Psalms 30

1 A Psalm; a Song at the Dedication of the House; of David. I will extol thee, O LORD, for Thou hast raised me up, and hast not suffered mine enemies to rejoice over me.

大卫在献殿的时候，作这诗歌。 耶和华啊，我要尊崇你， 因为你曾提拔我，不叫仇敌向我夸耀。

2 O LORD my God, I cried unto Thee, and Thou didst heal me;

耶和华—我的 神啊， 我曾呼求你，你医治了我。

3 O LORD, Thou broughtest up my soul from the nether-world; Thou didst keep me alive, that I should not go down to the pit. (Sheol h7585)

耶和华啊，你曾把我的灵魂从阴间救上来， 使我存活，不至于下坑。 (Sheol h7585)

4 Sing praise unto the LORD, O ye His godly ones, and give thanks to His holy name.

耶和华的圣民哪，你们要歌颂他， 称赞他可记念的圣名。

5 For His anger is but for a moment, His favour is for a life-time; weeping may tarry for the night, but joy cometh in the morning.

因为，他的怒气不过是转眼之间； 他的恩典乃是一生之久。 一宿虽然有哭泣， 早晨便必欢呼。

6 Now I had said in my security: 'I shall never be moved.'

至于我，我凡事平顺，便说： 我永不动摇。

7 Thou hadst established, O LORD, in Thy favour my mountain as a stronghold — Thou didst hide Thy face; I was affrighted.

耶和华啊，你曾施恩，叫我的江山稳固； 你掩了面，我就惊惶。

8 Unto Thee, O LORD, did I call, and unto the LORD I made supplication:

耶和华啊，我曾求告你； 我向耶和华恳求，说：

9 'What profit is there in my blood, when I go down to the pit? Shall the dust praise Thee? shall it declare Thy truth?

我被害流血，下到坑中，有什么益处呢？ 尘土岂能称赞你，传说你的诚实吗？

10 Hear, O LORD, and be gracious unto me; LORD, be Thou my helper.'

耶和华啊，求你应允我，怜恤我！ 耶和华啊，求你帮助我！

11 Thou didst turn for me my mourning into dancing; Thou didst loose my sackcloth, and gird me with gladness;

你已将我的哀哭变为跳舞， 将我的麻衣脱去，给我披上喜乐，

12 So that my glory may sing praise to Thee, and not be silent; O LORD my God, I will give thanks unto Thee for ever.

好叫我的灵歌颂你，并不住声。 耶和华—我的 神啊，我要称谢你，直到永远！
