< Psalms 97 >

1 The LORD reigneth; let the earth rejoice; let the multitude of isles be glad.
Jehova Nyasaye e Ruoth, omiyo piny mondo obed mamor; dho nembe man mabor mondo obed moil.
2 Clouds and darkness are round about Him; righteousness and justice are the foundation of His throne.
Boche polo gi mudho mandiwa oume; tim makare gi adiera e mise mar lochne.
3 A fire goeth before Him, and burneth up His adversaries round about.
Mach liel e nyime kendo wangʼo wasike e alworane duto.
4 His lightnings lighted up the world; the earth saw, and trembled.
Mil polo mare menyo piny; piny neno kendo yiengni.
5 The mountains melted like wax at the presence of the LORD, at the presence of the Lord of the whole earth.
Gode leny nono ka odok e nyim Jehova Nyasaye, gileny nono e nyim Ruoth piny duto.
6 The heavens declared His righteousness, and all the peoples saw His glory.
Polo hulo timne makare, kendo ji duto neno duongʼne.
7 Ashamed be all they that serve graven images, that boast themselves of things of nought; bow down to Him, all ye gods.
Ji duto malamo gik mokedi wigi okuot; jogo gin joma sungore kuom nyiseche mopa; nyiseche duto mondo olame!
8 Zion heard and was glad, and the daughters of Judah rejoiced; because of Thy judgments, O LORD.
Sayun nowinjo wachno mi obedo moil, miech Juda bende nobedo mamor, nikech bucheni, yaye Jehova Nyasaye.
9 For Thou, LORD, art most high above all the earth; Thou art exalted far above all gods.
Nimar in Jehova Nyasaye, e Nyasaye Man Malo Moloyo mohewo piny duto; iduongʼ kendo iyombo nyiseche mamoko duto mabor.
10 O ye that love the LORD, hate evil; He preserveth the souls of His saints; He delivered them out of the hand of the wicked.
Joma ohero Jehova Nyasaye mondo osin gi gik maricho nimar orito ngima joge ma jo-adiera, kendo oresogi e lwet joma richo.
11 Light is sown for the righteous, and gladness for the upright in heart.
Joma kare imenyonegi ler; joma oriere gie chunygi imiyo mor.
12 Be glad in the LORD, ye righteous; and give thanks to His holy name.
Moruru kuom Jehova Nyasaye un joma kare, kendo pakuru nyinge maler.
