Psalms 77
1 For the Leader; for Jeduthun. A Psalm of Asaph. I will lift up my voice unto God, and cry; I will lift up my voice unto God, that He may give ear unto me.
௧எதுதூன் என்னும் இராகத்தலைவனுக்கு அளிக்கப்பட்ட ஆசாபின் பாடல். நான் தேவனை நோக்கி என்னுடைய சத்தத்தை உயர்த்திக் கெஞ்சினேன், என்னுடைய சத்தத்தை தேவனிடத்தில் உயர்த்தினேன், அவர் எனக்குச் செவிகொடுத்தார்.
2 In the day of my trouble I seek the Lord; with my hand uplifted, mine eye streameth in the night without ceasing; my soul refuseth to be comforted.
௨என்னுடைய ஆபத்துநாளில் ஆண்டவரைத் தேடினேன்; இரவிலும் என்னுடைய கை தளராமல் விரிக்கப்பட்டிருந்தது; என்னுடைய ஆத்துமா ஆறுதலடையாமல்போனது.
3 When I think thereon, O God, I must moan; when I muse thereon, my spirit fainteth. (Selah)
௩நான் தேவனை நினைத்தபோது அலறினேன்; நான் தியானிக்கும்போது என்னுடைய ஆவி சோர்ந்துபோனது. (சேலா)
4 Thou holdest fast the lids of mine eyes; I am troubled, and cannot speak.
௪நான் தூங்காதபடி என்னுடைய கண்ணிமைகளைப் பிடித்திருக்கிறீர்; நான் பேசமுடியாதபடி கலக்கமடைகிறேன்.
5 I have pondered the days of old, the years of ancient times.
௫ஆரம்பநாட்களையும், ஆரம்பகாலத்து வருடங்களையும் சிந்திக்கிறேன்.
6 In the night I will call to remembrance my song; I will commune with mine own heart; and my spirit maketh diligent search:
௬இரவுநேரத்தில் என்னுடைய பாடலை நான் நினைத்து, என்னுடைய இருதயத்தோடு பேசிக்கொள்ளுகிறேன்; என் ஆவி ஆராய்ச்சிசெய்தது.
7 'Will the Lord cast off for ever? and will He be favourable no more?
௭ஆண்டவர் நித்தியகாலமாகத் தள்ளிவிடுவாரோ? இனி ஒருபோதும் தயை செய்யாமலிருப்பாரோ?
8 Is His mercy clean gone for ever? Is His promise come to an end for evermore?
௮அவருடைய கிருபை முற்றிலும் அற்றுப்போனதோ? வாக்குத்தத்தமானது தலைமுறை தலைமுறைக்கும் ஒழிந்துபோனதோ?
9 Hath God forgotten to be gracious? Hath He in anger shut up his compassions?' (Selah)
௯தேவன் இரக்கஞ்செய்ய மறந்தாரோ? கோபத்தினாலே தமது உருக்கமான இரக்கங்களை அடைத்துக்கொண்டாரோ? என்றேன். (சேலா)
10 And I say: 'This is my weakness, that the right hand of the Most High could change.
௧0அப்பொழுது நான்: இது என்னுடைய பலவீனம்; ஆனாலும் உன்னதமானவருடைய வலதுகரத்திலுள்ள வருடங்களை நினைவுகூருவேன்.
11 I will make mention of the deeds of the LORD; yea, I will remember Thy wonders of old.
௧௧யெகோவாவுடைய செயல்களை நினைவுகூருவேன், உம்முடைய ஆரம்பகாலத்து அதிசயங்களையே நினைவுகூருவேன்;
12 I will meditate also upon all Thy work, and muse on Thy doings.'
௧௨உம்முடைய கிரியைகளையெல்லாம் தியானித்து, உம்முடைய செயல்களை யோசிப்பேன் என்றேன்.
13 O God, Thy way is in holiness; who is a great god like unto God?
௧௩தேவனே, உமது வழி பரிசுத்த ஸ்தலத்திலுள்ளது; நம்முடைய தேவனைப்போலப் பெரிய தேவன் யார்?
14 Thou art the God that doest wonders; Thou hast made known Thy strength among the peoples.
௧௪அதிசயங்களைச் செய்கிற தேவன் நீரே; மக்களுக்குள்ளே உம்முடைய வல்லமையை விளங்கச்செய்தீர்.
15 Thou hast with Thine arm redeemed Thy people, the sons of Jacob and Joseph. (Selah)
௧௫யாக்கோபு யோசேப்பு என்பவர்களின் சந்ததியாகிய உம்முடைய மக்களை, உமது வல்லமையினாலே மீட்டுக்கொண்டீர். (சேலா)
16 The waters saw Thee, O God; the waters saw Thee, they were in pain; the depths also trembled.
௧௬தண்ணீர்கள் உம்மைக் கண்டது; தேவனே, தண்ணீர்கள் உம்மைக் கண்டு தத்தளித்தது; ஆழங்களும் கலங்கினது.
17 The clouds flooded forth waters; the skies sent out a sound; Thine arrows also went abroad.
௧௭மேகங்கள் தண்ணீர்களைப் பொழிந்தது; ஆகாயமண்டலங்கள் முழக்கமிட்டது; உம்முடைய அம்புகளும் தெறிப்புண்டு பறந்தது.
18 The voice of Thy thunder was in the whirlwind; the lightnings lighted up the world; the earth trembled and shook.
௧௮உம்முடைய குமுறலின் சத்தம் சுழல்காற்றில் முழங்கினது; மின்னல்கள் உலகை பிரகாசிக்கச் செய்தது; பூமி குலுங்கி அதிர்ந்தது.
19 Thy way was in the sea, and Thy path in the great waters, and Thy footsteps were not known.
௧௯உமது வழி கடலிலும், உமது பாதைகள் திரண்ட தண்ணீர்களிலும் இருந்தது; உமது காலடிகள் தெரியப்படாமல்போனது.
20 Thou didst lead Thy people like a flock, by the hand of Moses and Aaron.
௨0மோசே ஆரோன் என்பவர்களின் கையால், உமது மக்களை ஒரு ஆட்டு மந்தையைப்போல வழிநடத்தினீர்.
