1 Samuel 2
1 And Hannah prayed, and said, My heart rejoices in the LORD, my horn is exalted in the LORD: my mouth is enlarged over my enemies; because I rejoice in your salvation.
| و حنا دعا نموده، گفت: «دل من در خداوند وجد می‌نماید. و شاخ من در نزد خداوند برافراشته شده. و دهانم بر دشمنانم وسیع گردیده است. زیرا که در نجات تو شادمان هستم. | ۱ |
2 There is none holy as the LORD: for there is none beside you: neither is there any rock like our God.
| مثل یهوه قدوسی نیست. زیرا غیر از تو کسی نیست. و مثل خدای ما صخره‌ای نیست. | ۲ |
3 Talk no more so exceeding proudly; let not arrogance come out of your mouth: for the LORD is a God of knowledge, and by him actions are weighed.
| سخنان تکبرآمیز دیگر مگویید. و غرور از دهان شما صادر نشود. زیرا یهوه خدای علام است. وبه او اعمال، سنجیده می‌شود. | ۳ |
4 The bows of the mighty men are broken, and they that stumbled are girded with strength.
| کمان جباران را شکسته است. و آنانی که می‌لغزیدند، کمر آنها به قوت بسته شد. | ۴ |
5 They that were full have hired out themselves for bread; and they that were hungry ceased: so that the barren has born seven; and she that has many children is waxed feeble.
| سیرشدگان، خویشتن را برای نان اجیر ساختند. و کسانی که گرسنه بودند، استراحت یافتند. بلکه زن نازا هفت فرزند زاییده است. و آنکه اولادبسیار داشت، زبون گردیده. | ۵ |
| خداوند می‌میراند و زنده می‌کند؛ به قبر فرودمی آورد و برمی خیزاند. (Sheol h7585) | ۶ |
7 The LORD makes poor, and makes rich: he brings low, and lifts up.
| خداوند فقیر می‌سازد و غنی می‌گرداند؛ پست می‌کند و بلند می‌سازد. | ۷ |
8 He raises up the poor out of the dust, and lifts up the beggar from the dunghill, to set them among princes, and to make them inherit the throne of glory: for the pillars of the earth are the LORD’s, and he has set the world on them.
| فقیر را از خاک برمی افرازد. و مسکین را از مزبله برمی دارد تا ایشان را با امیران بنشاند. و ایشان راوارث کرسی جلال گرداند. زیرا که ستونهای زمین از آن خداوند است. و ربع مسکون را بر آنهااستوار نموده است. | ۸ |
9 He will keep the feet of his saints, and the wicked shall be silent in darkness; for by strength shall no man prevail.
| پایهای مقدسین خود را محفوظ می‌دارد. اماشریران در ظلمت خاموش خواهند شد، زیرا که انسان به قوت خود غالب نخواهد آمد. | ۹ |
10 The adversaries of the LORD shall be broken to pieces; out of heaven shall he thunder on them: the LORD shall judge the ends of the earth; and he shall give strength to his king, and exalt the horn of his anointed.
| آنانی که با خداوند مخاصمه کنند، شکسته خواهند شد. او بر ایشان از آسمان صاعقه خواهدفرستاد. خداوند، اقصای زمین را داوری خواهدنمود، و به پادشاه خود قوت خواهد بخشید. وشاخ مسیح خود را بلند خواهد گردانید.» | ۱۰ |
11 And Elkanah went to Ramah to his house. And the child did minister to the LORD before Eli the priest.
| پس القانه به خانه خود به راما رفت و آن پسر به حضور عیلی کاهن، خداوند را خدمت می‌نمود. | ۱۱ |
12 Now the sons of Eli were sons of Belial; they knew not the LORD.
| و پسران عیلی از بنی بلیعال بودند وخداوند را نشناختند. | ۱۲ |
13 And the priest’s custom with the people was, that, when any man offered sacrifice, the priest’s servant came, while the flesh was in seething, with a meat hook of three teeth in his hand;
| و عادت کاهنان با قوم این بود که چون کسی قربانی می‌گذرانید هنگامی که گوشت پخته می‌شد، خادم کاهن با چنگال سه دندانه در دست خود می‌آمد | ۱۳ |
14 And he struck it into the pan, or kettle, or caldron, or pot; all that the meat hook brought up the priest took for himself. So they did in Shiloh to all the Israelites that came thither.
| و آن را به تاوه یامرجل یا دیگ یا پاتیل فرو برده، هر‌چه چنگال برمی آورد کاهن آن را برای خود می‌گرفت، وهمچنین با تمامی اسرائیل که در آنجا به شیلوه می‌آمدند، رفتار می‌نمودند. | ۱۴ |
15 Also before they burnt the fat, the priest’s servant came, and said to the man that sacrificed, Give flesh to roast for the priest; for he will not have sodden flesh of you, but raw.
| و نیز قبل ازسوزانیدن پیه، خادم کاهن آمده، به کسی‌که قربانی می‌گذرانید، می‌گفت: «گوشت به جهت کباب برای کاهن بده، زیرا گوشت پخته از تونمی گیرد بلکه خام.» | ۱۵ |
16 And if any man said to him, Let them not fail to burn the fat presently, and then take as much as your soul desires; then he would answer him, No; but you shall give it me now: and if not, I will take it by force.
| و آن مرد به وی می‌گفت: «پیه را اول بسوزانند و بعد هر‌چه دلت می‌خواهدبرای خود بگیر.» او می‌گفت: «نی، بلکه الان بده، والا به زور می‌گیرم.» | ۱۶ |
17 Why the sin of the young men was very great before the LORD: for men abhorred the offering of the LORD.
| پس گناهان آن جوانان به حضور خداوند بسیار عظیم بود، زیرا که مردمان هدایای خداوند را مکروه می‌داشتند. | ۱۷ |
18 But Samuel ministered before the LORD, being a child, girded with a linen ephod.
| و اما سموئیل به حضور خداوند خدمت می کرد، و او پسر کوچک بود و بر کمرش ایفودکتان بسته بود. | ۱۸ |
19 Moreover his mother made him a little coat, and brought it to him from year to year, when she came up with her husband to offer the yearly sacrifice.
| و مادرش برای وی جبه کوچک می‌ساخت، و آن را سال به سال همراه خودمی آورد، هنگامی که با شوهر خود برمی آمد تاقربانی سالیانه را بگذرانند. | ۱۹ |
20 And Eli blessed Elkanah and his wife, and said, The LORD give you seed of this woman for the loan which is lent to the LORD. And they went to their own home.
| و عیلی القانه وزنش را برکت داده، گفت: «خداوند تو را از این زن به عوض عاریتی که به خداوند داده‌ای، اولادبدهد.» پس به مکان خود رفتند. | ۲۰ |
21 And the LORD visited Hannah, so that she conceived, and bore three sons and two daughters. And the child Samuel grew before the LORD.
| و خداوند از حنا تفقد نمود و او حامله شده، سه پسر و دو دختر زایید، و آن پسر، سموئیل به حضور خداوند نمو می‌کرد. | ۲۱ |
22 Now Eli was very old, and heard all that his sons did to all Israel; and how they lay with the women that assembled at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
| و عیلی بسیار سالخورده شده بود، و هر‌چه پسرانش با تمامی اسرائیل عمل می‌نمودند، می‌شنید، و اینکه چگونه با زنانی که نزد در خیمه اجتماع خدمت می‌کردند، می‌خوابیدند. | ۲۲ |
23 And he said to them, Why do you such things? for I hear of your evil dealings by all this people.
| پس به ایشان گفت: «چرا چنین کارها می‌کنید زیرا که اعمال بد شما را از تمامی این قوم می‌شنوم. | ۲۳ |
24 No, my sons; for it is no good report that I hear: you make the LORD’s people to transgress.
| چنین مکنید‌ای پسرانم زیرا خبری که می‌شنوم خوب نیست، شما باعث عصیان قوم خداوند می‌باشید. | ۲۴ |
25 If one man sin against another, the judge shall judge him: but if a man sin against the LORD, who shall entreat for him? Notwithstanding they listened not to the voice of their father, because the LORD would slay them.
| اگر شخصی بر شخصی گناه ورزد خدا او را داوری خواهد کرد اما اگرشخصی بر خداوند گناه ورزد، کیست که برای وی شفاعت نماید؟» اما ایشان سخن پدر خود رانشنیدند، زیرا خداوند خواست که ایشان راهلاک سازد. | ۲۵ |
26 And the child Samuel grew on, and was in favor both with the LORD, and also with men.
| و آن پسر، سموئیل، نمو می‌یافت و هم نزدخداوند و هم نزد مردمان پسندیده می‌شد. | ۲۶ |
27 And there came a man of God to Eli, and said to him, Thus says the LORD, Did I plainly appear to the house of your father, when they were in Egypt in Pharaoh’s house?
| و مرد خدایی نزد عیلی آمده، به وی گفت: «خداوند چنین می‌گوید: آیا خود را بر خاندان پدرت هنگامی که ایشان در مصر در خانه فرعون بودند، ظاهر نساختم؟ | ۲۷ |
28 And did I choose him out of all the tribes of Israel to be my priest, to offer on my altar, to burn incense, to wear an ephod before me? and did I give to the house of your father all the offerings made by fire of the children of Israel?
| و آیا او را از جمیع اسباط اسرائیل برنگزیدم تا کاهن من بوده، نزدمذبح من بیاید. و بخور بسوزاند و به حضور من ایفود بپوشد، وآیا جمیع هدایای آتشین بنی‌اسرائیل را به خاندان پدرت نبخشیدم؟ | ۲۸ |
29 Why kick you at my sacrifice and at my offering, which I have commanded in my habitation; and honor your sons above me, to make yourselves fat with the most chief of all the offerings of Israel my people?
| پس چرا قربانی‌ها و هدایای مرا که در مسکن خود امر فرمودم، پایمال می‌کنید و پسران خود رازیاده از من محترم می‌داری، تا خویشتن را ازنیکوترین جمیع هدایای قوم من، اسرائیل فربه سازی. | ۲۹ |
30 Why the LORD God of Israel said, I said indeed that your house, and the house of your father, should walk before me for ever: but now the LORD says, Be it far from me; for them that honor me I will honor, and they that despise me shall be lightly esteemed.
| بنابراین یهوه، خدای اسرائیل می‌گوید: البته گفتم که خاندان تو و خاندان پدرت به حضور من تا به ابد سلوک خواهند نمود، لیکن الان خداوند می‌گوید: حاشا از من! زیرا آنانی که مرا تکریم نمایند، تکریم خواهم نمود و کسانی که مرا حقیر شمارند، خوار خواهند شد. | ۳۰ |
31 Behold, the days come, that I will cut off your arm, and the arm of your father’s house, that there shall not be an old man in your house.
| اینک ایامی می‌آید که بازوی تو را و بازوی خاندان پدرتو را قطع خواهم نمود که مردی پیر در خانه تویافت نشود. | ۳۱ |
32 And you shall see an enemy in my habitation, in all the wealth which God shall give Israel: and there shall not be an old man in your house for ever.
| و تنگی مسکن مرا خواهی دید، در هر احسانی که به اسرائیل خواهد شد، و مردی پیر در خانه تو ابد نخواهد بود. | ۳۲ |
33 And the man of yours, whom I shall not cut off from my altar, shall be to consume your eyes, and to grieve your heart: and all the increase of your house shall die in the flower of their age.
| و شخصی رااز کسان تو که از مذبح خود قطع نمی نمایم برای کاهیدن چشم تو و رنجانیدن دلت خواهد بود، وجمیع ذریت خانه تو در جوانی خواهند مرد. | ۳۳ |
34 And this shall be a sign to you, that shall come on your two sons, on Hophni and Phinehas; in one day they shall die both of them.
| واین برای تو علامت باشد که بر دو پسرت حفنی وفینحاس واقع می‌شود که هر دوی ایشان در یک روز خواهند مرد. | ۳۴ |
35 And I will raise me up a faithful priest, that shall do according to that which is in my heart and in my mind: and I will build him a sure house; and he shall walk before my anointed for ever.
| و کاهن امینی به جهت خودبرپا خواهم داشت که موافق دل و جان من رفتارخواهد نمود، و برای او خانه مستحکمی بنا خواهم کرد، و به حضور مسیح من پیوسته سلوک خواهد نمود. | ۳۵ |
36 And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left in your house shall come and crouch to him for a piece of silver and a morsel of bread, and shall say, Put me, I pray you, into one of the priests’ offices, that I may eat a piece of bread.
| و واقع خواهد شد که هر‌که درخانه تو باقی ماند، آمده، نزد او به جهت پاره‌ای نقره و قرص نانی تعظیم خواهد نمود و خواهدگفت: تمنا اینکه مرا به یکی از وظایف کهانت بگذار تا لقمه‌ای نان بخورم.» | ۳۶ |
