Psalms 61

1 For the Leader; with string-music. A Psalm of David. Hear my cry, O God; attend unto my prayer.

達味作，交與樂官，和以絃樂。 天主，求你俯聽我的哀號，求你細聽我的祈禱。

2 From the end of the earth will I call unto Thee, when my heart fainteth; lead me to a rock that is too high for me.

當我心靈憂戚時，我由地極呼號你，求你領我上那崇高磐石，使我安息。

3 For Thou hast been a refuge for me, a tower of strength in the face of the enemy.

因為你是我的避難所，是我抗敵的堅固碉堡。

4 I will dwell in Thy Tent for ever; I will take refuge in the covert of Thy wings. (Selah)

願我常在你的帳幕內寄住，在你的翼護下隱居！

5 For Thou, O God, hast heard my vows; Thou hast granted the heritage of those that fear Thy name.

天主，你果真滿全了我的志願，賜給了我敬愛你名者的財產。

6 Mayest Thou add days unto the king's days! May his years be as many generations!

願你使君王的壽命日增，並使他的年歲萬世無窮!

7 May he be enthroned before God for ever! Appoint mercy and truth, that they may preserve him.

願他在天主前為王，直至永遠，求你廣施慈愛忠誠，使他安全！

8 So will I sing praise unto Thy name for ever, that I may daily perform my vows.

因此，我要常常歌讚你的名號，為能使我日日償還我的誓約。
