1 Chronicles 28
1 And David assembled all the princes of Israel, the princes of the tribes, and the captains of the companies that ministered to the king by course, and the captains over the thousands, and captains over the hundreds, and the stewards over all the substance and possession of the king, and of his sons, with the officers, and with the mighty men, and with all the valiant men, to Jerusalem.
茲にダビデ、イスラエルの一切の長支派の長王に事ふる班列の長千人の長百人の長王とその子等の所有及び家畜を掌どる者閹官有力者諸勇士などを盡くヱルサレムに召集め
2 Then David the king stood up on his feet, and said, Hear me, my brothers, and my people: As for me, I had in my heart to build an house of rest for the ark of the covenant of the LORD, and for the footstool of our God, and had made ready for the building:
而してダビデ王その足にて起て言けるは我兄弟等我民よ我に聽け我はヱホバの契約の櫃のため我らの神の足臺のために安居の家を建んとの志ありて已にこれを建る準備をなせり
3 But God said to me, You shall not build an house for my name, because you have been a man of war, and have shed blood.
然るに神我に言たまへり汝は我名のために家を建べからず汝は軍人にして許多の血を流したればなりと
4 However, the LORD God of Israel chose me before all the house of my father to be king over Israel for ever: for he has chosen Judah to be the ruler; and of the house of Judah, the house of my father; and among the sons of my father he liked me to make me king over all Israel:
然りと雖もイスラエルの神ヱホバ我父の全家の中より我を選びて永くイスラエルに王たらしめたまふ即ちユダを選びて長となしユダの全家の中より我父の家を選び我父の子等の中にて我を悦びイスラエルの王とならしめたまふ
5 And of all my sons, (for the LORD has given me many sons, ) he has chosen Solomon my son to sit on the throne of the kingdom of the LORD over Israel.
而してヱホバ我に衆多の子をたまひて其わが諸の子等の中より我子ソロモンを選び之をヱホバの國の位に坐せしめてイスラエルを治めしめんとしたまふ
6 And he said to me, Solomon your son, he shall build my house and my courts: for I have chosen him to be my son, and I will be his father.
ヱホバまた我に言たまひけるは汝の子ソロモンはわが家および我庭を作らん我かれを選びて吾子となせり我かれの父となるべし
7 Moreover I will establish his kingdom for ever, if he be constant to do my commandments and my judgments, as at this day.
彼もし今日のごとく我誡命と律法を堅く守り行はば我その國を永く堅うせんと
8 Now therefore in the sight of all Israel the congregation of the LORD, and in the audience of our God, keep and seek for all the commandments of the LORD your God: that you may possess this good land, and leave it for an inheritance for your children after you for ever.
然ば今ヱホバの會衆たるイスラエルの全家の目の前および我らの神の聞しめす所にて汝らに勸む汝らその神ヱホバの一切の誡命を守りかつ之を追もとむべし然せば汝等この美地を保ちてこれを汝らの後の子孫に永く傳ふることを得ん
9 And you, Solomon my son, know you the God of your father, and serve him with a perfect heart and with a willing mind: for the LORD searches all hearts, and understands all the imaginations of the thoughts: if you seek him, he will be found of you; but if you forsake him, he will cast you off for ever.
我子ソロモンよ汝の父の神を知り完全心をもて喜び勇んで之に事へよヱホバは一切の心を探り一切の思想を暁りたまふなり汝もし之を求めなば之に遇ん然ど汝もし之を棄なば永く汝を棄たまはん
10 Take heed now; for the LORD has chosen you to build an house for the sanctuary: be strong, and do it.
然ば汝謹めよヱホバ汝を選びて聖所とすべき家を建させんと爲たまへば心を強くしてこれを爲べしと
11 Then David gave to Solomon his son the pattern of the porch, and of the houses thereof, and of the treasuries thereof, and of the upper chambers thereof, and of the inner parlors thereof, and of the place of the mercy seat,
而してダビデは殿の廊およびその家その府庫その上の室その内の室贖罪所の室などの式樣をその子ソロモンに授け
12 And the pattern of all that he had by the spirit, of the courts of the house of the LORD, and of all the chambers round about, of the treasuries of the house of God, and of the treasuries of the dedicated things:
また其心に思ひはかれる一切の物すなはちヱホバの家の庭四周の諸の室神の家の府庫聖物の府庫などの式樣を授け
13 Also for the courses of the priests and the Levites, and for all the work of the service of the house of the LORD, and for all the vessels of service in the house of the LORD.
また祭司およびレビ人の班列とヱホバの家の諸の奉事の工とヱホバの家の諸の奉事の器皿とにつきて諭すところあり
14 He gave of gold by weight for things of gold, for all instruments of all manner of service; silver also for all instruments of silver by weight, for all instruments of every kind of service:
また諸の奉事に用ふる金の器皿を作る金の重量を定め又諸の奉事の器に用ふる諸の銀の器皿の銀の重量を定む
15 Even the weight for the candlesticks of gold, and for their lamps of gold, by weight for every candlestick, and for the lamps thereof: and for the candlesticks of silver by weight, both for the candlestick, and also for the lamps thereof, according to the use of every candlestick.
即ち金の燈臺とその金の燈盞の重量を宣て一切の燈臺とその燈盞の重量を定め又銀の燈臺につきても各々の燈臺の用法にしたがひて燈臺とその燈盞の重量を定め
16 And by weight he gave gold for the tables of show bread, for every table; and likewise silver for the tables of silver:
また供前のパンの案につきてはその各の案のために金の重量を定め又銀の案のためにも銀を定め
17 Also pure gold for the meat hooks, and the bowls, and the cups: and for the golden basins he gave gold by weight for every basin; and likewise silver by weight for every basin of silver:
又肉鉤盂杓のために用ふる純金の重量を定め金の大斝につきてもまた各々の大斝のために重量を定め銀の一切の大斝のためにも重量を定め
18 And for the altar of incense refined gold by weight; and gold for the pattern of the chariot of the cherubim, that spread out their wings, and covered the ark of the covenant of the LORD.
また香壇のために用ふる精金の重量を定めかつ車なるケルビムの式樣の金を定む此ケルビムはその翼を展てヱホバの契約の櫃を覆ふ
19 All this, said David, the LORD made me understand in writing by his hand on me, even all the works of this pattern.
而してダビデ言けらく此工事の式樣は皆ことごとくヱホバのその手を我上にくだして我を敎へて書せたまひし者なりと
20 And David said to Solomon his son, Be strong and of good courage, and do it: fear not, nor be dismayed: for the LORD God, even my God, will be with you; he will not fail you, nor forsake you, until you have finished all the work for the service of the house of the LORD.
かくてダビデその子ソロモンに言けるは汝心を強くし勇みてこれを爲せ懼るる勿れ慄くなかれヱホバ神我神汝とともに在さん彼かならず汝を離れず汝を棄ず汝をしてヱホバの家の奉事の諸の工を成終しめたまふべし
21 And, behold, the courses of the priests and the Levites, even they shall be with you for all the service of the house of God: and there shall be with you for all manner of workmanship every willing skillful man, for any manner of service: also the princes and all the people will be wholly at your commandment.
視よ神の家の諸の役事をなすためには祭司とレビ人の班列あり又諸の工と從事を悦こびて爲ところの諸の技巧者汝とともに在り且また牧伯等および一切の民汝の命ずるところを悉く行はん
