Psalms 98

1 A Psalm. O sing unto the LORD a new song; for He hath done marvellous things; His right hand, and His holy arm, hath wrought salvation for Him.

௧பாடல். யெகோவாவுக்குப் புதுப்பாட்டைப் பாடுங்கள்; அவர் அதிசயங்களைச் செய்திருக்கிறார்; அவருடைய வலது கரமும், அவருடைய பரிசுத்த கரமும், வெற்றியை உண்டாக்கினது.

2 The LORD hath made known His salvation; His righteousness hath He revealed in the sight of the nations.

௨யெகோவா தமது இரட்சிப்பை வெளிப்படுத்தி, தமது நீதியை தேசங்களுடைய கண்களுக்கு முன்பாக விளங்கச்செய்தார்.

3 He hath remembered His mercy and His faithfulness toward the house of Israel; all the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.

௩அவர் இஸ்ரவேல் குடும்பத்துக்காகத் தமது கிருபையையும் உண்மையையும் நினைவுகூர்ந்தார்; பூமியின் எல்லைகளெல்லாம் நமது தேவனுடைய வெற்றியைக் கண்டது.

4 Shout unto the LORD, all the earth; break forth and sing for joy, yea, sing praises.

௪பூமியில் உள்ளவர்களே, நீங்களெல்லோரும் யெகோவாவை நோக்கி ஆனந்தமாக ஆர்ப்பரியுங்கள்; முழக்கமிட்டுக் கெம்பீரமாகப் பாடுங்கள்.

5 Sing praises unto the LORD with the harp; with the harp and the voice of melody.

௫சுரமண்டலத்தால் யெகோவாவைப் புகழ்ந்துபாடுங்கள், சுரமண்டலத்தாலும் பாடலின் சத்தத்தாலும் அவரைப் புகழ்ந்துபாடுங்கள்.

6 With trumpets and sound of the horn shout ye before the King, the LORD.

௬யெகோவாவாகிய ராஜாவின் சமுகத்தில் பூரிகைகளாலும் எக்காள சத்தத்தாலும் ஆனந்தமாக ஆர்ப்பரியுங்கள்.

7 Let the sea roar, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein;

௭கடலும் அதின் நிறைவும், பூமியும் அதில் உள்ளவர்களும் முழங்குவதாக.

8 Let the floods clap their hands; let the mountains sing for joy together;

௮யெகோவாவுக்கு முன்பாக ஆறுகள் கைதட்டி, மலைகள் ஒன்றாக கெம்பீரித்துப் பாடட்டும்.

9 Before the LORD, for He is come to judge the earth; He will judge the world with righteousness, and the peoples with equity.

௯அவர் பூமியை நியாயந்தீர்க்க வருகிறார்; உலகத்தை நீதியோடும் மக்களை நிதானத்தோடும் நியாயந்தீர்ப்பார்.
