Psalms 30

1 A Psalm; a Song at the Dedication of the House; of David. I will extol thee, O LORD, for Thou hast raised me up, and hast not suffered mine enemies to rejoice over me.

大衛在獻殿的時候，作這詩歌。 耶和華啊，我要尊崇你， 因為你曾提拔我，不叫仇敵向我誇耀。

2 O LORD my God, I cried unto Thee, and Thou didst heal me;

耶和華－我的上帝啊， 我曾呼求你，你醫治了我。

3 O LORD, Thou broughtest up my soul from the nether-world; Thou didst keep me alive, that I should not go down to the pit. (Sheol h7585)

耶和華啊，你曾把我的靈魂從陰間救上來， 使我存活，不至於下坑。 (Sheol h7585)

4 Sing praise unto the LORD, O ye His godly ones, and give thanks to His holy name.

耶和華的聖民哪，你們要歌頌他， 稱讚他可記念的聖名。

5 For His anger is but for a moment, His favour is for a life-time; weeping may tarry for the night, but joy cometh in the morning.

因為，他的怒氣不過是轉眼之間； 他的恩典乃是一生之久。 一宿雖然有哭泣， 早晨便必歡呼。

6 Now I had said in my security: 'I shall never be moved.'

至於我，我凡事平順，便說： 我永不動搖。

7 Thou hadst established, O LORD, in Thy favour my mountain as a stronghold — Thou didst hide Thy face; I was affrighted.

耶和華啊，你曾施恩，叫我的江山穩固； 你掩了面，我就驚惶。

8 Unto Thee, O LORD, did I call, and unto the LORD I made supplication:

耶和華啊，我曾求告你； 我向耶和華懇求，說：

9 'What profit is there in my blood, when I go down to the pit? Shall the dust praise Thee? shall it declare Thy truth?

我被害流血，下到坑中，有甚麼益處呢？ 塵土豈能稱讚你，傳說你的誠實嗎？

10 Hear, O LORD, and be gracious unto me; LORD, be Thou my helper.'

耶和華啊，求你應允我，憐恤我！ 耶和華啊，求你幫助我！

11 Thou didst turn for me my mourning into dancing; Thou didst loose my sackcloth, and gird me with gladness;

你已將我的哀哭變為跳舞， 將我的麻衣脫去，給我披上喜樂，

12 So that my glory may sing praise to Thee, and not be silent; O LORD my God, I will give thanks unto Thee for ever.

好叫我的靈歌頌你，並不住聲。 耶和華－我的上帝啊，我要稱謝你，直到永遠！
