothers, like to me; him shall you hear in all things whatever he shall say to you.
Na Mose kaa sɛ, ‘Awurade, mo Onyankopɔn bɛsoma odiyifoɔ aba mo nkyɛn sɛdeɛ ɔsomaa me a mefiri mo mu no. Ɛsɛ sɛ motie asɛm biara a ɔbɛka akyerɛ mo.
23 And it shall come to pass, that every soul, which will not hear that prophet, shall be destroyed from among the people.
Obiara a wantie deɛ odiyifoɔ no bɛka no, wɔbɛyi no afiri Onyankopɔn nkurɔfoɔ ho na wɔasɛe no.’
24 Yes, and all the prophets from Samuel and those that follow after, as many as have spoken, have likewise foretold of these days.
“Samuel ne adiyifoɔ a akyire no wɔbaeɛ no nyinaa nso aka asɛm a asi ɛnnɛ yi ho asɛm pɛn.
25 You are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying to Abraham, And in your seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed.
Onyankopɔn bɔ a ɔnam adiyifoɔ so hyɛeɛ no yɛ mo dea. Saa ara nso na mowɔ kyɛfa wɔ apam a Onyankopɔn ne mo agyanom pameeɛ no mu. Sɛdeɛ ɔka kyerɛɛ Abraham sɛ, ‘Wʼasefoɔ so na menam mɛhyira ewiasefoɔ nyinaa.’
26 To you first God, having raised up his Son Jesus, sent him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from his iniquities.
Enti, Onyankopɔn dii ɛkan yii ne ɔsomfoɔ somaa no baa mo nkyɛn sɛ ɔmmɛdom mo na mo nyinaa nnane mfiri mo akwammɔne no so.”
