Psalms 26

1 A Psalm of David. Judge me, O LORD, for I have walked in mine integrity, and I have trusted in the LORD without wavering.

上主求你替我主持正義，因我行動無辜，我曾毫不猶豫地全心依賴了上主。

2 Examine me, O LORD, and try me; test my reins and my heart.

上主，你儘管對我試驗，對我查考，你儘管對我的五內和心臟探討；

3 For Thy mercy is before mine eyes; and I have walked in Thy truth.

原來你的受常擺在我眼前，我常遵照你的真理行走盤桓。

4 I have not sat with men of falsehood; neither will I go in with dissemblers.

我決不與虛偽的人同坐，也決不與欺詐的人合作；

5 I hate the gathering of evil doers, and will not sit with the wicked.

我常痛恨敗類的集會，我也決不與惡人同席。

6 I will wash my hands in innocency; so will I compass Thine altar, O LORD,

上主我要洗手表明無罪，我要走在你的祭壇周圍，

7 That I may make the voice of thanksgiving to be heard, and tell of all Thy wondrous works.

為能高聲向你稱揚讚頌，傳述你的一切奇妙化工。

8 LORD, I love the habitation of Thy house, and the place where Thy glory dwelleth.

上主，我喜愛你所住的殿堂，就是你那榮耀寄居的地方。

9 Gather not my soul with sinners, nor my life with men of blood;

求你不要把我的靈魂和罪人們一起收去；求你不要把我的生命與流血者一起剷除。

10 In whose hands is craftiness, and their right hand is full of bribes.

因為他們的手中盡是罪污，他們的右手滿是賄賂；

11 But as for me, I will walk in mine integrity; redeem me, and be gracious unto me.

我卻一向行動無辜，求你救我，求你憐恤。

12 My foot standeth in an even place; in the congregations will I bless the LORD.

我的腳站立於平坦大路，在集會中我要讚頌上主。
