Psalms 22
1 For the Leader; upon Aijeleth ha-Shahar. A Psalm of David. My God, my God, why hast Thou forsaken me, and art far from my help at the words of my cry?
【西亞的苦難與效果】 達味詩歌，交與樂官，調寄「朝鹿」。 我的天主，我的天主，你為什麼捨棄了我？你又為什麼遠離我的懇求，和我的哀號。
2 O my God, I call by day, but Thou answerest not; and at night, and there is no surcease for me.
我的天主，我白天呼號，你不應允；我黑夜哀禱，你仍默靜。
3 Yet Thou art holy, O Thou that art enthroned upon the praises of Israel.
但是你居於聖所，作以色列的榮耀！
4 In Thee did our fathers trust; they trusted, and Thou didst deliver them.
我們的先祖曾經依賴了你，你救起他們，因他們依賴你；
5 Unto Thee they cried, and escaped; in Thee did they trust, and were not ashamed.
他們呼號了你，便得到救贖，他們信賴了你，而從未蒙羞。
6 But I am a worm, and no man; a reproach of men, and despised of the people.
至於我，成了微蟲，失掉了人形；是人類的恥辱，受百姓的欺凌。
7 All they that see me laugh me to scorn; they shoot out the lip, they shake the head:
凡看見我的人都戲笑我，他們都撇著嘴搖著頭說：
8 'Let him commit himself unto the LORD! let Him rescue him; let Him deliver him, seeing He delighteth in him.'
他既信賴上主，上主就應救他；上主既喜愛他，祂就該拯救他。
9 For Thou art He that took me out of the womb; Thou madest me trust when I was upon my mother's breasts.
是你使我由母腹中出生，使我在母懷裏享受安寧。
10 Upon Thee I have been cast from my birth; Thou art my God from my mother's womb.
我一離開母胎，就已交托於你，尚在母懷時，你己是我的天主。
11 Be not far from me; for trouble is near; for there is none to help.
因為大難臨頭，求你不要遠離我，求你來近，因為無人肯來夫助我。
12 Many bulls have encompassed me; strong bulls of Bashan have beset me round.
成群的公牛圍繞著我，巴商的雄牛包圍著我；
13 They open wide their mouth against me, as a ravening and a roaring lion.
都向我張開自己的嘴，活像怒孔掠食的獅子。
14 I am poured out like water, and all my bones are out of joint; my heart is become like wax; it is melted in mine inmost parts.
我好像傾瀉的水一般，我全身骨骸都已脫散；我的心好像是蠟，在我內臟中溶化。
15 My strength is dried up like a potsherd; and my tongue cleaveth to my throat; and Thou layest me in the dust of death.
我的上顎枯乾得像瓦片，我的舌頭貼在咽喉上面；你竟使我於死灰中輾轉。
16 For dogs have encompassed me; a company of evil-doers have inclosed me; like a lion, they are at my hands and my feet.
惡犬成地圍困著我，歹徒成夥地環繞著我；他們穿透了我的手腳，
17 I may count all my bones; they look and gloat over me.
我竟能數清我的骨骼；他們卻冷眼觀望著我，
18 They part my garments among them, and for my vesture do they cast lots.
他們瓜分了我的衣服，為我的長衣，他們拈鬮。
19 But Thou, O LORD, be not far off; O Thou my strength, hasten to help me.
上主! 請不要遠離我，我的勇力，速來助我。
20 Deliver my soul from the sword; mine only one from the power of the dog.
求你由刀劍下搶救我的靈魂，由惡犬的爪牙拯救我的生命；
21 Save me from the lion's mouth; yea, from the horns of the wild-oxen do Thou answer me.
求你從獅子的血口救我脫身，由野牛角下救出我這苦命人。
22 I will declare Thy name unto my brethren; in the midst of the congregation will I praise Thee.
我要向我的弟兄，宣揚你的聖名，在盛大的集會中，向你讚美歌頌：
23 'Ye that fear the LORD, praise Him; all ye the seed of Jacob, glorify Him; and stand in awe of Him, all ye the seed of Israel.
你們敬愛上主的人，請讚美上主，雅各伯所有的後裔，請光榮上主，以色列的一切子孫，請敬愛上主！
24 For He hath not despised nor abhorred the lowliness of the poor; neither hath He hid His face from him; but when he cried unto Him, He heard.'
因為祂沒有輕看或蔑視卑賤人的苦痛，也沒有掩起祂自己的面孔，他一呼號上主，上主即予俯聽。
25 From Thee cometh my praise in the great congregation; I will pay my vows before them that fear Him.
我在盛大的集會中要向祂頌讚，我在敬愛祂的人前正還我的誓願。
26 Let the humble eat and be satisfied; let them praise the LORD that seek after Him; may your heart be quickened for ever!
貧困的人必將食而飽飫，尋求上主的人必讚頌主；願他們的心靈永久生存！
27 All the ends of the earth shall remember and turn unto the LORD; and all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before Thee.
整個大地將醒覺而歸順上主，天下萬民將在祂前屈膝叩首；
28 For the kingdom is the LORD'S; and He is the ruler over the nations.
因為唯有上主得享王權，唯有祂將萬民宰治掌管。
29 All the fat ones of the earth shall eat and worship; all they that go down to the dust shall kneel before Him, even he that cannot keep his soul alive.
凡安眼於黃泉的人都要朝拜祂，凡返回於灰土的人都要叩拜祂。我的靈魂存在生活只是為了祂，
30 A seed shall serve him; it shall be told of the Lord unto the next generation.
我的後裔將要事奉上主，向未來的世界傳述我主，
31 They shall come and shall declare His righteousness unto a people that shall be born, that He hath done it.
向下代人傳揚祂的正義說：這全是上主的所作所為！
